K C Nails

I have been to many places in Lakeville, Apple Valley and Rosemount. KC nails is by far the best. Heidi or Hana are the only ones I will go to as they are always there and consistently do a great job. It is a clean place but I recommend you call to make an appointment. Gel nails last three weeks and their pedicures are great! I have told many of my friends about them and everyone loves them. Don’t waste your money anywhere else.

I have gone here three times .
Twice we have had good service, friendly people, and they even stayed open late to accommodate us.
#3 I went in with two friends to get our nails done. The lady tried to talk me out of nails, I was really excited to get them done but that didn’t last. I asked for gel nails not acrylic, she kept insisting I got gel … But I never had to put my hands under the UV light. I paid $ 40 for «gel» nails. After a week they looked horrible.
My friend got her gel nails repainted. The lady kept her’s under the light so long they actually burned the tips. Then the lady was blowing on them. My friend said her breath smelled like dead cat and she was thinking of all the germs she was transferring.
We also saw the lady take the nail scrub brushes that were used and rinse and restock them. No cleaner or anything! She also put the pedi tools away without washing them. I will not be going back and if you want a clean, germ free session STAY AWAY!

It’s been so hard trying to find a place I luv. and I do luv this place! I see Heidi she is wonderful!!! I think I have ugly toes and she makes them beautiful :) I’m not going to go anywhere else but the reason why I gave them only 4 stars is because my feet don’t feel as soft they should when you’ve had a pedicure. idk maybe I have to up it one more pedicure level?

I have come here twice with friends and I will definitely go back. They are very professional! They have a good selection of colors for gel manicure ($ 25) and my nails are always painted to perfection.
Tip: It pays to have an appointment or call ahead. They are really busy!
Both times I have been there, a lot of walk ins pop by and then get a little frustrated when they can’t sit right down. I appreciate that the owner does not try to cram everyone in for the extra money. She really seems to understand that she can’t over book her place when she is light on staff– which a lot of nail salons don’t do. Huge bonus in my book.
