Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I work nearby as an assistant and I will occasionally pick up lunch for my boss. I usually call here when I’m leaving and order over the phone, Vilma is so energetic & sweet on the phone. Today I was there 5 minutes later and it was ready! There is also another gentleman there who is always working hard and saying hi to everyone. I love the food and smoothies, but I really love this place particularly and their staff!

The food was good but Jonathan was rude.

I’m a big fan of the chicken pesto flatbreads and their salads. You can get a tasty and healthy bite to eat here. I like a wide array of their smoothies, depending on what my taste buds are tugging for. EVeryone has their preferences of course. My go-​to smoothies are:
1. Totally Green
2. Tropic-​colada (My summer fave heavy in coconut flavor)
3. Caribbean C-​bust (my go-​to when under-​the-​weather)
4. Acai Berry Boost (just one of those «feel-​good» smoothies)
This particular location is very close to me, so that is a plus. It’s a cozy location, although I usually get my items to go. Very clean and friendly service.

This place is amazing. I come here almost every day on my break and grab a smoothie. The size of the smoothie that you get is perfect for the price and is a lot cheaper than other places that I have been to in the past. Also, the people who work there always greet me with a smile and really make me feel welcome.
You will also see a lot of workers come in on their breaks and makes this place a perfect hangout spot for everyone, and their variety of smoothies ensures that nothing gets boring. I haven’t tried any of the food that they serve yet and therefor can’t give it 5 stars, but I cannot wait to try it.
With the summer coming on this is should be a guaranteed stop for everyone. Also, since it’s facing the plaza you don’t have to go far out of the way for a great smoothie.

This is my favorite of all the Tropical Smoothie locations I’ve been too. I think we met the manager the last few times we were there and he’s a very friendly guy. All the staff is actually really great and even when they’re swamped they still get the smoothies out in a reasonable amount of time and they do it with a smile.

The portions are too tiny now, they had a good service and reasonable prices for the portions they served. Now the menu changed up, there are new unfriendly employees (who by thw way messed up my order), and SMALLER portion. I used to order a chicken wrap and end up super happy now the wraps are half of what they used to be. Half a wrap and still the same price. Dislike. Was a regular customer but i think its time to let go.

I love coming here. I am here almost every morning and love the options of smoothies here. Most of all it is Vilma’s great customer service.

Me and my boyfriend are regulars and the manager knows his name and usual order. It’s nice to have a personalized experience. Also– the smoothies are great and you get a lot for just 5 dollars. At Robeks for that size I would pay almost 8. I haven’t tasted a lot of the food, but the Thai chicken wrap is really good. Service is fairly quick and it is all around a good place to stop by!

Have gone to this place every Sunday for the last couple of month’s with my daughter and the food and service is awesome. Tried the Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap last time with a smoothie and it was delicious. I plan on trying that a couple more times before I switch over to the sandwiches. I have been to other Tropical Smoothies but the food at this particular location tastes very fresh. The owner mentioned that he personally shops for the fruit, which you can tell by the rich flavor of the smoothies.
The owner and the staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure your happy on every visit.

I frequent this place a lot because of the excellent customer service and the food is very good too! The buffalo chicken wrap is excellent and the Mongolian steak noodle bowl is very good too. Def has a kick! The noodle bowl was quite small, I wish it was a lot bigger since it comes to $ 7.20 after tax. Kinda pricey in my mind. The smoothies are excellent. But again pricey. The manager PK is super friendly and has some of the best customer service EVER! He’s excellent! Love the food and smoothies, I just wish it all wasn’t so pricey. But I will continue to go!

This restaurant, located in the One Loudoun shopping center is truly prime real estate! My daughter and I visited them while attending a free concert on a beautiful Friday night! The place was not busy, but the wait was a little long for a smoothie and a wrap.
The Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap was tasty and enough for both of us to enjoy. It has just enough zing to make my 2 year old want something to drink after taking a bite. :)
The Strawberry Lemonade smoothie really hit the spot. I surely got my smoothie fix with this delicious smoothie! This is on the list of places I will visit again!

This Tropical Smoothie location is certainly a stand-​out from the rest.

Located in the One Loudoun shopping center next to Alamo Theatre, this shop is fairly new. I’ve been here more than a handful of times to get my smoothie fix, and each time has been consistently great service.
They seem to participate in a lot of promotions (Grand Opening was 50% everything, they happily honored my $ 1.99 beverage day smoothie), and I love that they seem to care about the community (spotted signs for 5K, encourage donating to charities, etc).
I believe I met the manager yesterday, and he was a really friendly guy. A majority of the staff here is made up of young people, but they do a good job. Everyone so far has been awesome. I think that’s the reason why I choose to come back, even though I do miss the closer location in Sterling that shut down.
I’m happy to say that with the consistent friendly service, and people working here, this is my go-​to smoothie spot. I hope this new addition is here to stay!

Can’t remember the name of my smoothie. It was something green with kale, spinach, bananas and some other stuff. It was tasty what more can you ask?
