Awesome grilled cheese. Yum! Mine had portabello mushrooms and tomatoes and provolone. Husband had bagel with egg and turkey sausage, also good. Stand in line tell them what you want, they are very nice. Line moves quickly. Food comes out quickly and hot.

Definitely overpriced for the type of place it is but the sandwiches are out of this world! The turkey sandwich was made like a grilled cheese and was the perfect hangover cure. My boyfriend got the Cuban and said it was one of the best he’s ever had. Good spot to stop at for lunch if you’re staying at the Borgata and willing to spend a few extra dollars for a sandwich.

A quick place to grab a bite inside the Borgata… as long as you don’t come here Saturday or Sunday morning. Breakfast items are typical diner fare. Their hand pulled chicken salad is the best thing on the menu. Make sure to get it with the walnut raisin bread. The slightly sweet bread pairs well with the chicken and bacon.

I eat a lot of fiber in my diet. I couldn’t eat dinner here as they did not have any whole wheat/oat bread, but I did enjoy my yogurt and two l’il orders of fruit. The fruit portion consisted of a small bunch of sweet, red grapes, two slices of melon, two sections of orange and a strawberry each! My Hubby enjoyed his egg sandwich on Rye!

Cuban sandwich was great! It was so much food for me, but I are it all anyways. Made fresh on the grill, so I had to wait a few minutes.

On our first night in AC, my wife and I wanted a quick pick me up before seeing a comedy show at the Borgata. I must say that Bread & Butter’s «food» was to be desired. As for the employees and there hospitality, not so much. Yea my wife had a bit of a struggle trying to figure out what she wanted but blank stares and the feeling of impatience is not the feeling we look for when going somewhere for the first time. To be the only ones in line you would think that suggestions would be made or help could be given.

Well, they’re open that’s a plus. I did like the fact that you can get some healthy snack choices, not just the typical selection of junk. That was totally unexpected. Coffee was okay but was not a good alternative to starbucks.

Fast and delicious. You stand in line, order and pay. They give you a tray with a number and bring it to you when it’s ready. Which for us, was very soon after we sat down. You leave the tray on the table and they clean it up for you. There are no fountain beverages here. You have a section of(non-alcoholic) bottled beverages to choose from. I got an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant.(You can order breakfast all day). It was VERY hot. Probably some of the freshest, hottest food I’ve ever received at a restaurant. The croissant was very flaky. It was delicious. My Mom got a bagel with cream cheese. She didn’t ask for the bagel to be toasted because she didn’t want it toasted but it arrived to her sliced and toasted. She wasn’t happy at first but was pleased that it was delicious. It was served with two cream cheeses and two jellies. The ketchup, salt and pepper, napkins, etc. are available for you to grab on your own from a counter. I like the easy access to these things. This place is great for a quick bite if you are on your way to other things. No one rushes or bothers you at all. It’s clean. The men with beards wear bear guards which I was EXTREMELY happy to see! We would definitely return here.

Bacon, egg n cheese croissant… titties! Rueben sandwich… titties! Waffles… titties! Cuban sandwich… titties! Pickles… titties! Slathered blueberry muffin… extra titties! The line. not so titties sometimes. Why The Borgata insists on placing a smoking area RIGHTNEXT to an eating establishment boggles my mind. I guess the New Jersey department of health & Borgata assume that everyone loves a sprinkle of cancer with their egg sandwich. The last time it was cool to smoke in a casino is when Sinatra sold out shows. It’s 2016, but nobody told Jersey DOH, The Borgata, or inconsiderate selfish smokers.

I will always go back here when visiting the Borgata!24/7 quick food options also made fresh. The breakfast sandwiches are my favorite, but they have other options like salads, fruit, pastries, and lunch sandwiches. You order at the register and they bring it out to your table by number. I order the egg and cheese sandwich which is made fresh with fluffy scrambled eggs. The roll is always soft too which I appreciate. This makes a great option for breakfast, lunch, late night snack, or light dinner. You can also play with comp dollars so it helps after a night of losing!

