This place is absolutely ridiculous. Very rude and extremely slow. We are from out of town and needed a play area for the kids before we hit the road so we stopped in here. Did not realize that it is majority a hispanic restaurant. We were the only Caucasians in the place. That doesnt bother me but to some people it may be a issue. But overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ok so it’s mc Donald’s, so we all know what that means. If you haven’t heard or seen the sign until 9⁄29 you can get a free small coffee all day. This location was very well kept and the service was friendly, fast, and fantastic. I give it the good olé two thumbs.

You would think Mcdonalds would have better customer service seeing it has been open for awhile now. NOPE. All I ordered were small fries. The guy told me how much is was and that was it. I waited at the first window for 5 minutes only to find out that he wanted me to go to the second window. After he handed me my food, he just closed the window and left. All I wanted was some ketchup to go with my fries but I was rudely ignored by SEVERAL employees, not just one. If you see a person waiting outside the window, you should at least check up on them.

Thank you Mcdonalds for being open on this icy day!!! I and many others appreciate it very much. I walked to Mcdonalds and they were open. I asked if they had to drive or stay overnight. The company got them a hotel and everyone carpooled. I hope they will get extra pay for being at work. They were very polite and happy to be there.

First off the store is not a new one. Guy on Foursquare says he used to work this location in the 80s. Some of the past reviews do have it right now about the rudeness. It’s gotten better since some of the employees see us on a sometimes weekly visit. The manager Maria is a nice person and workers Courtney and Cee are great and will do anything they can for you. They mostly work nights though. I wouldn’t want to come during the day cause there’s too many people and screaming children whose parents don’t discipline or watch them. Do not ask for extra sauce when the little manager Sonya is working. She is stingy as hell and will not give you extra. Wait until shes not around and ask another employee! When I worked in food management we were taught 2 sauces for each item! Oh and don’t be scared to tell them if your food is cold(frozen at times — burritos) or old wasted food — i.e. food that got retimed in the PHUs(product holding units). They can get health violations for that. I’ve gotten half wasted nuggets and burgers mixed with fresh ones so ask for it to be made fresh if you don’t mind the wait for it. I hope this is helpful in ways.

Being as there was only three other people in the entire restaurant, the place was a mess. I had to pick up old breakfast leftovers off my seat(it’s 942pm). Food was cold, average, and service wasn’t that great. Probably won’t be back.

Wow this place sucks. Rude Hispanics. Sometime the food here gets me sick. The breakfast time close way before 10:30. No breakfast after 10:15. Huh? I always have problem here.

Honestly, I HATE Micky D’s. My boyfriend thought it’d be a good idea to eat it everyday, LUNCHANDDINNER, for two weeks straight when McDonald’s rolled out their Monopoly game, and… ever since then.(over a year ago), I have not been able to eat Micky D’s. The ONLY reason I ever come here is to buy their $ 1 large sweet tea. It sure beats Chick Fil A’s $ 1.90 large sweet tea. Other than that. there is WAY better, and healthier food options right across the street.

Maybe it’s because it’s been ages since I’ve eaten at a fast food joint, but even with my incredibly low expectations, this place disappointed me. I didn’t get my water at first and had to ask a couple of times while the guy was handing us our food but he kept forgetting. I didn’t get my sauces for my nuggets, even though they asked me AND it was on the kitchen order and receipt. Why, oh why, did I only check the food order and not condiments? Needless to say, it was not an enjoyable experience because we all know the nuggets are nothing without them being covered in sauce! Lastly, our medium fries, which were only filled up 3⁄5 of the way, were stale and unseasoned. Is McDonald’s suffering that much from the declining economy to skimp on salt and not give their patrons a full carton of fries?

It’s McD’s… Relatively speedy service during the lunch rush, but they seriously need to keep better tabs on the cleanliness. Everything always seems sticky like it had been wiped down with a filthy rag. Fries/trash on the floor, and the ketchup dispenser reminded me of the old grease barrel pump back home on the farm in Mississippi… Always left to get caked up and filthy out in the elements.

This McD is on my route to and from work. I go once a week. If it wasn’t on the route I’d avoid going here. I’ve had mixed experiences here. Some times service is fine. Others bad… order wrong, over charged, given extra items by accident. Other times service is great. Service is normally fast here. Staff isn’t rude but isn’t friendly either.

Food was quick and on par. A VERY large separate play room with adult sized chairs. Very clean inside but then again it is new store.
