My family likes to explore pizza spots in our area and one Saturday the hubby suggested Rubino’s to grab a pizza and go from. Wish we had dressed to stay and eat because this family pizza spot has a really nice seating area to enjoy a great night of good pizza. They also have a small beer and wine bar area for people who wish to have a little alcohol with their food. The menu size is pretty impressive with wings, philly cheesesteak sandwiches, pizza, dessert, and much more. We have had the garlic knots– which I really like! The pizza is also pretty good as well. I also tried their Washington Nationals Philly Cheesesteak which is realllyyyy good! My husband tried the milk shake but said that it wasn’t good. Overall, I really like this place and I am happy we found this great pie place. The only reason they do not get a 5 is because of the pizza prices and because it is not the best pizza I have had but still very good. Also, wish the shakes were a little better.

Pizza is good and the bistro chicken salad is a favorite of mine. We also love the dessert cakes! Owner is awesome and very friendly when he is there. One of our favorite spots!

I had the best pasta dish at Rubino’s last night. I order the Creat your own Pasta. I choose penne in the gorgonzola cream sauce with sausage and mushrooms. The penne was cooked to a perfect al dente and the cream sauce was spectacular. I had to ask for the mushrooms separately because there are no vegetable choices on their online ordering system. I gave them 4 stars because I’ve had other items that I didn’t like. The pizza is really good. I really don’t like that they will not deliver on Friday and Saturday nights after 5:30.

I normally don’t do this, but my experience here was horrible! The pizza was not bad. However, the service and Chicken Parm Sub is a JOKE! 30 Minutes for a Chicken Parm sub made of frozen chicken fingers, marinara sauce and cheese?! If i wanted this I would have went to Harris Teeter and done it myself. Also, the bread was stale and then toasted. This took them 30 minutes to make! I WILLNEVERCOMEBACKHERE. Such a waste of a nice space for mediocre food.

Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. But unless you are going for a slice of pizza lunch is sort of expensive. If this place had lunch specials it would definitely thrive.

We just found out about this restaurant is short time ago and we have been here three times in the last month ! We ask the owner if he delivers they said they prefer not to but will deliver on occasion as a courtesy so actually it is not a place you should plan on having delivery from if you go into eat there it is very clean everybody is very nice and the food was great. It is a little on the pricey side we would go there more often if it wasn’t a little expensive!

I love their margherita pizza probably the best I’ve ever had! Literally to die for! My nieces, 5 and 2, love their plain New York style cheese pizza. This is the only pizza I ever crave for because it is just so good! Fast and clean place! People are always nice!

Perfect if you’re looking for above average pizza with good, fresh toppings. The Greek Salad is also fresh and tasty. I recommend it for an easy take-out night. We have never dined in.

This is the prettiest Pizza Joint in Ashburn and by far, it also has the best food. You can clearly tell the owner had a vision when it comes to the quality of the food. So why did I give it 2 stars? The service. I’ve ordered here probably 8 times and they messed up my order 5 times. I actually dined-in the other night and they still got it wrong. We were missing a whole entrée. I wish I could tell the owner directly that the service is terrible, he needs new staff. They aren’t friendly and they don’t care enough to get it right. That’s a problem. So yes, they have a beautiful atmosphere and great food IF you can get what you order!

We love this Rubinos. It’s about 2 miles from our house and my son loves their pizza. They have a good variety of pizzas by the slice. I always get a salad and it’s always large and fresh. Good dressings too. Their desserts look awesome! But I have yet to try them. Next time though!

Don’t order from here — I show up after placing an order and they say they don’t have it… this has happened more than twice. They take an order and forget to make it. I show them the number I called and the time to prove that the order existed and they still say they don’t know what happened. Horrible management, actually I’m not sure they have anyone there that is a manager. They lost my business. Too many options to keep giving them a second chance.

We live right behind Rubino’s and would love to have what we consider a good pizza place right nearby. Unfortunately, this isn’t it. Pizza just doesn’t taste right, staff often gets orders wrong and things just aren’t great, ever.

