Typical Subway, they moved the line fast and I got what I asked for, so no complaints from me.

This subway is in the untied terminal of the airport. it was the most crowded i have ever seen a airport establishment. i must have arrived in the worst rush possible, however i refused to eat a bag of chips and candy for lunch in the local hudson news. fIrst of all, people were CUTTING??? REALLY??? they were also understaffed, so even though the staff was going as fast as they could, there was no possible way they could keep up. many of the staff could not speak english. i totally understand if english is not your first language and it is a little hard for you, but please learn what the different english names are for vegetables and what yes and no mean. after surviving the longest wait ever, and a very confusing ordering experience, i sit down to eat my sandwich and it was literally drowned in dressing, almost inedible! i would definitely recommend trying somewhere else if you are stuck at this airport!

I don’t think I’ve had a worse food-acquiring experience at any Subway ever, including gas stations and actual train stations. I ordered the salad, which is basically the same toppings as you get on the sandwiches– both in terms of type and quantity. I got a half-handful of spinach, two tomato slices, a couple of black olives, and had to ask special for some cheese. The woman taking my order couldn’t understand me. And this is maybe my fault, but they don’t have true salad dressings here, it’s just the sauces they put on the sandwiches. They also asked my fiancé twice for what kind of sandwich he wanted and three times for the type of cheese. We were in a hurry to get to our gate… It’s too bad Subway has a real monopoly on the food options in this terminal!
