Very pleased with the pizza! The customer service was excellent. Samantha was very helpful. I’m excited to be able to bring my son and enjoy a dairy and egg free pizza! There aren’t too many places that cater to severe allergies.

I am obsessed with this place. If I’m gonna get chubby by eating pizza nonstop, I wanna have as many toppings as I want, and on a paper-thin crust. To give myself the illusion that I am making health-conscious choices when possible. But we all know that isn’t the truth. I’m off to go shove more pizza in my face! P. S. I love that they have artichoke hearts, and a gluten free crust option. I’m not a gluten-free kind of gal, but I find it important when companies think of their demographic and think about who else they can appeal to.

I’ve read a good portion of these reviews… and I would like to say that they couldn’t be further from the truth! I take my kids(children who don’t care for pizza) to pieology once a week and while they only get a cheese pizza, they love it! The staff has always been friendly and kind!

Crust ends up being too greasy but the«subway» format of ordering is easy and convenient.

Stopped in the evening about 8:00 P.M. Short wait. Workers were friendly but the pie makers were so stingy on toppings it is embarrassing. Even when I asked for extra you would think they were adding gold to the pizza. A few bits at a time. At $ 8.45 a pie the novelty has worn off for me. Do I like the concept and taste? Yes… But to virtually have to beg to get what anyone would consider to be normal amounts of cheese and toppings is beyond the pale. *GM contacted me. Explained my views and was impressed with his candor. Will continue to be a customer. Thank you

I was not sure what to expect but I had heard a lot of good things from family and friends. I decided to take my kids because my youngest loves pizza. He was so excited to get to pick how his pizza was made and he liked it. My oldest son didn’t really care for the pizza but he isn’t a big pizza fan. He ate his pizza and liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. I just know he wouldn’t ask to go back anytime soon. I had the buffalo chicken pizza and I thought it was really good. I think they need to offer more cheese on the pizzas because most of the pizza had empty spots where I didn’t see any cheese. I didn’t try any of the desserts because I’m not a huge dessert fan. A lot of people in the restaurant were eating the pizza pie desserts so they must be good. I will be back again.

Actually is really good. I like the thin crust. It makes you less full on bread abd you can enjoy more pizza

Great pizza at a great price for less then $ 10 bucks! The staff was very nice, and from them making my pie, to having it served to us, was very quickly. Great crust, lots of tasty ingredients. Next time I am in the area, I will drop by and order a pizza from here :).

Really good food and customer service… I’m giving two stars because about half way through my pizza, I found a black hair that was about 1″ in length… Really grossed me out

Girlfriend found this place and thought we should try it. She made the right choice. Food was excellent and it didn’t take anytime at all to cook. Totally recommend this place to eat.

THISISTHELASTTIME I AMEVERCOMINGTOPIEOLOGY !!! Not only did the prices go up for the pizzas but they now measure how much cheese and sauce you get on your pizza. Normally I wouldn’t care because you have to save product but this is ridiculous. I got the herb butter and red sauce on my pizza and let me tell you, THEREWASLITTLETONOHERBBUTTER when he swiped my pizza with his little sauce brush(I was too disappointed to say anything) and then came the cheese … If only I could say I actually had cheese on my pizza. The pizza maker man sprinkled, and I mean SPRINKLED the cheese on top of my pizza. It was never like that before. Pieology has gotten CHEAP with their product. Not only was my pizza light on the sauces and cheese but my mother in laws was WORSE ! She got the white dough with Alfredo sauce, at lease I think it was suppose to be Alfredo sauce because honestly it looked like she just ordered bread and cheese. The food service was horrible and I’m sad to say this will be our last time going to Pieology.

I appreciate the style of this place, it’s like if chipotle made pizza. There’s a wide range of toppings and sauces. It takes around 2 minutes in line and 5 – 10 to get your pizza. The food itself however makes me sad, like 9⁄11 sad. The crust is so thin and tastes like the unleavened bread that Jesus passed around at communion. The pepperoni is kinda spicy and the cheese is like it came from a freezer.

Super friendly store, all of the associates greeted me with a smile and seemed happy to be working here. Making my pizzas were Teresa and kameron, they were very friendly and made my pizzas look really good! Elishea checked me out at the register and was also very friendly and informative and since I ordered mine to go, she even offered me a water cup while I wait. While I sat in the dining room I noticed associates cleaning and keeping busy. I’ve been here a few times and always have a pleasant experience

Upon arrival we sat down with drinks to look over the menu. Paying for the drinks, the cashier asked if it was our first time. Saying yes he told us they were just like Subway. Not a selling point in my mind. The best thing about this place is ones ability to make a customized pizza for under $ 9, unless you want gluten free crust. I had whole wheat crust with pesto sauce. Cheeses were mozzarella, parmesan & ricotta. Ricotta adds a really creamy decadence. I topped it off with garlic, basil, black olives, mushrooms, red onions & basil. It was pretty darn good. The crust is thin, which I like but could have been crispier. It arrived in about 7 minutes.

I FINALLY got the opportunity to try this place and I love it. It’s like Subway, only you get to make your pizza with unlimited toppings on a thin crust. You do not like thin crusts? Then I recommend you move along… You also have your choice of red or white sauce and you have all kinds of meats and vegetables. My boyfriend did complain that it was too oily, so they initially slather olive oil on the bread to help cook the dough. It might be an option to go sans olive oil, but you should be the one to ask. Maybe it is because it was my first time, maybe it was because it was Saturday morning(NOTE: I was advised that Saturday mornings are a great time, at least before 1pm) or maybe it was because I was enthiastic to add gargonzola cheese to my pizza, but my customer service was great. The girl who cooked up my pizza loved her job and the manager invited us back. I say that’s good customer service. Again, loved the thin crust. The sun-dried tomatoes were savory, and the basil was sliced and fresh. I loved the fact that I can top the pizza with so many(and as many as I would like) toppings. I’d go again. It’s a unique place of its kind and I dig it. It’s a good place for a light lunch. I admit, I was still hungry after I ate an 11″ diameter pizza, but if I wanted a light lunch, and I had time to eat it, I’d go here.

This is our second time eating here and we were lucky enough to get Piologist Britt to build our pizza both visits. She makes great suggestions for toppings that you’re not normally accustomed to having on pizzas. You could build the pizzas high as you like. She even remembered us from her first visit last month. The pizzas were great and have the gluten-free crust which is delicious.

I didn’t believe how much a pizza can be so good until I came here. All the pizza toppings, sauces and the pizza crust was all delicious! The place itself is very clean and the employees are really nice. Love the atmosphere!

Customer service is pretty bad. The 1st2 girls were nice and had smiles on their faces(the ones putting on the pizza sauce and the toppings) but portions were stingy so we asked for a little bit more. The expression on these girls faces looked like they wanted to give us more toppings but they seemed hesitant, knowing the manager was nearby and closely watching so they only gave us a couple more pieces. Then we got to the end of the line and there were 2 ladies-the cashier and the manager, and they were the absolute worst. The cashier and the manager looked like and behaved like women’s prison guards, masculine stocky build, barking orders, mean and unfriendly. Not a pleasant experience at all. It’s one thing to watch The Orange is the New Black on Netflix. It’s another thing to go to a restaurant and feel like you’re in it. If they hire a different manager, we’ll go back. But at this point, no. There’s 5 other pizza places at Jesse Ranch that’s walking distance of Pieology… Ozzie’s, Papa John’s, Straw Hut, Giuseppe’s, and Pizza Factory.
