This location needs to be shut down!!! It’s disgusting! I took a friend of mine here yesterday as a thank you for waking my dog while I was out of town… The tables outside are overly cluttered, rusted, and warped(first impression), there’s a large funky fish tank with swampy water close to the register and cooking area, the menus were visibly filthy, the chicken to be grilled was soaking bedside the grill in large bowls of murky looking water. The ceiling above the prep, cooking, and register area is coated in dust balls, and the ventilation hood surrounding the area is visibly filthy as well. The refrigerators with the drink selection was about empty, the cookie box was dirty and empty(with the exception of literally one cookie) and the funky fish tank smell magnified once we walked around to the register. Needless to say we left in search of a more sanitary place to eat!

Very unorganized at this store and unable to keep up with the customers. There were dirty plates all over and we sat waiting for a chicken sandwich for over 10 minutes. There is a fish tank in the line area that is dirty and stinks too. Would not recommend this location.

I love the salad. The customer service was awesome. I wish a Doc Green restaurant was in Rockdale where I live. Good place to try.

Do not order online or over the phone. They don’t answer, and evidently it takes 2 hours for them to complete your order(placed at 11, get around 1). Not the first time this has happened.

Staff were very rude. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting and the fish tank they had towards the cash register was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I am not sure how this place is still open. They should have failed a health inspection.

Very underwhelmed with this place. Judging by the brisk business at lunch time, I was expecting better. My portobello panini was very disappointing. First of all, the bread looked pale, not grilled and toasted like a panini at all. Second, the ingredients all appeared to be canned except the portobello, which for a non-meat sandwich was very skimpy. My daughter got a side of Parmesan mushrooms which were obviously canned and had zero flavor. I will say the soup was good. I had a cup of tomato basil. Also, zero ambience. They have an annoying extended beep that goes off anytime ANY door is opened to the restaurant. Wouldn’t waste my time or money on Doc Greens.

I was a bit wary after reading some reviews but had a great experience. Staff was very helpful with explaining options and finally settled on a salad that I got as a wrap. Instead of chips, got veggie chili which was hot and hearty. Wrap so big couldn’t finish(my husband finished his). Good deal for quality and good portions. Will return.

Went in here to get something to eat. Place was empty. One guy working the counter. Did not even acknowledge our presence. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. He never said a word to us. Even as he watched us walk out! I guess they don’t need the business. Oh well. There are too many good restaurants around. Never going back there again! Best of luck to you.

Maybe it’s just me… Not wanting to eat healthy all the time, but I was not happy with my sandwich or the service I received. I walked into this place knowing exactly what I wanted, a good cobb salad with added chicken tenders(breaded) with ranch dressing, and the person that was preparing the food acted as if it could not be done, she was making all kinds of suggestion. I must have specified at least twice that I wanted something with breaded chicken, so she suggested a wrap, then the panini, so I went with the California chicken club. Well, it was not at all what I expected, I ended up with flavorless grilled chicken panini, it wasn’t good at all. I didn’t make a fuss because I felt somewhat responsible because I agreed to it without investigating whether it was what I really wanted. I ended up eating half of it and taking the rest of it to go. So disappointing!!! Well, I can credit this place for introducing me to my new favorite chips, Zapp’s Voodoo, they are soooo freaking good. The restaurant was decent, I do think that a little attention should be given the salt and pepper shakers, I passed over 2 shakers before I located one without dust and dirt on the lids. I really want to like this place, so I will give them another try, but I will definitely get a salad the next time around.

Worst Doc Greens I’ve had. It’s so unfortunate because I love Doc Greens usually, and this is the only one that is near me. Their grilled chicken is hard like plastic for some reason, and always dried out. Their soups taste like pure milk with a dash of flavor. Their salads and wraps are drowning in dressing, so much so that my plate was swimming in caesar dressing, which really ruins the whole«healthy» aspect of this place. Incredibly slow. Just left here after trying to give it a last chance, and it took 30 minutes for me just to pay at the counter after my food had been made. Not sure why this Doc Greens is so different from the rest of them: terrible food quality, incredibly slow service. Just a disappointment. Can’t wait until the new one opens up a couple miles down the street.

I never knew that an establishment that specialized in salads could actually screw one up. Got the steak chop, asked for vinaigrette to be mixed in instead of whatever ranch like stuff they planned to give me. Never mind the 4 little slices of what should be steak, let’s talk about how SOAKED my salad was. If I lean my tray to the side, you can see the dressing settling at the bottom. Yes, it’s that much. Completely ruining the taste and a waste of $ 10.50 before taxes. I can’t even tell what is in my salad because of the amount of dressing. Smh so disappointed.

I don’t know if they’re under new ownership or management, but it’s gone downhill. I’ve been twice in a week to pick up lunch for my boss, and each time I’ve been they’ve gotten my order wrong(check your to-go order before you leave) and there are a number of people have received incorrect orders standing aside waiting for them to be corrected. They are slow, hap-hazard, and making mistake after mistake. The sandwich guy moves like a snail so if you need your sandwich remade, I hope you have a long lunch break. By the time I was able to eat my lunch(some 20 minutes later), I attempted to cut the grilled chicken on my salad and it was so tough, my fork broke in half. So bad it’s funny.

