First time here, it was Wednesday burrito night, yummy. Good prices friendly service. Food was out to us in a matter of minutes. Good true Mexican food!

We loooooove this place! Every Saturday night they bring their taco truck out to Santa Margarita and we go every chance we get. Their al pastor is delicious. Their salsas are incredible. And the staff is always super friendly!

Called to inquire for catering for an event. Guy told me to call back later. He was busy. Not exactly something I would say to a person seeking my business. Keep your tacos.

The AL pastor is good however the service is horrible, Thursday night after softball 6 guys from my team went there to enjoy some tacos when we asked if the only TV could be changed from Pokemon(which was at full volume) to the Warriors game we were told no because the owners three year old was watching it. So 6 paying customers sat eating tacos attempting to talk over Pokémon.

1 star for the chorizo taco. The al pastor had a taste as if the meat was bad. We left them on our plates. The salsa bar included 5 tasteless salsas. Staff was nice and place seemed clean. skip it.

I’ll be blunt… the ingredients, cook, or recipes have changed, but not for the better. The chili verde burrito was filled with overcooked dry meat(in a brownish sauce) watery beans, bland rice, yellow tasteless cheese and no onions or cilantro as I requested. In the past their Pastor tacos were excellent, this visit mine were fatty fat fat. Too bad I like supporting local businesses.

Best tacos in Atascadero hands down. The place is ALWAYS clean and the owner and staff are ALWAYS friendly. The prices are a little expensive in my opinion… but the quality of the food is more than worth it.

If you are looking for ambiance… Look elsewhere. However, if you are searching for the best pastor tacos on the planet… This is your spot. Don’t forget to try them with the guacamole salsa. Delicious!

Really good Mexican food, tons of options. Tortas are really good, my favorite is the language followed by carnitas. Meats are seasoned and cooked just right. Never had an issue with the quality or temperature of the food. Owners are friendly and make you feel welcome.

If I could, I wouldn’t give them any stars. We are, I should now say ‘were’, returning customers. Food is great. Business is bad. We come in Monday December 28 to order food. After we pay, the owner’s wife tells the owner something at the counter and then leaves. While we are waiting for our food, the owner comes by and tells my husband that they have a ‘declined’ receipt back in early December, from him and that we need to pay it. This is their mistake that they didn’t catch. They have lost us as customers. They would rather risk losing a long time customer over $ 13. Go to business school you morons.

I had about 30 minutes to kill while my tuxedo was getting fitted, so I came across the parking lot to this little restaurant. It’s family run, and is quite quant. I was craving a chimichanga, but they didn’t have one on the menu. The owner asked what I wanted and I told her and she said it was no problem! The food came out extremely fast, and was very tasty! I’m going to be coming back for sure. One of two places in Atascadero that has wonderful Mexican food!

Mediocre. The tacos are good and el pastor ones are more flavorful than the carne asada ones. The nachos and Horchata suck balls!!! Nachos didn’t even have CHEESE& were so soggy from the beans. Overload on beans. The Horchata was so watered down and barely tasted like anything. Not my fave Mexican restaurant.

The Al Pastor tacos are outta this world good. The guacamole salsa is a must. Delicious salsa bar. They have added more tables inside and have a big TV to watch the games on. Family owned and ran… feels good to support a mom and pop restaurant. Tuesdays and Thursdays al pastor tacos are $ 1.50. Sooooo good and always quick. This is an order at the counter and food is delivered to you kind of place. No frills, but delicious, well priced food.

Don’t get the Chipotle Shrimp! I’m usually a garbage disposal but, I just couldn’t do it. I ended up setting them aside and ordered the AL Pastor tacos. Now, those were Tacos! Very good tacos I’ll be back just for those! Don’t worry, I wasn’t rude about it. I just told the ladies that I was really craving tacos al pastor.

Hands down, GREAT al pastor tacos. Their salsa bar is wonderful featuring HOT chipotle and green salsas and mild green red and guac. Grab some radish if you are going for my favorite, the Chipotle. You will need it to cool down. The fish tacos are also perfect. Don’t go for the atmosphere. Go to the taco stand for the tacos. They also have a nice selection of beer.

I have eaten here one time, and while I enjoyed my meal(I got it to go), I’m going to focus solely on the service. I walked in and stood at the register, waiting to place my order. The cashier was nowhere in sight, there was a man and a woman working in the kitchen. Both of them looked at me numerous times as I stood there waiting. However neither of them acknowledged me, or said anything like«someone will be right with you», or «just a minute please». Even if I were to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they didn’t speak English, they could have at least held up one finger, which is pretty much the universal sign for«one moment», or they could have nodded their head at me or something. Finally the cashier appeared out of the back after I’ve been standing here for 5 minutes like an idiot, and he took my order. I will probably not be giving this place a second chance. Good service is very important to me, and I hate just being ignored while I stand around like a fool. Thinking back, I should’ve just walked out of the damn place.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE! Went here recently with my GF and the service was decent, but after that it went straight downhill! our nachos appetizer was OLD, STALE, and extremely BLAND. The little cheese they did put on was not even melted and looked like shredded government cheese! I also ordered a tostada de ceviche with what seemed like canned fish scraps and a soggy tortilla. The worst part of it all was the torta that i ordered to go, served on a HARD, CRUSTY, STALE bun, with the same OLD, TOUGH, DRY carne asada that was on our nachos.
I only went here because I purchased a coupon from , and decided to give em a try… turns out. THEYDONOTTAKECOUPONS, EVENONESTHEYSELLYOUONLEGITIMATEWEBSITES. i have since informed and they refunded my coupon. I WISHTHEYCOULDREFUNDMYTIMEANDHORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. but rest assured because my GF and I will never be returning to this place again! DISGUSTING!

We came in for lunch. I ordered the wet burrito combo plate with al pastor and green sauce and he ordered a chili verde burrito. For about $ 15, the prices weren’t bad. We drank water and did not buy any chips or salsa. I could see the kitchen area and it looked very clean. The seating area was also fairly clean, but the table did feel as if it had crusted food on it. The server was friendly and explained the dishes to us. The food arrived and mine was immediately removed, the server spoke Spanish to a few of the cooks and they took it to the back. I was a little confused until the server explained that they had put the wrong sauce on top. They brought it back and I could tell that they flipped the burrito over onto a different plate and put green sauce on top. I was mostly ok with this, but am not sure the tongue numbing heat was from residual red sauce or the true character of the green. Whomever said their food was bland and tasteless must have damage to their taste buds! It was good and if you like heat, you’ll really like this.
