I went through the drive through for the first time the other day and had quick, friendly, and fast service. I was surprised to see the reviews were so low. It was also national donut day, so I got a free donut without even asking. The location is convenient if you’re going south on Piedmont and it was an easy in and out.

30 minutes after you open and you have no donuts ready? Really?!

Stay clear of this location. Slowest DD I’ve ever been to in my life and they really have No clue what they’re doing. The Parking is a nightmare and if you go in to the store expect your order to be wrong or forgotten. SMH

Dear worker at Dunkin Donuts, no, it was clearly NOT decaf. It is 4 am, I am still awake and jittery. I repeated it 3 times and double checked when you handed it to me. Your response was«yes decaf, don’t worry. I got you.» Yes, I guess you got me.

The worst donuts ever. Stale. Boston cream had minimal cream in or if any. Nice workersl but the worst donuts ever. I’ve been eating donuts for 30 years from Dunkin’ Donuts and this is the worst store ever.

The coffee is always crazy weak. They’re clearly using half the ground coffee per pot that a normal Dunkin shop uses.

So ive always thought dunkin is dunkin. But this location has left a unique impression on me… in a bad way. I went to the drive thru for a bagel with butter and jelly and a coffee. Simple right? I wish! When I got halfway to the order speaker and because of the suv in front of me I could hear the employee saying repeatedly«hello can I help you» but I was still in shouting distance. Finally after 5 times of him say that I was able to move up and ordered. I got to the window where the gentleman was nice but when he handed me the bagel he told me the jelly was in the bag. If I had not been on the way to a meeting I would have said something… wish I had. Because when am I suppose to jelly this bagel. I am in a car in a shirt and tie, in traffic! So whatever, my stomach is growling I try to make this work at a long stop light I attempt to play the role of dunkin worker. But you guessed it… no damn utensils! I can understand if they forgot the jelly but this was someone’s bright idea. I go and pay through drive thru for convenience. Pretty sure it’s way more convenient for them to make a bagel to order at a table with an apron on rather than it is me sitting in a car with dress clothes or waiting 20 minutes to get to my destination to prepare it… which I couldn’t do. The big slap in the face is that they charge you for the jelly!!! Since I’ve moved here I have been to this dunkin a couple times and Einstein bagels a couple times. This dunkin has just converted me to an Einstein bagel customer.

I will never ever again go to Dunkin Donuts for food. They will not let you substitute your coffee or tea for a soda. Seriously, a combo meal only comes with a coffee or tea, and you are going to charge me another $ 2 for a soda? On top of the ridiculous drink rules, the quality of the food is extremely low for the price you are paying. I ordered the chicken and bacon pretzel sandwich, and when I got to the window I was told they don’t even have pretzel bread and would substitute it for a roll. The chicken was cold and old, the bacon was burned, and the sandwich was cold on top of not having the correct bread. The hash browns were also cold, old, and burned. I would’ve been better off getting a $ 1 mcchicken sandwich from McDonald’s. This entire meal was a mess. Never again!

Conveniently located on the edge of the Lindbergh Marta Station among its strip mall shops and stores, this is one of the closer Dunkin Donuts to my office. I take MARTA to work, so MARTA is my only means of travel when wanting to explore areas outside of walking distance during my lunch break. I came here for National Donut Day 2015! Buy a beverage and get a free donut(aka, save about a dollar on your drink if you buy a donut). Not the best deal, but it got me out of the office during lunch, for sure. I got myself a chocolate sprinkle frosted glazed donut. Whew, what a mouthful… literally. The iced coffee I bought to obtain the free donut was just alright. Without all that cream and sugar, Dunkin Donuts coffee seems reduced to a watery nothing. Great for a quick and no brainer coffee and donut one stop shop. However, SIP the Experience is even closer to the MARTA station and might be your better bet for coffee and desserts.

Worst employees ever. Period. They are definitely not open 24⁄7. My boyfriend and I needed some late night coffee so we came to this location at 1AM. We had passed the store and made a U turn when we saw their was an employee and drove through the drive through. We waited at the drive through for some 5 minutes before getting out and knocking on the door which has a bold«OPEN» sign on it. no answer. We get in our cars, try the drive through once again, realize there was no one there and started to drive off. As soon as we drive off, we see employees lurking out the drive through window and walking back and forth in plain sight when they realized we were leaving. What are they getting paid for? I will never visit this establishment again.

I particularly like Dunkachino and Hot chocolate with French vanilla. Dark roast is good too. Outdoor seating is so cool that we can sit in the chilling cold and enjoy the hot flavor of the coffee.

I really like this store setting, and the service is amazing. At a busy time of day, my drink got forgotten and the barista upgraded me to a large and got me a free breakfast sandwich as an apology… Mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond to them that matters, I think. And this DD excels. Not a great study hangout though — music choice is a little too loud and poppy(very Taylor Swift). Not so conducive to concentration, but a nice setting for a social get together, and the staff is nice.

3:35pm, DONOT go to the new Linberg DD. Wow, haven’t that BAD of an experience at a coffee shop… trash everywhere outside where I wanted to sit, melted ice all over the counter top as I placed my order. Ordered a medium Chai latte(only size they had, oh and they couldn’t make it an iced Chai at all… lmfao). Went to the bathroom as I WAITED10+minutes for some chick who had no clue where she was to steam my pre– mixed chai, no toilet paper, q — tips on the floor and oh yes, then I only got ½ a cup of chai at 3:55… I like their pumpkin donut but not for that nastiness;( Thoroughly disgusted.

Fool me once… shame on you. Fool me 5 times… you’ve had too many chances and I will not return, so shame on me. I left a review before about this DD. My first review was about how they gave me a lemon filled donut without lemon filling, but the guy was so nice about it I couldn’t really be mad. I live directly across the street so I’ve given them several chances. They have let me down ridiculously… every…single…time. They have been out of 9 out of 10 kinds of donuts a couple times. OUTOFDONUTS! The donut shelf only had like 3 kinds… with room for about 20 kinds. They have forgotten to make my food multiple times. They have made the wrong food after I waited 15 minutes, for them to say, «oh sorry… you had a chicken sandwich? My bad!» Then present me with a chicken SALAD sandwich. And when I finally got my chicken sandwich, it was horrible. And when one of the employees was told they didn’t make the sandwich… she started laughing about it and talking under her breath like nobody could hear that she was amused. She didn’t know I was watching her and that I was the customer they forgot about… again. They literally just don’t care. They are like government employees. Their iced coffee machine is down most if the time, which is odd considering it’s a brand new store. They literally haven’t gotten it right out of all if the times I’ve given them a chance to be competent. Nothing doing, sir. This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Avoid at all cost, as it is in incredible decline since the first week of opening… the only thing they can get right is a black coffee.

New donut shop on Piedmont in the Lindbergh shopping center. Clean, spacious, and equipped with a drive thru and private outdoor parking lot. Only gripe is that they can be a little difficult to access. The ice coffee here is delicious. Free wifi with plug outlets conveniently located so that you can plug in and be a wall hugger if you don’t have a Samsung Galaxy smart phone or other competitive android device. ;) In all, I like this location and can see ourselves frequenting it as the budget allows on Sundays after church. 4 stars!
