Dunkin’ Donuts

Unfortunately, I live right next to this DD and next closest coffe shop Is 10 minutes in the wrong direction. I had been going there almost every day and they make at least one mistake on every single order. i have never seen anything like it. From what I see, I blame it on extremely poor training and management. I’ve tried everything from being extra nice to over-​tipping… Nothing seems to help. Until I see a sign that says «under new management», I will not be returning.

I love this Dunkin’. The employees at this location are always so friendly. The donuts are always so tasty and fresh. They have great coffee. The coffee is always good. They are quick at the drive through. I am not the biggest fan of their chicken biscuit (not this location’s fault…) but all their other breakfast sandwiches are delish and they always have a new donut they are trying out…

This location is convenient for me since it’s on the way to work.
The employees are very friendly! I came in to get my free coffee (Braves Win= free coffee the day after). My app did not pull up the free coffee coupon but they still allowed it. How awesome is that?
The attendant Restia was sweet as pie too!
I haven’t tried the donuts at this locatoin but I’m coming back for sure.

I had to throw away most of my order.
I could not eat the chicken biscuit. It was almost impossible to bite into, and the pieces I did manage to taste were absolutely awful. I have no idea how chicken can be so gross. It had the texture of a frozen, raw chicken breast, but it was hot and appeared to be cooked. So that was completely inedible and I decided to just eat the biscuit part of it, but even that was really, really, really gross. Finally, I opened the hashbrowns to see if those could sustain me. Sure, okay, I could eat those, because it was all the food I had, but they were soggy and extremely greasy.
Not even the coffee was tolerable. I thought I at least had that to look forward to. But when I ordered a «mocha», she asked me if I wanted her to «put mocha in it». I said, «um…I just want a mocha. It’s a type of coffee.» She repeated her question, so I acquiesced. I have no idea what she ended up doing to that coffee, but it was the worst black coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life, and I’ve tasted several gas stations’ coffees. I dumped that out as well.
Last but not least, I had asked for 5 munchkins and they gave me 2 doughnuts instead. I haven’t had the courage to taste them yet. The bag has been darkening with grease as the hours pass, and they just aren’t looking any more appealing. A total waste of $ 9.
