Things started off a bit rocky yesterday when I stopped in to inquire about leasing. I arrived at 11:30 and their website was not updated to reflect their leasing office would not open until 1:00 due to a volunteer event, which was indicated by a notice on the leasing doors. When I returned at 12:45, they were open, and I saw employees milling about, but no one came out to assist me for a good 20 minutes.
The upside is, the units have nice finishes, gas stoves and a good feel. In the end, I’m not moving in there for 24 hour concierge service, so as long as the rest of the process goes smoothly, I’m fine with it. In fairness, the manager was apologetic about the wait and the clear lack of attentiveness by her support staff.
Their staff is well intended, even if they could use some continuing education on dealing with the clientele in the price point for which they’re demanding for leases, i.e., don’t tell client after client that you or one of your colleagues are on their lunch break, which is the reason for the client’s extended wait. Also, do not share with a client that your boss is mad at you, and that is the reason for your apparent distraction when you’re showing units to a potential client.
I am probably on the über sensitive end of professionalism around client service/​experience because I work for ultra-​high net worth individuals where blunders such as the ones I experienced yesterday would be career enders. Again, overall, I think this place has a lot of potential.

I’m SUPER EXCITED about this property!!! Jaymie is the best and extremely professional. Communication was great. She was always available when I called and promptly returned emails as well. I highly recommend Jaymie as a leasing agent. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate her and the impeccable service received.

Just signed a lease even though my units not finished being built, because of amazing level of amenities. So far am impressed with the knowledgeability, honesty and patience of the staff. I called and emailed many times before submitting application and they were extremely helpful. A+
