This is a nice location but that’s about it. The employees there are simply incompetent … on my last visit I waited a long time alone in the store to get a latte. I got regular coffee instead, then a lukewarm latte before I walked out. Other visits they screwed up my order. One wonders how well they clean up the place or themselves. Will stay away in the future!

Wow, This place is seriously good. I went for a coffee. The coffee is so perfect it has right amount of cream, coffee and sugar. I savored and loved my coffee till the last drop. I was in rush, I could not get the guys name. He was tending the shop on Oct 242015 at 4PM. Nice!

Coffee is always good. Donuts are a little stale more often than not. Not as clean as most DD’s

The only reason I gave it the 2 star was because I got two packs of free hash browns ! They typed in my order wrong the girl was too busy watching something else she didn’t listen correctly so the guy was cool enough to give me my hash browns.

I am absolutely floored with everything about this place. I decided to let this place settle a little before I went and tried it to allow the new business to get into a rhythm. Today I went to DD to pick up about 3 dozen donuts and some beverages for my son’s hockey team. Sounds pretty simple right? Wrong! Here’s all that happened. 1. The guy trying to put a dozen donuts in a box got the wrong size box and kept smooshing the items to make them fit right. He was too busy socializing with the girls working the counter and wasn’t paying attention. He was flipping the iced/coated/frosted donuts to reorganize them and was losing the icing all over the place. Finally some girl had to show him how to pack a box of donuts. His parents must be proud. 2. The girl who took my order got one of the drinks wrong and I had to tell her that and showed the receipt. Stuff happens, but this is a lack of attention in my book. 3. The girl who made a hot chocolate for us made it wrong the first time and then had to make it again the right way. She had attitude and was not happy making it again. The bigger problem was that I was standing there for a long time waiting for my drink. Their hot chocolates come out of a machine. You push the button, you hold the cup, and you give it to the customer. How hard is that? She was chit chatting with her friends and goofing off… delaying me, which really annoyed me. 4. I get my hot chocolate finally. I ordered a medium. I pick it up and it’s LIGHT. I open the lid and it’s only about ¾ of the way full part of that was foam… so technically I only had a half full hot chocolate. The girl who looked like a manager of sorts(because she wore a special blue shirt) came to me when I complained and said that the machines make the drink and that’s what they provide. Seriously? I’ve been to other DD and when I order a hot chocolate, I get a full cup. She didn’t do anything to resolve this and just said that the machine makes it and that’s that. OK… if that’s the case… blame the machine… fine. Do something to fix it so that I have a full drink. Additionally… maybe it’s worth noting that the machine is not configured correctly. 5. My son got a chocolate milk. It comes in a fridge. Well… we are in the car and my son said that he doesn’t like it and that it’s not real chocolate milk. I took it from him, looked at it, and it said whole milk chocolate milk. I opened it and tasted it and it was SOUR. Disgusting. I looked at the label and it was dated September 28. Today was October 4. This tells me a few things. 1) They don’t pay attention to the products that are selling and when they expire. 2) Chocolate milk shouldn’t even be that sour when expired 6 days… so I am assuming that these milks at one point sat out at room temperature for awhile. This again shows a lack of attention to quality and healthiness. The staff failed, the managers failed, and the owners failed. UGH… so annoyed. Soured milk, half full cups, incompetent staff that goofs off and sees their job as a social setting rather than a job, and a complete lack of customer service. Very disappointed. Was so excited to have a DD nearby. It will take a lot for me to give them another chance.

First, if you’re reading this because you’re in this part of Loudoun Co., you’re probably celebrating that there is even a DD close by!(celebrate!) The setting here is pretty nice. There is a lounge/armchair area on the left when you enter, and a table+seats on the right. I think they’re trying to step towards making DD more of a café for those of us who enjoy just chilling out with our coffee. Suggestion: I would use dimmer lighting. Visit any bakery, coffee house, café, and even starbucks, you’ll see that they are using dimmer lights. This is easier on the eyes and makes it more cozy and comfortable, as opposed to the super bright fluorescents. We haven’t gotten breakfast here, so I have nothing to say about their bf. Donut wise, the times that we’ve had, it tasted fresh. Service… hm… we were served by a new guy who didn’t know the difference between items that he was recommending us(-.-), nor did he know where to find that item on their screen. Aside from that, he and the other staff were friendly and polite. Note: While we were there, one of the staff was wiping down the counters and stuff — which just makes me feel good. I’ve gone to other DDs and cafes where there is just a dust pileup on counters and shelves. Keep up the good work and we’ll be visiting again soon!

My first time coming here to try the new Dunkin donuts down the street. The mango smoothie tasted like it had some kind of powder in it almost like a protein shake. The young lady bagging the donuts put my donuts in really small bags. One of the donuts was so smushed in the bag. The bag ended up having more frosting inside of it than the actual donut.

Friendly service… no croissant donuts… easy to get to, right at the front of the shopping plaza… very convenient.

Donuts and iced coffee are great. The egg sandwiches are gross. The eggs were gritty and powdery… Just weird and off-putting. We had to throw our breakfast sandwiches away. Bummer.
