IHOP

Good food, clean, but the service soo bad, the person in the entrance was soo rude, and the server was on the same way, if there s a manager, never shows up…
Food is noce presented, but still missing flavor, just plain.

Been there 3 times and the last was strike 3. Someone needs to tell the wait staff that its better to have the food arrive hot then let it sit on the counter getting cold while they wait for the cook to catch up. If toast comes with your eggs it should arrive with the eggs, not 15 minutes later when you are done eating the eggs. When I ask about the toast it means I would like it NOW. Last visit…4 meals… 3 had to be sent back because they were cold.
Won’t be going back any time soon…3 strikes and you’re out!!!

Our server was a good guy. He was friendly and knowledgable about the menu. I ended up just getting a bacon omelette, which wasn’t bad. The manager was also very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. The biggest issue is that the parking lot is a little small. Also, it filled up rather fast. Other than that– things were good.

IHOP is always one of those places that sounds like a great idea but never actually is. That said, I’m sure we’ll be back eventually because… well, read the first sentence.
I will say that our waitress was awesome. Very friendly and attentive, and patient — my husband has this weird thing where he turns into a comedian when we’re out to eat and despite my eye rolls, she politely laughed at his jokes. :-D
Also, this location is VERY small and has awkward parking, but it is clean so points for that.

Overall just your typical IHop, the food was good and the prices werw typical for a chain restaurant. I’d recommend the salad and chocolate pancakes. Sometimes I bump into some servers who are just having a bad day and neglect us a little or get forgetful so make sure to come in the morning. The servers then are very nice and helpful.
3 stars for the average food and the service that ismt always aa great as you’d expect. As your meal continues the service changes. But food is served fast so if your in a hurry or just loooking for a quick bite to eat stop by! They give you coupons and stuff for your birthday but its nothing really special. The do however offer a free ice cream and pancake and sing you a song like most chain restaurant. so another plus I guess. Overall I’d say stop by if your in the area for a quick grab, they stay open rather late so thats another plys.

The buttermilk pancakes are always amazing! The prices are always great too! The Ardmore location is one of my favorites, very clean and great service!

the food and service was ok. but taking my receipt and adding an extra $ 20 to the tip section after i left is over the top wrong!!!
i called my bank and they refunded me the money. i strongly advise everyone to look at their credit/​debit card statements to see if they committed the same fraud to you.

I don’t know what all these other people are talking about. Lilly, if your table is wet because they wiped it down, it means they cleaned your table so that it wasn’t sticky and icky…
This place always has amazing service and extremely consistent, scrumptious food. This is one of my favorite places to eat at. Deserves an average of ⁶⁄₅ stars rating.

These blackberry peach cobbler pancakes were the BOMB! But please dont bring my check before my asking… it’s pretty rude.

I’ve been going to this IHOP restaurant since 1982. I went there for lunch today and I must say it was a filthy mess! Dirty windows, trash on the floor, sticky table and floors. I don’t understand why food establishments that serve children insist on having carpet on the floor? The carpet made me gag! So many stains! It smelled sour from the time I walked in. I would not recommend this IHOP. Lose the dirty carpet and clean the windows table and chairs … And my French toast was cold…

Came on a busy Saturday morning and like someone else mentioned — the parking is terrible! We walked in and there were lots of people waiting and we were told 20min wait. But it was only ten. Husband and I got a table — a sticky icky table that was still wet from being wiped down.
We had a rough night and were in need of coffee. Husband said it reminded him of Army coffee — strong and nasty — like it was filtered through a dirty old sock.
The food was good though — can’t really screw up breakfast and the pancakes — which I never eat were delicious even without syrup!
Our waitress was sweet and attentive but her false eyelashes were dangerously close to falling into someone’s food.

Great place to go at 1am on the weekend. Ihop is probably one of the best places to go after a long night of drinking. Food here is great and the wait staff is very friendly! The place is tiny but it has a very cozy feeling to it. Bathrooms are clean along with the rest of the restaurant. I would definitely recommend eating here and getting the strawberry banana french toast!