This is a great place if you’re craving something fast, light and healthy. Service here was fantastic and our salads were served much quicker than I had expected. When you walk in, you are asked to place your order and after you pay, the food is brought to your table. I was craving something spicy so ended up ordering the grilled buffalo chicken salad. It was exactly what I expected. They give a pretty nice serving of chicken and over 20 toppings to choose from. The boyfriend ordered the Tomahawk Chop salad with steak and he was pleased with his choice as well. His steak was grilled on the spot and cooked to his liking. You can definitely let them know how you’d like your meat cooked and they will do their best to accommodate. Overall, this restaurant is a great if you’re on a health kick and want a filling salad. They also offer soups, wraps and sandwiches. I’m sure we’ll be returning here soon enough for more salads and a light lunch.

I was so happy to fall upon this place. It was one of my favorite places for salads until most of them closed This is probably the last one standing in ATl. The staff is great and so is the food. I will drive all the way over here to come to this location again!

I wanted to try out this place since my office is 4 mins away. Parking — Doc Green’s is in a strip, so you’ll find some. BUT — during peak hours, you might have to drive around the entire lot to find 1. Just because the strip is full of restaurants and etc. Seating & Service — Definitely a lot of seating. You probably won’t be waiting. Unless they have a rush? When I went, I was there around 12. Some folks were there, but not many. Service — Nice folks. I only waited 10 mins to get my to go box. Food — The lettuce in my wrap was very old. I pretty much dissected my wrap to get rid of the old ones :(I was really hoping Doc Green’s had fresh lettuce, but I guess they do not. I LOVE salad wraps. So I was a little disappointed when I ate my meal. The portions are also small. I kind of thought it was overpriced. But then again — my wrap wasn’t exactly great, so…

I like having a healthier option in the area and came here to have one of those lunches. I got in line behind my coworker and ordered half salad with soup. This is what they call the Signature Combo for $ 8. I also got a Vitamin water for $ 2.29. My coworker got her salad and I figured mine out come out next… nope. I waited… and waited… as others in line behind me got their food. I swear they must have forgotten my order but it was 5 minutes before my lunch appeared. I thought that was really strange since I saw them making my salad. Anyhow… they lost a star for making me wait so long and no apologies. Overall, the food was good. I really enjoyed the Tomahawk Chop salad.

This was my first, and last time for lunch at this restaurant. I wanted something healthy & close by where I work. The line wasn’t very long, so I quickly made a selection & told the server what I wanted. At this point, there were about 7 people in line… I started noticing the cashier was getting very nervous & frantic. People started complaining about the time it was taking to get their food. By the time I got up to pay for mine. I realized it was $ 9.89 and just a turkey wrap. I waited about 20 minutes in line. When I returned to the office with my food, I opened the box to find a wrap made mainly of romaine lettuce. Hardly any meat, or avocado. Truthfully, I think they left the avocado completely off. I won’t be back. It was chaotic, and gave me anxiety.

«Wait a minute, Doc. Ah… Are you telling me that you built a time machine… out of a DeLorean?» — Back to the Future(1985) I’m a fan of a great salad and over the years Doc Green’s has been a great option as there are so many varieties available on the menu. I had not been in ages and then Tanya C. suggested we meet for lunch one afternoon. My they have changed. They still do a great job with the selection — many combos to choose from(which you can tweak) or you can build your own. But now, if you aren;t in the mood for a salad, you can turn one of the salads into a wrap! This is a great concept for me being the lover of all things sandwich, so I gave it a try. My usual buffalo chicken salad made an excellent wrap. The staff is a bit stiff and slow, and they clearly didn’t want to be there, so service needs some help. But the food was good and they have Zapp’s chips for the side(VooDoo please) and fill your own drink stations. The guy was flustered running my credit card and the manager had to step in — I wasn’t aware this was a difficult thing to do. I would have expected the Manager to apologize and tell me the cashier was training or new, or the POS system was new — not a word. So service needs work — did I mention that? I was happy with my lunch, and with a self-serve drink situation, you can get free refills — always a plus. Why would I ever buy a large drink? Over all 3.5 stars.

I’ve never been to Doc Green’s but a coworker was raving over the veggie wraps so I thought I’ll finally come try it. I mainly came to this location cause of the ScoutMob deal. During lunch time, I always hit come around 11:30 — 11:45 to avoid the lunch crowd. Only a few people were a head of me so I thought I was in good shape. As I sit down and wait for my food, it finally came out but it wasn’t as quickly as I was expecting or at least hoping. The wrap was green so I’m sure it was a spinach wrap & kettle chips on the side. I was a bit disappoitned the cashier didn’t ask me what flavor I wanted since the lady in front of me was asked that, I rather have jalepeno flavor than original. As I bite into the veggie wrap, it’s definitely juicy but not as flavorful as I would like. There were more wrap than veggies ad I only eaten halfway, I saw nothing but folded wrap. I just took the wrap apart and just ate the very little veggies. I should’ve just gotten a salad instead! Honestly, without the ScoutMob deal, I think I would’ve overpaid for the veggie wrap. Next time, I will try another dish and it will determine if Doc Green’s is for me or not.
