When we asked for a good place for lunch, we were told about this place by some locals, they then offered to drive us there. We were dropped off and told to enter via the side door. We were immediately greeted with a smile and seated at a table for the two of us. I was looking forward to the Ruben sandwich but when told of the special ½ price pizzas and salads, that was too good a deal to pass up. I had the Greek pizza and my other had the Cobb salad. The only negative was having to watch all the ‘uniformed’ locals coming and going through the side door. I would go there again in a heartbeat but not sit quite so close to the side door.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was so terrible I need to warn others. I went there with my boyfriend for a happy hour the reviews made it seem like a good enough place. The happy hour was $ 1 off all well drinks which made the $ 7.25 each opposed to 8.25… Not that cheap for happy hour. I made sure to ask the waitress to bring out the appetizer before our meal but they came out together. The food is placed in a window where the guests can see when it’s ready. The waitress walked past our appetizer several times waiting several minutes until the entrée was ready to bring it out. Food should not sit in a window getting cold especially when the guests knows it’s ready. Moving on to the quality of the food. Terrible. Everything was clearly canned and store bought. The nachos tasted like something I could have made in high school while I was drunk. Definitely not worth it and I’m not one to turn down Mexican food. We also got a veggie pizza that all the veggies on it were definitely canned. They were so soggy and flavorless I could even tell I was eating. The waitress also brought out and charged me for the wrong draft. I ordered a Victory Hop Devil and she brought a Magic Hat Number 9ine. Bad experience all together. Like I said I never write reviews but people need to be warned. Expensive happy hour. Long wait for food. Meals were not made in house and tasted canned. I would never go back to this place and would never let a friend go there either.

They do not treat people right they will ignore you but high five and hug their friends. They leave you sit there waiting for service, just a bunch of kids working here it seems. If you have half a brain do not come here, save your money!!! They are rude!

Really good spot to go and get some grab food. The Beer is cold and the crowd is a good blend. The best thing is you never really have to feel uncomfortable, especially being so close to the casinos and getting that crowd in there in the late hours.

Stopped in here New Years Morning(around 4 am) for late night/early morning food and drinks. Place was packed. Found a seat at the bar and had Miller Lite bottles along with a great French Dip sandwich. Sandwhich was fresh and came out quick with the place packed. Bartenders were quick with drinks. Place is open 24 hrs, 365 days a year. Great local Atlantic City spot for drinks and food.

Holy Shit the burritos in This place are amazing! But only on Tuesdays. This is great place to meet some interesting humans. It’s always open even in the middle of a hurricane(gotta love the dedication). You haven’t done AC if you haven’t been to the Duck

Worst bar in AC I’m sorry to say! Who pours a pint of Guinness in a plastic cup? After I saw that I knew I had to leave this bar! Bartender states they don’t serve pint glasses after 2am WTF is that ! Your open 24 hrs !! That’s just lazy staff! Then $ 10 for a single shot of Jameson I rather go back into the casino and drink for those prices !!!

Had the filet mignon sandwich with roasted peppers, spinach and provolone. It was over the top and the price was great. I appreciate the friendly service.

Great burger bar! Unique burger selection, and really great pizzas too. Good selection of beers on tap with TONS of tvs. I had the avocado and bacon with fries, one of my friends had the Greek Burger and the other had the seafood pizza. Raves for the seafood pizza, full of fresh crab and shrimp with a white sauce, my buddies could not get enough.

