Only have good things to say about this Barbour store. Store itself is well laid out and organized with abundant stock. Everyone who’s ever helped me has been extremely accommodating. Also, they offer a 10% discount for students. I’m writing this review because of a recent transaction in which the assistant manager Katie, and another one of the sales associates Annie, really went above and beyond to help me get a gift delivered on a short deadline. They overnighted a jacket, for ground shipping price, and when I noticed the tracking showed the delivery date was for Monday(the next business day), they contacted UPS and set up Saturday delivery with no additional charge. I received the nicely wrapped package early the next morning with a hand written note from Katie explaining the return policy and letting me know of their stores upcoming sales. Throughout the exchange they were prompt in keeping me updated via phone and email. For the price of Barbour’s products you expect good customer service, but Barbour of Ardmore really took it to another level.

I love the clothes and shop at both philly and Ardmore. i shop there all time. Ardmore just recently hired a new store manager. Today I found out the hard way that her costumer service skills are very poor ! Today I came in the store to buy a sweater and the gentleman was great but the manager was not pleasant at all. Would not say greet me or acknowledge that I was even there. So when I came to the counter to check out, I was waiting a few minutes and I women came in with a return. The pretty much jumped over the counter to help her. Having me wait until she was taken care of first. I guess she thinks my money is as green as hers! I will not be going to Ardmore any longer. The philly store has a lot of great people that work there and your treated all the same!

Dear Barbour at Ardmore, PA, I love the clothing from Barbour. But, recently I went to the NYC Soho Barbour store, found a beautiful jacket but unfortunately due to sizing it was unavailable. A gracious clerk helped me locate the size I wanted from your store. I spoke with a gentleman at the Barbour store in Ardmore, PA who took my credit card information over the phone. I haven’t made any purchases since and a week later my bank informs me credit card fraud has occurred as faulty transactions were made and not by me. When a customer provides such information, after inputting the transaction, that information should’ve been torn up and shredded into a refuse bin. I’m not sure what happened but now I’m wary of using credit cards and shopping at your reputable establishment. Disappointed. Sincerely, Barbour fan
