Papa John’s Pizza

This time the pizza order is a fail. Husband and I ordered pizza to be delivered to our teens while we were out of town.
The toppings are all on half the pizza like it was just thrown on. Not acceptable.
We paid $ 30 for 2 medium 2 toppings, a litter of soda and a cookie. The toppings should cover all of the pizza.

I can’t even wait to write my review, I am sitting at the table with the kids eating this wonderful meal. Let me start by saying that I have not even thought to order Papa Johns in over 3 years, and haven’t actually eaten it in at least 6. The last time I tried to order Papa’s was when I lived in Chino Hills in 2012, and no joke, it took 3 hours to deliver my pizza! Seriously, no exaggeration. I refused it when it did finally come as we had already ordered Pizza Hut, it came and we had eaten, at least an hour before it came. I had been turned off ALL Papa Johns from that one experience. However, today something came over me and I decided to give them a go. And WOW!!! My kids are stuffing their faces, and quiet (that never happens). I did an online order which was very easy, and in exactly 30 minutes my order and a very sweet delivery girl were ringing my doorbell! I couldn’t believe how quick it got here! The garlic bread is to die for!!! The kids love their chicken poppers! I cannot wait to dive into this warm brownie, and the pizza… omg this is some of the best pizza I’ve had! This store is obviously managed very well, kudos to the boss, as it shows in the food quality, and the employees! A++++

Very friendly people that work there. I went in ordered two large pizzas they were done within the 20 minutes I was told. She opened the boxes and verified what I had ordered and I was on my way. The best part about the whole experience is the pizza was great.

Ordered my pizza online one time and driver came to my house an hour later. We did not complain. Driver showed up and said pizza was free. We still tipped the driver well and we really much appreciated the fact they cared for being late. I love their pizza! Soooo good.

The pizza is always great but you will wait and wait and wait. Absolutely the slowest restaurant. They quote you a time that is grossly underestimated. I use the app on my phone to order and it is great and user friendly. But you should triple the time that you are quoted. I don’t have time to wait an extra hour every time I order pizza, I will try the other Papa John’s in Hesperia and hope they are better.

Great pizza! Good ingredients, friendly drivers. I have been ordering pizza from here for a few years since they have opened. The only reason I would not give them 5 stars is because a few times I specifically asked for Parmesan cheese and the forgot to bring it. Other than that, they are usually fast and accurate. I live their online ordering. It’s fast and simple!

Time for an update.
Every few months we order here, always turns out perfectly, with great service and ready just on time.
I am a huge fan of he cinnapie and figured give the $ 6 «family size» cookie a try for dessert as we had some fabulous ice cream at home.
Pizzas great, seeing the cookie I was already dissapointed, it was tiny!
Sure, huge for a cookie, but really just a big cookie, no more.
Tastewise like any store bought chocolate chip, its saving grace being warm, soft and gooey, the ice cream added made it great.
I would not buy that again, but Papa John’s provided a cheap and easy friday night dinner once again.

We are so happy Papa John’s is now in A.V. Our favorite pizza by far. We’ve gone twice for carry out since it opened and they are so friendly and the pizza is always perfect.
