Apple Teriyaki Grill

Okay teriyaki. Giving 2 stars for bad customer service. I ordered and they charged me for extra food. First my niece began ordering. Then the girl was getting confused wih the order. So i told her forget it. Lets start over. I told her 1 chicken n plate bowl and one chicken plate. And 2 drinks. Somehow she gave me 2 chicken and steak bowls.
People here need help with their english. When i came up to her to tell her she charged me for extra food she said she read the order to me. I did not hear her read any order to me.
Why would two people order 3 meals for here? Common sense. If you mess up you admit fault. All i wanted was a refund for something i didnt order. Just hate it when people have bad customer service.

I just started working in the area so I stopped here for dinner to take home. I got a beef bowl and a mixed vegetable bowl for my wife. her chicken was very dry. my beef was chopped tiny and pretty dry. the teriyaki sauce was very salty, way too much soy sauce in it. there are a lot of similar restaurants around that make the same dishes better.

I had the rib platter and my husband had the chicken/​steak platter. We thought both were really good. The only thing was we both thought there was too much rice but that’s just us…:)
The people were very nice and friendly and we thought the price was reasonable.
We would eat here again.

Cheap place for teriyaki. It’s a small place that reminds me of a healthier version of Yoshinoya or an independently owned version of Flame Broiler, especially Flame Broiler because of the simple menu and colors inside the place. I dumped a container of teriyaki sauce and a container of hot sauce onto my chicken which made it good. It was bland when it came out with the sauce that it comes with. I only went here because my friend wanted it on the way back home from a hike. The food is healthy and you don’t feel heavy and gross after eating it. My friend got a plate with all veggies and meat and was still hungry afterward but he’s a conveyor belt when it comes to food. I got a bowl with rice, meat, and chicken and was satisfied.
I wouldn’t come back here even if I was back in the area because there’s plenty other interesting places in the area that I’d want to try. The only time I would probably ever be back is if I lived in the area and was craving teriyaki so if you fit that bill then you’ll probably find yourself here.

I ordered a bowl half chicken half beef it came whith white rice and vegetables. The price $ 6.50 is not bad at all. The meat and vegetables were fresh and the meat very good. I gave a 4 star because the Vegetables did not have any seasoning or flavor but with the teriyaki and chili sause and pico the gallo tasted better.

This was my first time here. The place is clean and small. The customer service was great and fast. I really appreciated that he gave me whole change back instead of giving me back .98.
It was $ 6 for a bowl and drink. A good deal! The food was very tasty. Overall, I will be coming back!

Great simple lunch spot for teriyaki. They keep it simple but fresh with rice (brown is extra), steamed veggies, protein (chicken, steak, salmon). Portions are good and they are super fast with your to go order. They also have condiments on the counter with to go cups ready for you.

We used to love this place. Seems to be going down hill. Portions are smaller and meats are chewy. May have to find somewhere new. :(

Tried it for the first time and we really liked it! The chicken was VERY tender and flavorful, the teriyaki sauce was tasty. I loved that the place is super clean and prices were more than fair. Definitely worth trying and coming back

Clean fast fresh friendly delicious cheap

Stopped in tonight. Rib plate (Ribs, rice, salad, green onions) Chicken and Steak Bowl (Meat, rice, green onions)
Bowl was better deal. Enough meat although like at Flame Broiler the meat is cut up too small. Beef pellets. Chicken was a tad better in size although still small in size. Sauce was overly salty and had a slightly burnt taste on the beef due to over cooking, cooking at too high heat or both. Chicken was much better than Beef and saved ratings from a lower score). Rice and green onions were good.
Ribs were lacking in meat, cooked using a press which produced a burnt taste. Salad seemed the bag variety but was fresh and crisp. and put in the same container with ribs and rice. Thimble size containers for dressing. Rice was good as were fresh green onions.
Overall a no go for me. After eating ribs, felt heavy. Not a clean taste at all. While not a Flame Broiler fan, that place is better IMO.
On top of it, unless you get a coupon special, waaaayy overpriced.
Again the chicken is much better in taste than both ribs and beef. If you want to try it, get the chicken.
For me? One and done.

Went there last night and got the chicken bowl with brown rice. It was surprisingly good and the prices were excellent. My husband got the chicken bowl with white rice and he enjoyed his as well. I am definitely going to go back to try their other options.