I think the only thing that has ever brought me in here willfully is a hangover. Still, even with such low expectations, this IHOP is not the greatest.
I have been to this location twice, and both experiences were pretty forgettable. One of the waitresses is very funny and charming; the rest of the employees are rude and couldn’t really care less. The atmosphere is depressing and the service is painfully slow.
The pancakes, however, are actually delicious. I love the different fruity flavors of syrup to choose from at each table. The portions are generous, to say the least. You will definitely not leave hungry!
If you’re looking to fill your belly for a cheap price, and you’re in an absolutely foul mood, this is a great place to dine (and brood). Anything outside of those parameters will have you wondering what made you decide to come in at all. IHOP? More like ICRAWL.

Came in for a Sunday breakfast this morning. I figured it would be busy but we got seated after only a five minute wait. Our table didn’t look like it was completely cleaned and we had to sit very close to the tables next to us but it wasn’t too big of deal. Our waiter Terrell was fantastic! Very attentive! He came by right away to let us know he would be over soon. He took our order. Came back to check on us before our food came to make sure we were okay. For being as busy as it was he made sure to check on us multiple times. He was awesome! And our food was delicious. We had a bacon temptation omelet and a fajita omelette. We will deff be back.

I’ve good and bad experiences in IHOP’s. This place is one of the good ones, great service, patience, great food!

It’s an IHOP. We were seated immediately and I had immediate attention. My girlfriend, was essentially ignored. The server did not ask for her drink order, only asked me what I wanted. She had to flag her down to make a drink order.
Others were seated and orders were delivered to other tables in the meantime.
The food, as always, is better on the menu than in real life. My bacon was burnt too much, but the rest of the food tasted alright.
At the end of the meal, the server dropped off the check and said «no rush». I didn’t ask for it, she never asked if I wanted more. At this time, my girlfriend needed a box for the remainder of her food. I had to flag her down again.
5 minutes later, the check was paid for and we were gone.
No individual who worked there looked like they wanted to be there. The manager had a blank stare, disheveled hair. Each of the servers were in and out, smiling barely. Overall, kind of depressing environment. Tight quarters too

On this rainy Sunday I felt IHOP would be wonderful, & cozy. So the parking area is just horrible not enough parking. I walk in and it is PACKED there is a small couch area that is full of people waiting to be seated & people are standing in the entrance & exit ! What a hot mess !!!
So the hostess never tells us how long the wait would be. We finally were told after asking that it would be 20 min’s. I felt bad for a family that was waiting to be seated because they were there for 50 min & were complaining to the hostess !
Finally, we were seated & the server says she will be right with us however, does not stop and say this she sort of mumbles it as she walks away from us. We put our order in. I ordered 2 eggs scrambled w/​cheese, hash browns, & the turkey bacon. So my order comes out & the server says she is waiting on the toast. Really, the toast?! How long does toast take !!!
Twenty min later I receive my toast buttered with 3 jam packets. Maybe they are stingy with jam? Who knows? But, at this point I am about half done with my breakfast. I am also annoyed that everything here was so sticky & that my hands were a sticky mess and I didn’t even order anything with syrup.
Also, if you end up coming here make sure you sit in the dining area on the left. Unfortunately, I sat in the seating area to the right & it was right by the bathrooms. Not a pleasant scent while one is trying to eat !!!
I wouldn’t come here if you are looking for efficient, organized, good customer service… Your visit might literally take up a good chunk of your day. You also might feel displeased when you leave. I feel that my money would have been better spent at a diner.

It’s IHOP so that means it has to be good. It’s about the same as the rest. No better no worse. Its hard to get a bad breakfast here.

Went here with a group of 5 adults and 7 kids. Seating was quick even though they were busy and everyone was very friendly.

Place is always busy! love it!
Wat staff is very good here!

Sticky, everything is sticky! But I keep coming back, maybe it is something they put into that syrup… the syrup that makes everything sticky.

Vegetarian Review:
I ordered the Belgium waffle & a side of hash brown, both which were scrumptious.
Service:
Fast service, food came out warm & delicious. Waitress was sweet, as were the other staff.
Cleanliness:
There were flies & fruit flies right across from where I was seated. It was disgusting and I don’t mean just one or two but I mean like 15 – 25 flies. It was gross, really made me lose my appetite. & the place was too packed for them to move us to another table.
So, if you go, make sure you sit on the left side of the restaurant!
