I just wanted to say that this location is quite a disappointment for lunch. Everytime I go to pickup my to-go order, it always takes about 5 – 10 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge that I am standing at the bar. Not one person asks if they can help you in any way. Also, everytime, something has either been made incorrectly or a condiment has not been included. This time, no salad dressing, which I’m sure would annoy anybody. When work gets stressful, all I want is a nice lunch from Chili’s but this location does not provide that. Very disappointing.

It was a last minute decision to stop by Chili’s since we had tried to go to Longhorn next door, but the wait was an hour! We waited maybe 10 minutes for Chili and wer promptly seated. The service was not good, particularly since we sat for about 15 minutes before our server even came to take our drink order. They have a huge menu, which makes it a little difficult to make a decision, but I went with the turkey burger and fries, which was fine. Not bad, but not great, either. They do have some good specials such as the dinners for two at $ 20, which 2 of our party ordered. The bacon avocado chicken sandwich was good, though. Everything was fine, aside from the slow service. It’s not somehwere I would go out of my way for, but it served it’s purpose.

This location is the absolute worst I have been to. I ordered some sliders that were hard add a rock and it took forever to get then redone and they were bad again. The service was horrible and it was dirty.

My sister and I were waiting on our car to be serviced, we were told it would take 3+ hours just to be looked at, so we walked over to chilis. We were there around 4 pm on a Tuesday. We decided to sit in the lounge area, and the bartender was holding it down being the hostess and the waitress all at the same time while tending to several other customers. Chips were nice and hot, salsa was mild but good. Spinach dip was decent but piping hot, so I was pleased. Grapefruit margarita was well worth ordering a pitcher of. Food was good too… we ordered their fresh tex mex bowls… the margarita and the chipotle… I was super pleased!

Tried to place a to go order online, after picking all my food hit check out and got a message that the order couldn’t be completed, that I needed to call the restaurant. Called the rest and place my order, everything was fine until we started eating. The Sirloin steak was rare(asked for it medium) the mashed potatoes were salty; the chips and salsa were wayyyyyyyy salty; the Margherita Flatbread was also salty; the tortillas from my chicken fajitas were stale. Overall my experience was very unpleasant and the only reason why I give it 2 stars is because the cashier was nice and professional.

Situated on the corner of Piedmont and Lindbergh you will find one of Atlanta’s best kept secrets, Chili’s Bar and Grill. If you are looking for light and creative contemporary American fare in a comfortable and artfully merchandized dining room you will not be disappointed. Chili’s culinary team led by Ferran Adrià utilizes only local grown and sustainable ingredients in its dishes, proving food that is good for the planet needn’t be any less opulent, flavorful, or stunning to look at. My daughter, our au pair, and myself were greeted instantly by the maître d. Our server was very attentive and knowledgable about vintage First Growth Bordeaux wines, suggesting a 2012 oak aged Sutter Home. I suggest the Quesadilla Explosion Salad if you are open to the exploration of new innovative flavor pairings. Five stars. Will come back.

Omg! 20min b4 they came to take a drink order… another 20min to get our drinks…10 additional min to get water… them when we DID get our food, it was cold. When we FINALLY got a manager to come to our table, he at lay comped the food. Our server AJ didn’t really check on us the whole time. We dealt with a different server more than our own.

Do your best to avoid. Slow, chips were stale and cheese dip was overcooked. Took 15 to get a glass of water, 20 to get appetizer and 45 to get food when only 3 other tables full. Food and dirt all over floor and creepy characters.

Ordered my usual Chicken Crispers and had it delivered with my usual Mobile Waiters on 6÷11÷15. After one bite, I noticed the consistency was off, very rubbery. I then pulled the crispers apart and found raw-substantially UNDER-COOKED chicken!!! Uncool. Beware and very careful if you order anything BEFORE biting in like I did. I immediately called Mobile Waiters back to make them aware, however I declined a replacement order. I can’t trust their food ever again because of this nightmare. My rating is actually NO stars and a call to The Health Department.

WORSE Chili’s ever! The service was horrible, we ordered our food(soup and salad — not complicated at all) and it took nearly 30 minutes till the waiter told us they were closing the kitchen(we ordered this 30 min before closing) then the manager didn’t even have the courage to come to our table and explain the situation, then when we finally got the manger’s attention, you can smell alcohol on his breath, how very unprofessional! Never eating there again, very unprofessional staff and management! If you want horrible service then this is your place then…

Ok so — The ONLY reason why I come here is because… of the desserts. I’m a fatty, I admit. Whenever my friends and I have a random craving for heavy desserts, we’ll go to a Chili’s. Why? B/c they’re good. :D Parking — they have a parking deck & they validate. Although trying to get in/out of the deck can be confusing… but hey a deck is a deck. Not sure why Dunkin’ Donuts has their own lot. Space & Seating — there’s plenty. No worries, Service — I’ve been here maybe twice since beginning of 2014. As of now, no bad service. Very nice people. Food — I’ve tired their 3 part app. Buffalo wings, eggrolls, and sliders. Yeah — they give it in generous portions. I can never finish… the food is ok here. I can’t eat a lot here b/c it upsets my stomach. Desserts — MMM. I’ve gotten most of their desserts. You can’t go wrong. Like I said, I’m a fatty and love dessert. Esp the ones that come out in a skillet! Cookies & Ice cream… Ice cream and chocolate cake. MMM.

