My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at this store. We set up our appointment online to look at tuxes for our wedding. We walk in at our appointment time and are immediately greeted and ushered to Chad, the gentleman who helped us. He was incredibly knowledgable and we had a great experience looking at different styles in our price range. It was quick, painless, and we ended up finding exactly what we wanted.

The office manager was nice to deal with during the evening hours. However, when we put in our order, my husband specifically requested to have his tux picked up on a Wednesday because we were getting married out of town and was leaving Thursday. They said it wasn’t a problem, and«we will make a note of it». This was the worse vendor I’ve dealt with in my entire life. It made it worse when I called the week of my wedding to find out if the tux was coming in, but come to find out, all the tuxes were coming in to the same store(even though the groomsman were measured and was suppose to pick them up at their respective locations – Maryland and Chicago!), the grooms’s tux was the wrong size – they mixed up the order for the groom and the best man. I had to go to the store and try to sort things out, but the store manager has left for the evening. I had to deal with an incompetent operations manager who told me all 4 tux had come in and I can pick them up. I did not trust them since they messed up the sizes 4 times so I decided to unzip every tux to make sure they were the correct size. My husband, the groom did not have the correct tie and vest, because the best man’s tux was ordered under my husband’s size! I was livid. This was 4 days before my wedding and I had to deal with people who cannot get the right color ordered. I left the store and waited until the next day, came in and spoke with the store manager that I’ve been dealing with. He called and rushed an overnight order for my husband’s tie and vest and a new suit for my husband and best man. The best man had to pick up the tux the next day(2 days before the wedding) and drive up to NYC that evening, not knowing if the tux was going to fit my husband. This added headache and all the stress was not needed, especially when I had to deal with other issues. They never flat out offered any type of compensation until I had asked — they should have comp the entire order, but instead, they refunded two rentals. I SWEAR we will never, ever deal with this company again and will not REFER them to ANYONE!

This is a great store. I found three suits that I am in love with and bought them all. I am hoping they are tailored well but so far I am very happy with the great service and sales prices.

My brother-in-law came here to get suits for his wedding party, and a very pleasant man named Victor helped him out. The(extremely reasonably priced) suits came in quickly after they were ordered, which was great. I went with my husband this past weekend for his fitting and got to meet Victor myself, and he truly was a doll. We also needed to exchange a shirt that was a gift but we didn’t have a gift receipt. Victor helped us out with that, too. You can tell this Jos A Bank values customer service!
