Great custom made pies. Friendly workers who are happy to accommodate any requests. Love the place!

Everything online says they close at 10, even the hours listed on the door. Came at 9:30 and a grumpy girl said they were closing. No pizza for us :(

Pieology is the pizza version of Subway and Chipotle. You pick your crust and sauce then move down the line to chose you cheese and toppings. The pizza is $ 7.99 and you can put whatever you want on it for that price. The pizza is a medium but for that price everyone can get their own. The pizza is delicious!!! I love the house made crust with garlic butter and Alfredo sauce. There are so many choices, you could come back everyday and try something different!

My nephew kept wanting me to try this place. So I called him up andv invited him to lunch for his Birthday. Loved the concept. It was clean… fast…and delicious. Usually when we eat Pizza its always thick crust… but they have a thin crust and you can put whatever you want on this pizza for one price… Delicious! CLEAN… THEPRICEISRIGHT!

Customer service is pretty bad. The 1st2 girls were nice and had smiles on their faces(the ones putting on the pizza sauce and the toppings) but portions were stingy so we asked for a little bit more. The expression on these girls faces looked like they wanted to give us more toppings but they seemed hesitant, knowing the manager was nearby and closely watching so they only gave us a couple more pieces. Then we got to the end of the line and there were 2 ladies-the cashier and the manager, and they were the absolute worst. The cashier and the manager looked like and behaved like women’s prison guards, masculine stocky build, barking orders, mean and unfriendly. Not a pleasant experience at all. It’s one thing to watch The Orange is the New Black on Netflix. It’s another thing to go to a restaurant and feel like you’re in it. If they hire a different manager, we’ll go back. But at this point, no. There’s 5 other pizza places at Jesse Ranch that’s walking distance of Pieology… Ozzie’s, Papa John’s, Straw Hut, Giuseppe’s, and Pizza Factory.

I tried it last night. The line was out the door and the place was packed. It took about 15 minutes from beginning to end to get my pizza. The crust was thinner than any pizza I have ever had. With all the toppings I did not care. It was quite tasty. For $ 7.95 for an 11.5 inch pizza, you got a choice of white or whole wheat crust. Gluten free was $ 2 more. There was a choice of five sauces and five cheeses. I wanted vegetarian and I was not disappointed. There was an excellent choice of vegetables and you can have as many as you want. I choose tomatoes, red onion, artichokes, two kinds of olives, garlic, two kinds of peppers, corn, spinach, cilantro, pineapple and fresh basil. OMG, it was delicious. There were some sauces for the top too. For meat lovers, they also had pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, bacon and Canadian bacon. With tax, it was $ 8.59. I got two, mostly healthy, meals out of it although I felt like being a pig and eating the whole thing in one sitting.

The pizza was very fresh I had the marinara sauce absolutely loved it. By far one of the best pizzas I have had since living up here in the high desert Apple Valley area.
