This place SUCKS. Complete incompetence by their staff to TOWMYCAR from their parking lot without even bothering to check to see if the car belonged to one of their customers. «Oh, that was your car?» Yeah, why not even ask? Are there any signs? No. Do you mind waiting 30MINUTES for your car to be returned? YES!!! I have things to do besides hang in your crappy parking lot! Screw this place and their over priced machines. I’m never again coming here and I would recommend you give your business to someone else.

I have come to this place a few times now. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Lots of restaurants in the area — dunkin donuts, Longhorns, chilis, zestos and taco Mac to name a few), so you can grab a bite while you wait for your laundry Lots of machines, although I always seem to find the one that is broken when I first put laundry in — a special gift I guess You can pay by cash or with a loaded laundry card. They do have an ATM there. The change machine and the laundry card loader only take bills so make sure if you don’t have quarters, to bring cash A few folding areas across from the dryers Cons: I find it to be a bit expensive as far as laundromats go. If you select anything except cold water, there is an upcharge. My $ 2.50 load quickly became $ 3. I know, it’s an extra $ 0.75 cents, but I didn’t see a sign anywhere, to set the expectation. The dryers, even on the hottest setting, never seem to completely dry my clothes. They come out just a wee bit damp. Would be great if they were open later in evenings.

Very expensive and machinery is not top notch for the cost.

Just a basic laundry mat. Different size washing machines than range from $ 2 a load up to about $ 10. Average prices, although, my loads actually fit into the smallest machine, which are a lot larger than they look. Plenty of dryers as well, which are .25cents for 5 minutes. My loads usually dry in about 20 on High(nothing ever shrinks or looses color). There is seating in here, but if you want to venture out, there is a Dunkin’ Donuts, Wet Willies, Zesto’s, U.S. Café, Longhorn Steak House Taco Mac, and Chilil’s nearby. The staff is always friendly, and the laundry mat is consistent in its cleanliness.

Easy in and out. A bit on the expensive side for a laundromat. Bathroom was clean. Big enough to accommodate lots of people.

I need to open a coin laundry! This place is jacked up expensive! I was not able to do all my wash after having $ 40.00 worth of quarters and their ATM machine was non operable! I had to pull 3 loads after no more coins available!!! First and last time coming here!!!

OK. First and foremost… You’re at a laundromat. This isn’t Caesars Palace here. All that being said, I was in need of washing clothes since I was here from out of town & our hotel(despite its representation otherwise, does not have on site self service laundry facilities). They recommended this place and I figured I could trust them… So, I had two choices… Send it out with the hotel service or go to the laundromat. Should probably have chosen the former but was afraid that I wouldn’t get our clothes back in time or at all. Control freak… Ya, I know. So I opted for the laundromat & it was… a laundromat. Not a particularly clean one at that(the soap dispensers for the machines were caked with detergent.) God only knows what’s exactly getting mixed in with the clothes. It was sorta gross. But it was better than dirty clothes, I think?!? The gal working there helped me at first when I asked which machine I would need for the three loads I had.(I have a giant capacity machine at home, so I wasn’t sure what the laundromat version would accommodate.) That was the end of any pleasantries at the laundromat. Two guys speaking in Spanish(nothing wrong with that) and a couple other guys. Hmmm… No women here doing laundry??? Odd… No? After the wash was done, and I use that term loosely as I didn’t really feel like the clothes were all that clean, but what option did I have… Wash it all twice? No thank you. It was a bloody fortune to begin with and I really just wanted to get back to the hotel with my family. So I went for the dryer action. Now, you should know before you put your clothes in a dryer that some machines take quarters and some don’t. Of course, it’s been a few years since I used«public» laundry machines so I was not aware of this option and put the clothes in the wrong machine only to find out that I needed to move the stuff so I could use my quarters. One quarter gives you 5 minutes of drying time. 15 minutes at medium was not quite enough time to dry the basketball shorts or nylon tee shirts. Another 5 minutes on high still was not enough to get the job done — at least well enough to fold the clothes & take them back to the hotel. Trying another 10 minutes but don’t want to fry my clothes. Was staying in Buckhead because it was an upscale & safe area in Atlanta. Figured everyone needs to do laundry so I couldn’t go wrong. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I felt unsafe, but it would have been nice if the place was at least clean… Floors are old and dirty looking. Machines appear to be run down & are certainly not very well maintained. Expected more and I’d like to thin that you get what you pay for, but not in this case. It would have been WAY cheaper to use he hotel laundry service(and I would haves just had to hope everything came back, right?!) Husband said I should have just used the hotel service. I hate when he’s right!!! Live and learn.

I’ve done my laundry here twice, one week after another, and each time I’ve come across problems. The first time, the owner had to come and turn on each washer we used and get us our quarters from the machine because it was broke. Other than that, it was a clean and very helpful place with a nice atmosphere. There is a diner next door that I think is owned by the same people and it’s a nice place to go eat while waiting for your clothes to wash/dry. So we decided to go a second time and again, ran into problems. We used three washers, one being coin operated and two being card operated. So we signed up for a card, which is only five dollars and allows you to put as much money as you want on it. There’s a machine in the laundromat that you use for it and it’s a nice thing to have instead of always having to use coins. For some reason they only allow you to pay with cash for the card so we had to go to the gas station next door because they’re atm was broke(much like everything there.) Next, the the owner pointed out that he didn’t allow people to use pellet laundry detergent(even though there was not a single sign in the place that said so) but since we already put them in the washer, let it go. Was also deathly hot and for some reason our clothes didn’t dry as well as they did the last time. I’ll give them two stars for the staff and service but take away three for the sheer amount of broken appliances/electronics. Surely for the prices they charge they can afford someone to come fix them or get new ones.

I was immediately greeted by a worker, who helped me wash a bulky item. It was my first time, and he did everything on the washer for me. Very friendly and clean. I used a 5 load washer(huge) to wash a bulky item($ 6.40). Dry times were .25 for every 5 minutes. Much cheaper than paying $ 25 to have it done by a cleaner. Would recommend.

Normally clean, but pricey. $ 2.65 to wash a single or double load. $.65 for 10 minutes of drying time. Today I found 9 out of 40 washers out of order(more than 20%). There was also no hot water when I visited. The lady working said she could do nothing and could not call the owner. TV blares Spanish, crowd not terribly friendly.
