Disgusting hard rock breakfast bagel sandwiches served here. I think they just reheat old food– should’ve known better than to order anything from this kiosk. It was early in the morning and I was waiting for my international flight. After 13 hours of that nasty old food sitting in my stomach, I regurgitated it while at South Korea’s Incheon airport.

I saw many bad comments about the people that work there saying they couldn’t speak english. I didn’t have any problem with them and I think they could speak good enough english. It was one of the few places who actually gave me Iced coffee with LESS cream and sugar. But the donuts didn’t look anything close to fresh. They had few option available from the menu but none was fresh considering the fact that I was there arpund 7:00.

Got me my iced hazelnut, light cream, no sugar coffee very quickly. It tasted like the normal DD. That is all I want from DD, and that is what I got. Not sure why there are a ton of haters!

I love Dunkin Donuts. But not this one. Hate this one and it’s an insult to the DD franchise. Slow service, too many errors. Ordered bacon egg cheese bagel with a side of cream cheese. They asked me five different times what I ordered as they were preparing it. They hardly spoke English which did not help. Forgot to give the person in front of me their change. I waited at least 10 minutes for it. And it was not even hot, the pre cooked egg patty was still half frozen and soggy. If it wasn’t pre cooked I would fear for salmonella poisoning. Out of ketchup when I asked for it, and out of veggie cream cheese. I don’t care how hungry you are, this is the worst of the worst airport food I’ve ever eaten.

It’s a DD in an airport. I don’t know if people expect perfection from it but you probably shouldn’t. That being said the coffee was pretty gross, and the donuts were stale. Employees didn’t speak English very well, but I’m from San Diego so I’m pretty used to that. It’s basically what I’d expect from a business in an airport. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This dunkin donuts location is absolutely useless. They run out of things that are used in main menu items every single time I talk myself into stopping there in the hopes that just once they’ll have what they need from my order. They never gave the rolls for the ham and cheese sandwich my husband orders. Last week they didn’t have bacon and today no guacamole(both occurrences mentioned happened at around 11am so no logical reason for running out). When the new main item on your menu is a bacon guacamole flatbread, you would think they’d have the items necessary to actually sell it. I likely won’t bother stopping me here again as I’m sure they won’t have what I want anyway.

I feel like a Dunkin would have to do something absolutely horrendous for me to give them a poor rating, and this location didn’t do anything along those lines. The line moved quickly, the donuts were cheap, and the service was pleasant. I will say that they were out of a lot of the options that I would have wanted, but it’s entirely possible that I was just there at an off time, so it’s all good.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but the service at this location is really horrible. The woman working at the register barely spoke English, everyone had to point and she was very rude too everyone in line. I guess if you are at the airport you either put up with it, or you get nothing. It is sad when you are trying to spend somewhere and they barley look at you, let alone speak to you.

Slow service, lack of items displayed on the menu and being out of most bagels won this location a single star.

Walking past this kiosk in IAD and thinking of stopping? Don’t. It was busy during the morning rush, which is understandable, but I waited for 15 minutes and they got my order wrong. Which they then refused to fix. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. ABP is a bit of a walk, but they’ll fix your order if they screw it up.

Super donut fail. Ok. if you know me well enough I have a BAD tooth for donuts. Like I randomly crave donuts… frequently. It’s super bad, heck… real bad. I have to seriously restrain myself from ordering or even eating a whole box of donuts to myself. Well. I had a quick layover at Dulles airport on my way to Boston. I just got off a red eye and was still super tired because I was wired on west coast time still and it was 6 something in the morning. I was walking over to my airport gate and then my eyes busted out of my head when I saw someone holding Dunkin’ Donuts(DD) coffee. «Oh my word…» Forget going for a healthy egg sandwich or some Greek yogurt, because I’m about to go DD. You see, I’m from California and us Californians do not have DD. They tease us with random commercials and sell their coffee here and it’s just plain wrong. especially to someone who LOVES donuts. Once I found the DD stand I ordered a coffee which was decent 3⁄5 stars and a coconut donut(I LOVE coconutty things!). It was dry, bland, and not yummy 1.5−2÷5 stars. My donut heart felt broken and I realized I wasted calories on something that was not scrumptious. And that’s a big no no when traveling and eating. You eat without regrets! The guy at the register was nice. But overall, don’t come here for donuts people. Dunkin Donuts is NO slam dunk.

Dunkin Donuts has great drinks for the price and their donuts are pretty tasty too. Great value, super deal… ok food.

The only reason this place is even getting a star is so I can write this review. We had the WORST service we have ever had at this Dunkin Donuts. On our way to our gate to catch our plane, we thought a donut would be a nice, quick treat on our long flight back to SFO. Boy were we mistaken! There were two ladies behind the counter. One was sitting talking to the second– both gossiping about who knows what. The one lady that was actually working and making sandwiches for two customers in front of us was taking her sweet a** time and paying more attention to Lady #1 and what she had to say rather than whatever sandwich she was making. She finally realized that there were people waiting in line and told us she would be right with us. And we waited… for about 10 minutes. It took her TENMINUTES to take our order. Once she finally made her way to us, their donut selection was minimal. To make matters worse, once we did finally eat our donuts on our flight they were stale. Lets just say, there is a reason you shouldn’t eat donuts.
