I just posted a review of the train wreck that is the Eagan T-mobile store. Thankfull, the Apple Valley store, and specifically Brandon C., came to my rescue tonight. From my email to the store manager(which I have NEVER done before… that’s how great service was with him)… ****** Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had tonight dealing with Brandon. After dealing with some incredibly unhelpful people at the Eagan Pilot Knob store, and running into issues with customer service over the phone, I called your store for help. Brandon answered the phone, and was helpful and reassuring that he could help me start new service with T-mobile after using Brightspot. I drove in shortly there after, and Brandon continued to provide subpurb customer service — he was exceptionally knowledgeable, funny, and walked me though any potential problems with porting service. Brandon is EXACTLY the type of person I would want to have assist me. He made sure that I had his card at the end, told me he would monitor the status of my number port tomorrow(when he isn’t scheduled to work), and overall exceeded my expectations in every way. I will be sharing my expierence on Unilocal as well, as the level of customer service provided by Brandon is a rare thing these days. Give that man a raise! ******* In other words, if I wasn’t married, I probably would have tried to make out with Brandon. Just a class act. Go there, ask for him, and be impressed.