This is a solid spot to grab a bite to eat no matter what time it is! Open 24 hours inside the Borgata Hotel. Lines move quick and you can get food to stay or to go. If you decide to sit and eat they bring the food right to you. Pretty big menu. Tons of different sandwiches and they also sell all different types of desserts! I decided to get a BLT with American Cheese. Food came out quick. Bread was perfectly toasted and the bacon was perfection! Nice and crispy and there was a ton of it!!! Very tasty and delicious. Another great part? It was only $ 7 and change. Which is an amazing price inside the Borgata for a filling sandwich. They take cash, debit and credit cards here. Lady at the register was very nice. I asked for water thinking she was going to give me a bottle. But then she recommended I get a cup of water because it did not cost anything. Came with ice and a lid. Umm yes please! Small victories my friends. Grant it, it’s not like an overly nice establishment where I would recommend to have a nice sit down dinner with friends. Just a regular, very casual sandwich spot. So for what it is, I think it’s perfect! Something else that is fabulous that I noticed was the fact they were making egg sandwiches at 3:30am. I just think that is super awesome to know. I wasn’t in the mood for that at the moment but it is great to keep in mind for when I stop back in the future!

I love this place. My favorite item to order is the Portobello and Provolone grilled cheese. This is a great place to go to for a late night snack or at anytime of the day. Service is fast and the workers are always friendly.

I have to say that Bread & Butter was one of my «go-to» places to eat during my stay at the Borgata. Open 24 hours, the café specializes in classic breakfast items and offers an assortment of pastries and drinks. Orders are taken at the counter with a single queue. Tables are readily available and are first-come first-serve. My friends and I ordered waffles($ 8), a fruit tart($ 6.50), and a taylor ham and egg sandwich($ 7). Prices were slightly high, but as expected within a casino. While the line moved fairly quickly around 2AM, it did take about 25 minutes for us to get our food. What I found unique about the café was that they offered maple syrup with their waffles in tiny glass jars(54.7 ml). Very cute! The waffles were quite delicious and came with a side of strawberries and whipped cream. The waffles had a soft texture with just a slight crisp to the exterior. The strawberries and whipped cream complemented the waffles well. Both the strawberries and the fruit tart tasted very fresh. The fruit tart included a variety of fruits(berries, kiwi, and melons) enclosed within a crunchy pastry crust. Sweet cream was found below the fruit and provided a great balance to the dessert. The taylor ham and egg sandwich consisted of 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of taylor ham placed in between a soft Kaiser roll. The sandwich was good, but not distinctive. I believe toasting the roll(or even the ham) may have expanded on the overall flavors. All-in-all, if you are looking for a quick but satisfying meal I would recommend stopping by Bread & Butter.

The food is pretty good but the incompetent cashiers don’t really help much. I understand I ordered at 4:45AM but there’s no reason for certain menu items to be unavailable. After all, this is the only 24 hour eatery in the Borgata. My tuna melt was great – full of flavor and low on carbs. But, I wanted a chicken sandwich and I couldn’t have it. The sandwich came out in about 5 minutes and since it was in fact good, I’m gonna leave this joint 4 stars.

I did not enjoy my experience here. I wanted to try something different from the typical diner style lunch food, so I ordered the Cajun shrimp salad which came on a croissant. It sounded Ok, something out of the norm. I paid for it and sat at the table. The cashier then came to me about 10 mins later and said sorry, we don’t have the ingredients. So she asked me to order something else, So being on the spot– I just said ok– how about the bacon grilled cheese. This sandwich is a few bucks cheaper so I figured they would fix the bill and provide me change… nope, they just brought out the sandwich and nothing else. The grilled cheese was not good. and honestly it’s pretty difficult to mess that up. The cheese was only partially melted and it just tasted bland. I begrudgingly ate it, agitated with my selection. I then went to the cashier(it was a differently lady) to explain the money situation and they were of no help. The manager who was also right there said he couldn’t help me b/c it was«already in the register.» I don’t know what that means and I was not in the mood to get annoyed for a few dollars so I just walked away. Poor service and poor food. Would not recommend.

When I stay at the Borgata or the Water Club, I usually indulge in an excessive breakfast or brunch courtesy of my Black Card perks and comps. But every once in awhile, a quick bite will do. Bread & Butter is great for just that. Located across from 28 West, Bread & Butter is like a little café oasis amidst all the slot machines. Turkey Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Roll [$ 7.50] The GF went with a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese roll on this particular morning. I’m normally not fond of turkey sausage, but this had decent flavor. The eggs and cheese were the perfect blanket beneath and the roll was soft and pliant. Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Roll [$ 7.50] I went with the bacon iteration on this sandwich and was glad I did. There was quite a bit of crispy thick-cut bacon — salty, fatty, delicious. So if you’re not in the mood for an all-you-can-eat buffet, stop on by Bread & Butter. Even in this type of setting, real silverware is provided and better yet, you can get quality eats.
