The whole place is dark and filthy, all the furnitures are old. The service is the worst I’ve ever had. The lady(cannot even address her as waitress) said«come come sit sit» while she was on the phone. When the order came, it was not as the menu describe and I asked for exactly as the menu describe. The lady ended up brought me the sushi as the menu described but she said she will charge me extra $ 2 for the order. WHATINTHEWORLD??? Charging me extra money for the mistake you made??? DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE!

I’m not sure why everyone gives this place a lower review. The sushi is ALWAYS good. Always fresh. The food is good & the service is also very good. The only complaint I have is that it is kind of dark, but it’s ALWAYS consistent!

Prices are pretty good for basic rolls, but the 5 rolls I got tonight with my boyfriend were all bland. It’s strange because when I have picked up yomato sushi at Green Valley it tasted better? Probably won’t go back and would not recommend it to a friend.

The atmosphere is dark and dingy. The water was warm with one ice cube. The miso soup tasted funny. The tofu was sour. However the sushi was pretty good. Not great. Just pretty good. Most likely will not be back as there are much better sushi places.

The nicest thing I can say is that there was free parking and the ginger was very fresh. Overall, the environment was dark and dingy and did not feel/smell particularly clean. Bathroom was scary dirty and very dark so it may have been worse than I could see. Huge dark rings in the toilet. The«spicy tuna» was just plain tuna with some spices sprinkled on the top — not mixed in and creamy like you’d expect. Plus there was an extra charge for the sprinkle of spices. Portions were heavy on the rice. Stingy on the fish/avocado. Very stingy on the wasabi, which is weird… for $ 100 order, we got maybe 2 tablespoons for 5 people. One person asked for hot tea and there was $ 1.50 charge. Just stingy. Usually you get that nickel’s worth of tea for free. Basic customer service in a «Japanese» restuarant. Overall the place felt dirty and cheapskate. Needs a major renovation, cleaning and better margin of generosity to the customers. We felt ripped off. Won’t return.

I ordered sushi for the first time here due to a Groupon take-out deal. When I went to pick it up, the woman at the register was on the phone taking an order and the man next to her did not acknowledge me. So I patiently waited for the woman. When she got off the phone, she did not acknowledge me either. I initiated the conversation and told her I was picking up my sushi order. I was shocked at the price of my order. I had gone online before I went to pick up my food to estimate how much my order was. Even though my Groupon was accepted, it was $ 15 more than I had expected. I paid it anyway, but looking at the quantity of sushi and the amount I paid when I had gotten home, I’m certain it wasn’t right. I felt ripped off. The quality of the sushi was just OK. The sushi tasted fresh, but the rice wasn’t very good. The rice was a bit dry and flaky, not sushi rice. Since I only ordered sushi takeout, I can not review the dining experience or food other than sushi. Needless to say, there are far better places around the area to go for sushi and better customer service.

I ordered the galbi. Not sure what I ate but it wasn’t galbi but that’s what I get for not getting it at a korean restaurant. The sushi was so-so with too much rice. I tried taking some off when the owner(?) saw me she was like«You don’t like rice?» in an accusatory tone. Of course I do or else I wouldn’t eat sushi in the first place. The restaurant wasn’t really clean and kinda smelled. The food was gross. And the lighting was really dim even though it was lunch time.