Tried it on a busy Friday, and I do mean busy. This is very much a family-friendly establishment. People come here cause it is great to come with a group of families. You order from the counter which is cool so you don’t have to divide up the bill. You also don’t have to tip. The staff will bring your food to but not altogether. The food also has a decent chance of coming out cold. Because of this you don’t tip. The food is pretty good, especially the entrees.

I love this place ! Staff are friendly ! Pizza is fresh and delicious. My 4 kids love the onions rings, wings and cheese pizza ! I love the margarita pizza and the tiramisu and coffee(yes desserts are served here as well). From NY it’s a very nice family friendly environment ! Don’t forget the cash back rewards when u come back !!! Ask about it ! Really works :)

Always have great food here. Our go-to’s are usually 12 inch Philly, Calzone, or a white pie. Wifey also like their various pastas. Always great food, good service, and lots of seating. There are three Rubino’s that I know of(Herndon, Ashburn and Broadlands) and all three are great. We cater a lot fo after work dinners from them. Well worth a trip to any of the three.

The only restaurant in the world that requires orders of $ 30 or more for delivery. I made the mistake of trying to order and not knowing that and they were rude in response. Owner was very rude to me over the phone when I was attempting to place a catering order. Owner does not offer discounts to teachers, firemen, and policemen like Manhattan Pizza does. This place lost our business — a family of 10 altogether(parents, kids, and grand kids).

Let’s break it down: Pros: –large selection of items including milkshakes and beer –pizza available by the slice –good cheesesteaks Cons: –wings are a bit small –pizza is bland –items are overpriced IMO That about sums it up. That’s based on the items I listed. I will have to try their other things but I was a bit disappointed with the wings and the pizza slices considering the price I paid. I expected better; hopefully my next visit will be.

They better be glad they have good marg. pizza because ordering online with them is a huge pain. First world problems, I know. But It shouldn’t take 15 minutes just to order something. Seriously the worst ordering experience ever. Why only online?! Why?! Take my order on the phone! Whatever, I’m hungry.

I was first introduced to Rubino’s when I was living in Herndon. I absolutely loved their pizza’s because not only were they a nice size but their pizza’s aren’t as greasy as some of the other pizza places. It sadden me when I had to move because I wasn’t to sure if I would ever get a chance to come back to Rubino’s ever again. But to my surprise while doing a little exploration I discovered that this Rubino’s had opened up and it wasn’t too far from me either. My eye’s just lit up with excitement. All I can say is that this place never let’s down. I go in hungry and come out 100% satisfied. No matter what I order the food is always hot, tasty, and prepared perfectly. If any of you guys are like me, then it would bother you when you are served some sloppy food. However, this isn’t the case for Rubino’s your food is prepared neatly which I absolutely enjoy. Also they have where you can sign up to be a Rubino’s member which allows you to get free pizza slices and gift cards after spending a certain amount of money in the restaurant. They also have a small size bar if you decide that you want something else to drink besides juice, water, and soda. :) I’m not sure which beers they have on tap but I think they should at least have the basics. Also this place seems to draw in a lot of families so if you are planning on eating here and you like it quiet, I would advise you try to come here while kids are either still in school or should be getting ready for bed. I am always pleased with this Rubino’s. And this place is absolutely on the list of go-to places when my wife nor I feel like cooking any dinner. I highly recommend this place.

There used to be an excellent place called American Flatbread here, but it closed. Our sadness at seeing American Flatbread gone was replaced by joy when we saw Rubinos. Rubinos is our favorite pizza place in the area, but we didn’t go very often because we didn’t like to drive all the way over to Ashburn Village to get it and bring it home. We would typically go there while out shopping or after church on Sunday. Now that there’s a Rubinos right here in the Broadlands where we live, 5 minutes down the road from our house, I guarantee we’ll be ordering all our pizzas here for family movie nights and whatnot at home. For a description of Rubinos, please see my review of the Ashburn Village location. Quick overview: This is the type of place you order at the counter, they give you a number, you sit down and they bring the food out to you. They sell pre-made pizza by the slice or they will make an entire pizza for you when you order. They make wicked cannoli for dessert, too.
