great customer service! I called in advance for a game that I had been searching for and they had ONE copy left. asked them to hold it for me until I got there and they did.

This place is not a restaurant but it’s a bad place for gamers. I went to get a used ps4 there with my friend and we agreed on a price online already with the owner and just changed it last minute when I went with my friend. At first I was ok with it but when my friend picked up the ps4 that was suppost to be for a friend he took it back to the store the same day to get a refund because he already got a new ps4 and we thought he would get a refund since he looked like a nice guy and since he’s always bragging in his website, that gamers are important for his business, but it’s not true the guy is just a jerk that says nice things when convenient. His store may have a lot of things but he’s also not managing it well, I say that because we waited nearly an hour for him to show up to his own store!!! He’s always putting up signs that he’ll be back in 30 minutes and he lets his mom or aunt who ever she is manage his store, she’s nice but she doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. Shows how much he cares for his store. I’m making this review of the store so people don’t get tricked by this guy (btw the used ps4 didn’t even include the headphones and it was in his store in display meaning that he lost the headphones that were suppost to be inside my friends ps4)
