Service is good, for sure. However, it pains me as to how long it takes to get through a transaction. And if there is someone in line before you, even just 1 person, be prepared as you may end up waiting 20 minutes or more before you are helped. Be sure to sign in immediately when you walk in, just to avoid letting anyone else who may come in around the same time to get in the queue before you.

I haven’t been to any other AT&T stores to compare to this particular one, but I can tell you that the staff here really is great and friendly! I always feel like I’m being catered too and they take as long as they should in servicing their customers without being rushed. Keep up the good work! Oh also, sometimes but not always, they’ll open the door for you in your way out. How cool is that?

Everyone in this location is really nice and really helpful! Every time I’ve ever had a problem I have just brought my phone there and it is fixed in a heartbeat. I have always gotten great help and they always give me all the information that I need and more. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my phone needs. At times I feel a little bad for the employees there when I see them working with a difficult customer, but they always handle it with professionalism and a kind heart. If I could recommend this place a million times over I would. If you ever have a problem there ask for Kelly!

I switched 3 of my lines to from t-mobile to AT&T — and purchased IPhone 5’s at an AT&T mall store near this location. When one of the phones had an issue my wife brought it to the Apple Valley store for service. They looked up my account and noticed it wasn’t their store that the phones were purchased at. Its an AT&T contract, and an AT&T IPhone 5. THEYWOULDN’T HELPHER. They were extremely nice walking into the store though, but when they realized they weren’t the ones that got the commission on the sale — the service stopped there. They told her she’ll have to go to the store where it was purchased from to get help with the phone. Unbelievable. Bottom line — if you didn’t set up your lines or purchase your hardware from this store — if they didn’t get the commission on the sale — your not getting service from them.

Service is always good and greeted with a smile. When I have problems they always fix it on the spot if they are able. It pains me to go into stores like these because I never want to be upsold to a new phone, but I am never pressured when I ventrure in.
