I said yes! Unfortunately though I said «no thanks» to the ring. Thank goodness for Art FX because we got to all work together to create my dream ring in my fiancé’s budget. Good riddance generic ring and say hello to my black diamond rose gold dainty amazing hand crafted engagement ring! I could not be any more happy with the result. Jeremy did an amazing job and even told me that the original quote was too high and made me pay less! Such an honest and hard working company! I got updates along the way with pictures and videos, the whole process was very fun from start to finish and now I have this amazing one of a kind ring to stare at every day. Thank you again!

Eight years ago, my husband and I had our wedding bands made by another jeweler in town and we have never been truly happy with them.
I am lucky to have several unique and custom pieces from Art FX, and I love them. We decided to bring our rings in to the shop where Dane helped us redesign and completely rebuild our rings. After less than 2 weeks of production time, we picked them up today and they are just stunning.
We are thrilled! What a fantastic 8^th anniversary gift to ourselves!
The kindness, craftsmanship and artistic skill of these guys is exceptional.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Seriously, do not buy your jewelry anywhere else. I am a well informed consumer of diamonds, and am also a local resident in the area. I have purchased and had fine jewelry pieces made at other stores before I met Chuck at Art Fx, and I have to say that he and his staff are amazing to work with. They custom made a gorgeous heart shaped right hand ring, built exactly to duplicate a photo of a ring that I had seen, and it’s beyond stunning. This store has unique, one-​of-​a-​kind, high quality items, as well as affordable gift ideas too. Chuck and his staff have always been honest, kind, and patient each time I’ve gone in, and their prices are very competitive. I’m a customer for life!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Art FX, so when I was back in Ashland I went and spoke to the owner Chuck Troutman about designing a matching band. It just arrived today and it’s beautiful! Chuck and Willie? (young blonde guy with beard) were both so helpful and patient with me. I think my fiancé will end up getting his wedding band at Art FX too! Great customer service and reasonable pricing. This jewelry shop is a gem!

Another day in Ashland and another place for fine arts. Art FX is a pleasure to visit. Their wares are well displayed, well chosen, and gorgeous. And like my friend Toni, I’m a sucker for nice glass and reasonable prices for such quality.

This elegant jewelry store and gallery has been open 2 or 3 years now. I’ve wandered through admiring their wares, but this year I noticed they have resin sculptures of people by Shelley Buonaiuto.
I first encountered her work several years ago at the Brookside Art Annual and two of her women leaning out of their windows to chat grace my living room wall.
After I looked around I went outside to sit and wait for Nina. She was in there a surprisingly long time and when she came out she told me she had been greatly tempted by a glass bead necklace. Doing what any good friend would do I offered to be her bad influence. We went back to the store, the saleswoman joined us and Nina tried on the necklace. It looked good but not spectacular and trying it on allowed Nina to decide against it. Looking in the case next to the necklace I saw a beautiful pair of earrings, also Murano glass. They were just my colors. I tried them on, they looked good, were $ 79 and I bought them. Turns out Nina was the bad influence on me!

Amazing jewelry and decorative art — reminds me of Mother Goose Gallery in Portland. A must-​see in downtown Ashland.

I have to second the previous review of this business. We’ve been in town for about 4 days and have visited this business three times and blown most of our budget here.
