Jack in the Box

I make an effort to stay away from this Jack in the Box but tonight I decided to give it another chance — my bad. I received no «hello,» «your total is,» «thank you,» or «goodbye». Literally verbal silence and rude body language from the employee at the window (Joel, according to my receipt). I typically don’t complain, nor do I expect too much from a fast food restaurant, but it’s not very hard to acknowledge a customer.

Came for a little breakfast early in the morning with no one in line. Ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich. Younger Hispanic make was working and didn’t have the courtesy to say hello, or any other greeting. Pulled to the window he said $ 3.88, then stayed quiet, handed my ATM card and he yanked it from my hand returning with the pictured sandwich with almost no cheese. I removed the bacon because it was old and stale and I find it hard to believe they made it fresh in 30 seconds. Guy hands me the bag and slams the drive through window closed. And these guys want $ 15.00 an HR?

I went through the drive thru to get one small order. I was not in a hurry but knew what I wanted. When I pulled up to the spot to order the guy kept asking me if that was all. No it was not all I was not finished talking. He was talking over me and it was so annoying.
I asked for a hamburger and the guy said ok you want a cheeseburger. I corrected him and he was not listening. He was in such a rush that it took longer.
I get to the window to pay but I’m getting my change out because he didn’t tell me the total. He tells me to back up to reset the timer. Im like omg that is so stupid and I’m trying to pay.
I paid and after I got my drink the guy told me to back up again. I was so annoyed that I told him no. They need to just hurry up with my food and not have me looking dumb.

Wouldn’t come here again. I was on drive thru and I ordered a number 6, I usually never come here but I assumed the number six comes with cheese since it advertises like that in the picture on the combo. I get to the window didn’t even greet me and when she gave me my food she didn’t say anything and closed the window. Once I started eating my food I noticed there was no cheese ! :(and j tried to call but I realized she didn’t even gov mee my Receipt so idk if I was even charged do the freaken cheese or if it’s included igh

Poor Quality Food!!! Always over cooking or under cooking things.

I have eaten at this Jack many times and never had a problem until now. The one thing I can not tolerate is hair in my food. Yes you guessed it. I guess that restaurant is not as clean as it should be. I won’t be back and good luck to those who do. I wish there was a minus rating

I don’t mind this location. They’re a little slower than most, but the staff is nice and cordial, and the food doesn’t have that greasy feel to it. If you’re going to go to a Jack in the Box, this is definitely one of the better ones to go to.

One of the best I have been to.

After growing up in orange county, it feels wrong for me to say I enjoy something in the desert, but I think this is the best Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. Food is always cooked well, it is very clean, and best of all, all their sauces are available for you to pour your own. Nothing is more frustrating than stingy sauce givers!
The staff is always very polite, and genuinely seem to enjoy serving customers. The only frustrating thing for me is that the iced tea tank is behind the counter, but that is a trend in most Jack in the Box restaurants I’ve visited. They are always happy to get you a refill.
I’m not sure why you’d visit if you aren’t a local, but if you are just passing through, you’ll have a great experience.