Chili’s isn’t my first pick of restaurants, but I’ve frequented this location many times. I have a good friend who really likes it, so we usually dine here together. I’ve had a little of everything, and while it’s usually good, it leaves something to be desired. I know it’s all corporate recipes and they have to make it according to those standards. But, I just don’t think it’s that good. I’d rather spend my money at Chipotle or Chick-fil-A than Chili’s. Yes, I did use other chain restaurants that I like to show the comparison. Overall, I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The staff were extremely friendly when I stopped in after sitting in traffic for 2 hours during Snowpocalypse 2014, and helped me get my sanity back before making it home(found some backroads right after and got home in maybe 10 mins!), and every staff member I’ve met since has been equally friendly. My food is always prepared correctly, too. I just don’t like it enough to want to stop in more regularly.

Chili’s is on the move to make a come back, folks. Come on. You remember when you used to LIKE Chili’s, back in the day. The Chicken Pasta dish on the 2 for $ 20 menu is super yummy! Add the $ 2.79 side shrimp to it, and you have a great tasting, cheesy, dish. Anna is a very nice server at this location, not to mention stunningly attractive with a beautiful smile. Overhead music at this location is excellent. Nice demographic mix here. Two things about this PARTICULAR location: WHERE do you park??? I drove head-on, the wrong way through the next door Dunkin Donuts drive-thru trying to figure it all out; and, could these people be any SLOWER with your entrees coming out of the kitchen? The answer to that is, no. I know my food took 20 – 25 minutes +, and it was an early weeknight, with not«that» many people in the store. Word of caution: SODAS are almost $ 3.00 here. Sure, free refills, but almost $ 3.00 for a Coke? Also, those«add-ons»($ 2.79 for grilled shrimp, etc.) add up. Get 2 or 3 of those, and your 2 for $ 20 meal is now $ 30 and change. If you wanted to spend close to $ 40 for a steak, you could’ve gotten a «real» one next door at Longhorn for that price. IJS.

I’ve been to several Chili’s over the years and I am a fan of their menu. On our recent trip to Buckhead we decided to stop at a trusted favorite. The food was good as expected. What really stood out was the staff. We were greeted by one of the servers. She was so nice just in the time she took us to our seats. Our servers name was Michael. The entire wait staff would stop by our table to refill our drinks and Michael was very attentive. One of the better restaurant experiences I have had in quite some time.

The Trio and Double Fajitas are by far, the best thing in the menu! Thoroughly enjoyed it! The seating wait was approximately 25 minutes, but to be expected on a Saturday night. They don’t give you enough flour tortillas to start with, but just ask your server for more, as needed. Overall, my guest and I both loved our dinner!

This is a newer Chili’s that’s spacious with better booths, tables, bar seats, and lounge area. Clean place. Dined here with a few friends on a Saturday evening. Parking is located in the deck behind the store. Tickets are validated within the restaurant. Appetizers: –Texas Cheese Fries: it came loaded with bacon bits, jalapeños and melted cheese. BUT the cheese was kinda dried up by the time it was brought to our table. other than that, it’s a really good appetizer. –Guacamole & Salsa & Chips: Delicious Guac! Yes, chunky and fresh. Food –Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers: one of my all-time favorite! comes with 2 sides and ranch dipping sauce. –Burgers are pretty good. –Chicken Quesadillas was good but too much cheese. –Margarita Grilled Chicken with two sides of your choice. It was good. Not too dry. –Cajun Chicken Penne was too salty mainly due to the garlic alfredo sauce it comes with. Since it’s pre-made, they could only put it on the side. Service is superb. Yes, the host, waiters, and the manager. The Cajun Chicken Penne was extremely salty and the manager came out personally to apologize and took the time to explain the reason being is because of the sauce. He also discounted the ticket just for that reason. Service like this guarantees a visit back.

I live very close by and have been to this Chili’s multiple times. The food is fine and the location is convenient, but the service is exceptionally slow. Most recently we went in at 9:15 and were told there was no wait they just needed to clean tables… 20 minutes later we were finally seated and after 15 more minutes of waiting nobody had even come to our table at all so we left passing one of the waitstaff standing talking to the hostess as we went. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Chilis unless there is absolutely nobody in there, otherwise you’re likely to wait a entirely too long.

I like Chili’s It’s not bad, and I’ve been to Chili’s that actually make me want to come back. This time around – all I want to do is run screaming! Our waitress was nice. Distracted. Slow. Not busy… Aloof… But nice. We waited 10 min for two beers. Another 10 for strawberry lemonades. 20 for guacamole. The pretzels we got as an app came out 30 min later with our entrees.(Btw my ‘entrée’ was tortilla soup.) Which was salty, lukewarm, and had chicken chunks that had a rubbery texture. Really unappetizing. The corn on the cob was good but covered in pepper. I took it home and rinsed it off in the sink before microwaving it. Haha. Kate’s chicken tenders covered in a honey chipotle sauce were good flavor but more crunch than chicken. Sorry Chili’s. First you get rid of my favorite Fajita Pita, then we get less than mediocre service and plates thrown together or left under a heat lamp. Not cool. My favorite parts of the meal were the pretzels, beer and leaving.
