Hubby and i went to pick up chili dogs for the family and we have some picky eaters, so when we order, we call it the hospital order lol. Some like extra chili, some no onions and some only onions… You get my drift. Its complicated. So when hubby went to order he expected to come home with a bag of a couple of wrongs… Nope! Annette totally checked them all before we left and made sure there was extra chili, cheese, no cheese or extra onions! She took the time to make sure it was all right and we were happy. Best service ever! Thank you!

Poor customer service. Waited for over 8 minutes at the speaker, didn’t get any response. After pulling forward I was told I had to go back around and get back in line because they had 3 orders behind me Terrible.

I always love this location, I don’t know what the complaints about staff are about, the 10 months I’ve lived here and gone to this location the ladies are always very sweet and service is fairly quick. Today however, I feel super jipped on my ultimate chili cheese fries, I feel I deserved more than 10 fries in my box for what I paid. However, it won’t stop me from coming back.

SLOWEST… SERVICE…EVERRRR…don’t order food in the drive through here when you’re in a hurry. You’ll definitely regret it once you realize that you’re stuck there with another car behind you. Every time I come here, I have to turn my car off, because I already know I’ll be sitting there for awhile. And don’t even THINK about going inside, because I’ve seen lines in there so long that they’re almost out the door… NOT because of good food mind you, it’s because of the ultra slow service there. I’ve given this place one too many chances, so I have no choice but to leave a bad review.

We were in the area again and we decided to give it a try again (1-​18-​2015 @ 12:30pm). What a difference! New staff, and they were still accepting applications, per sign on the window. The girl who took our order was prompt and friendly. The food was ready at a reasonable time, and was hot and actually good. Very good experience this time. Awesome improvement.

Went there, food was over cooked and hard. Called the manager, she said come in and we will replace it. Went back, had to argue with drive through lady because I didn’t have the managers name. She said sorry there’s nothing we can do. So I bought more food. Same issues! Over cooked corn dog, and my drink was filled to the rim with ice. Never going back

To the employee in the pink shirt standing around looking useless, may I suggest a new job or try a thing called team work? Wait was horrible in drive through, service was bad, food order was wrong as expected… well at least the fries were fresh and hot O yumm !

Dropped by for a quick lunch, two hot dogs and a drink yesterday around 2 PM. Don’t know how they cook the hot dogs, but they were truly the worst I have had in many years. The hot dogs had a crust all the way around them that actually gave them a crunch, not what I thought it should have been. Need to step-​up their game.

I like to come here for the dessert but the food is also yummy. The drive thru has some special people who work the window and I swear its always the same few people. I ask for something and they just look at me like I have asked them for a kidney. I expect it so I’m patient and ask again.

When I moved here and saw Wienerschnitzel, I actually thought they sell Schnitzel.
Being German, I had to check it out…
Of course they sell hotdogs with a name like that, how dumb of me…
So I walked back out.
Come summer and getting coupons from them every week, I gave in a got the new cotton candy covered soft serve.
They have good deals going on switching off daily and the soft serve is better than Dairy Queen and most others.
This location is nice, really clean and the staff was friendly.
It’s not worth rushing back to since the food offered isn’t my thing, but should I need ice cream and they are all there is in the area, I’d try a Freezee next time.

Good location, ample parking, easy access for the drive through, employees are normally nice and DAMN the ice cream is the best ever… If you’re not getting lucky, get a Reese’s Tastee Freezee.

This was the first time I have ever been to Wienerschnitzel. They had a deal going on: 5 corn-​dogs or chill-​dogs for 5 dollars! Such a great deal!
