The Tavern

Went to watch the NBA Finals game, good spot for the game. Ordered 30 wings and were told we can have them with 3 diff flavors. The order was mixed up and they wouldn’t bring out the sauce they politely omitted. Besides, the wings were over cooked (meat was dry on the inside).

No go for lunch. Consistently slow as in 35 minutes or more to get food. Last time we went it took 45 minutes, I had to get my food to go. The to go order that I placed 20 minutes after my order arrived at the same time. Food is OK.

You would think with The Tavern popping up in places that this would be pretty good. I have never really been fond of them but my boyfriend seems to like their lemon pepper wings. I like Dugans and the U bar better. What I do enjoy at this location is their catfish nuggets, they are pretty good. This particular locations has one of the best bartenders when it comes to customer service. I enjoy the fact that she can give good advice for when you are in the mood for a specific type of drink. I hate that I can not recall her name but she is the reason that I gave and extra star. The customer service was good with our waitress and she did come back to check up on us. I feel that when you have bar food, it should be served hot well any food for that matter but most importantly bar food. I hate being served look warm fries or fries that have been put back in grease, I think people in the kitchen should be informed that customers know this because the french fries are hard and crunchy and I love french fries so I was highly irritated by this. This particular location is very small. If you are the mood to watch a game and grab some beverages, this is an ok spot but nothing to write home about. Oh, not sure if it is on particular days but they had 10 dollar margarita pitchers, who doesn’t like that?

Awful service. I went there with a friend and sat for about 10 minutes and never had wait staff speak to us. There were a couple other tables sitting without drinks or food, so this is probably a consistent problem

One of the best places to eat in Atlanta! Drinks and service was fantastic! The night life is hot! Né Né is the best ever!

To be totally honest, Crickets is okay… it really depends on who is the bartender. Kristy is probably the best bartender,.she good and prompt and makes kick ass drinks. The food is average at best, and thats only if you are really hungry.

I try to give any place that I visit a second chance, but this place is just below poor. Poor service, wait staff have no clue of prices (and that seems to change) depending on the day you go. Kitchen slow with orders even when the restaurant is empty. Our waitress did more apologizing, than being able to provide customer service. The tab was incorrect, (apology) food incorrect (apology), wait times long (apology) no essentials ie ketchup, salt/​pepper, napkins (apology) no additional plates (we ordered 30 wings) and their were three of us (apology) and to top it all off ordered a pitcher of beer and we got dirty warm glasses and room temperature beer to go with it and yes you guessed it an APOLOGY! Well keep your apologies, I’ll keep my money (and go elsewhere) and by the way, I’m sorry this place SUCKS!

I typically enjoy going to «The Tavern». This was my first time at this location and probably my last. I went there last night with a big party. I’m not sure if the server is used to dealing with parties that big but she wasn’t on her game. To make matters worse I ordered a 10 piece and when I got my wings there were only 8 and she forgot the blue cheese. She kept saying she would bring my other 2 wings and the blue cheese at the same time. I got the blue cheese 20 minutes later. I’m still waiting for the wings.
I’m usually not that asshole that gets mad at restaurants or servers but she blew it. Other people at my table were also having problems as well. Pretty sure I will NEVER go to that location again.

The sign on the door says closes at 1am. Unilocal says 1am. I wanted to give them a try to formulate my own opinion. It’s midnight and the woman being the bar says kitchen is closed. The two regulars get to eat but that’s it… Great way to run a business… into the ground that is. I won’t be back ever…

The manager T R A C Y and staff is rude. I ordered a 30 piece wing and they got the flavors mixed up. I got charged for extra blue cheese and it was no blue cheese to begin with. The wings went to waste being that I don’t eat those flavors. They don’t offer refunds even when they’re in the wrong. I live very close and will rather go to market place for wings now.
I was told a owner would call me and still haven’t gotten a call. Communication and customer service is a 0.

It’s a ok spot. I watch the game there sometimes cause it’s close by. It dont have a lot of people there so it’s good when u def want a seat.
If you want crunk, this is not that spot. Food is good tho.

The Worst!!! Food takes forever even when the place is empty it just makes no sense. Takes waitresses a decade to bring anything you ask for. They need to tighten up! Wings are not fresh! Waitresses and manager go into kitchen leaving no one in the front for 10 – 15 mins at a time. Service is never ever quick! Sweet tea is not sweet! Just looks nice for the most part

The wings are good but the servers are hit or miss. Once I went the wings were a mess. Regular sized wings were mixed with tiny wings. (See picture) The nachos are abysmal. They are made with shredded cheese that isn’t melted. The tavern less than 6 miles away has nacho cheese but supposedly this tavern can’t get that cheese even though it’s down the street And the same resturant chain!
The bartenders are good and usually generous with the liquor. The 2 $ shots on Mondays are made with the cheapest quality liquor guaranteed to get you sick.
The 30cent wings on Monday are the only time I come Here as I feel the regular price for them is a tad expensive.
They REALLY need to hire better servers. Most of them seem to always forget something and get the order wrong in some way. A couple of them interrupt you while you’re talking So you have to repeat yourself.
Cool for 30cent wing nights on Monday. Delicious wings and fries. Good drinks. Bad service.

Well, first let me start off by saying that the good was good. The food is usually good at all of there establishments.
The service at this particular establishment wasn’t as good as the food lol. The young lady who took my order was nice and friendly, but they took a long time to being bring my food up. All I ordered was 10pc wings. It’s wasn’t too crowded but they did seem understaffed. Which makes sense why the service was slow. That maybe something they want to look into in the future.
Friday nights seems to be the night for the older crowed lol, I just sat and waited, I just wanted my wings.
The food alone is why I have it 3 stars.

This is my second time here and the service is awful, very, very slow! Friday night special is crab legs, one would think these legs would already be prepared and ready to be served, 35mins and still waiting. .is the cook in the Islands diving for the crabs??? I will continue to drive down Camp Creek to the other Taven!

We stopped here again last night for a few drinks and wings. I am a big fan of Cricket’s wings. But last night the service was a little bit off. It took 40 mins for our drinks to come out (we had a party of four). And even longer for our wings to make it to our table. Our waitress was very nice and kept apologizing for the delays. She told us that the place had just reopened under new management and they were still working the kinks out. I did understand and will return as I’ve said I’m a huge fan.
