Papa John’s Pizza

Just like another reviewer reported, a fly was baked into my pizza. So disgusting. This place needs to be investigated by the health department. SICK!!!

Ordered from this papa johns a couple of times. Typically had good experience until this time. It was fine until I opened my pizza. I ordered 1 large pizza and 2 cups of garlic sauce. The garlic sauce is 70% the reason I get papa johns. I open the box to find my large pizza and zero cups of garlic sauce. I mean at least give me the 1 that comes with every pizza. Good lord.

I always order pizza online when I order from here. It’s just easier for me to decide what I would like. I tried to call the store to order because I had a question and every time I called I would hold for 2 minutes to hear a pre-​recording then I would be asked to sit on hold by whoever answered the phone for another 5 minutes. Ok, I don’t have a problem waiting BUT when I get hung up on 2 times after waiting patiently… there’s something wrong here. Either someone doesn’t know how to operate a phone or someone is too lazy to answer a phone.
I understand places get busy but when I have to call for over 15 minutes just to let them know the correct gate code to get to my place… don’t come to my house complaining you couldn’t get in. Then look puzzled when I explain how I tried to contact your store and no one would answer me so what would you like me to do? This has happened 2 times now. Again things do happen
Also, I have noticed the past couple times I have ordered my pizza has shown up cold. The 30 – 45 minute wait as been over an hour at times. I’ve ordered from other pizza places and other Papa John’s in the past and never had this issue? Obviously it’s a busy store but cold pizza MULTIPLE times really isn’t acceptable.

Me and my wife got food poisoning from this place. I was sick for about a week and she had to go to the hospital. On another occasion I ordered pizza for friends and and even though I warned them regarding my past experience, they didn’t listen. I then stupidly figured it won’t happen again and ordered myself a small pizza as well. Halfway through eating my pizza I noticed a dead fly cooked in the pizza. Never again!

I order here once to twice a month and I adore this location. Before I put down the phone they are knocking at the door. Join the rewards program, you really get free pizza. I like my pizza cooked well so mark that when you order if you don’t want to cook it more from its normal bake in your own oven.

Truly disappointed in this store. I order from papa johns partly because they give the option of having pizza cooked well done. Not sure what has happened to this place over the past year, but obviously no one can follow directions… my pizza is usually a soggy mess even though I order light sauce, well done. Last time I called to mention it, I was told that’s not what I ordered… guess they didn’t realize that when I place my order online I get a confirmation w order details. not to mention the order sticker on the side of the box lists the details they were to follows. For this they get 2 stars. Papa johns is losing their edge… oh and this one doesn’t double cut the pizza anymore either.