Hands down the WORST«service ever!!! The person I went with has a seafood and strong shellfish allergy. I asked I the wings will be a safe thing in there. Andrew(a «server») was hesitant and very upset about the situation. I went on and asked the kitchen staff if that will be an issue and they assured me that it’ll be just fine to order that, so I did with the specification to Andrew. Half an hour later I cashed out. Then the chicken wings came, I said«I won’t take the 10 piece order, it’s been a ridiculous amount of time for it». He dropped the wings and told me «it was busy and I got the special order you asked for». The price: $ 4.95 … The price was not an issue at all. I paid and said to him to keep the food, I was already moving forward to a different place. Half an hour for a 10 piece order of chicken wings!!! He(Andrew) got so upset and went as far as having«security» to escorted out of the«famous» place. And so we leave. We ended up in a fantastic and approachable place, they blown our minds!!! We are. Then went back to «duck town» and as I sat down Andrew was being told how much he sucked as a «server» by, not one, not two, but three!!! People in the industry!!! I had to take a picture with them! And I did. It’s on my Facebook. Then Andrew noticed me and went to cry to the«security» staff and had me out of the place because I made«Andrew» feel uncomfortable… Are you seriously kidding me??? All because the person I was with had a seafood/shellfish allergy!!! I’m beyond disappointed and upset about it! Shame on them and the little kids they choose as «servers». On the flip side, the bartenders ROCK!!! I’ve Facebook them and no answer yet! I’m beyond disappointed! I also believe in the place, so not just because of this tool bag of a «server» I’ll ever stop by. Yeah, I send them my email also. I hope to hear from you people soon. Truly yours, Alberto.

Pretty unhappy with my experience overall: — They didn’t let our table get tap water and essentially forced our dehydrated drunk selves to purchase 5 water bottles. — They didn’t wipe our tables down. When I let them know, the waitress bluntly just said«I know», proceeded to pass out menus, and never came back to wipe the tables. Maybe if I were more drunk like the table next to me, I wouldn’t have cared but I was sober enough to see grease stains on the table so no, not okay. — Wings are half price from 2 – 5 am but it took an hour for them to come out. Pretty sure I could’ve ran to the grocery store, jogged around the block, and fried my own wings at home faster than it took them to do it. The spinach and cheese dip was pretty good though. +1 star.

There’s a special place in my heart for Ducktown. It’s where I happily celebrated my 21st birthday so many years ago, and I’ve been coming back regularly ever since. The food is sensational, I have never had a bad meal. It’s bar food, but GREAT bar food. They have such a wide range of food on their menu(pizza, seafood, sandwiches, ect), which usually means that there’s something on their menu that has to suck. NOPE. I’ve had it all, and it’s great. They have a perfect amount of beer selection. It’s cheap for what you’re getting. They always have specials! The place can fit a lot of people, especially because they have a back room. The owner is always there which I think is the main reason as to why this place is perfect. Their staff is awesome, the bartender is a sweetheart and their servers are always friendly. Don’t change a thing Ducktown!

If there’s a hell on Earth, it’s probably Ducktown Tavern. Every last bit of there food tastes like it’s been sitting in their dirty Atlantic City freezer for the past six months. From the frozen jalapeño poppers, to the frozen chicken tenders and burgers, not a bit of their food has any originality. On top of that, every waiter and waitress I have encountered here is extremely rude. Possibly my worst experience here was last night — where I personally ordered $ 22 worth of food. After asking the waitress if I could get tap water, she refused to give it to me, stating that they only sell bottled water water and they«Can’t just give tap water to all of the drunk people.» Even though this is the only stand-alone 24⁄7 option in AC, I’ll never be coming back.

Atlantic City’s best bar hands down. The bar is very nice and clean. Danny the bartender is awesome. The place is very friendly and they have good specials. I stopped in on Wed and they had 35Cent wings, they were way way better wings then pick-a-lili’s. Next time I stop in AC I wll try the Heart Attack Burger lol.

The environment it calm and friendly. There are three happy hour segments(early morning, afternoon and evening) which is great for half priced appetizers and drinks. The food was delicious. My friends ordered steak quesodilla which was stuffed with meat. They enjoyed it and found it filling. THE Corn Fritters Were Tasty. We also had fries, nachos, fried onions… there was so much food I can’t remember all of the items. Lol. We were full and content. The only compliant was the drinks were not strong or to our liking. It’s more of a beer friendly environment and I wouldn’t order a mixed drink. Straight shots Are Fine As well All in all a great place to visit. A hidden gem.

Worth a visit away from the Casino’s. Decided to pay a visit after driving by many times and seeing many people going in. Had a plain burger with the sides of coleslaw and fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and had excellent taste. Fries were perfect and slaw was great. Prices were surprisingly reasonable, compared to Hooters for comparable but not as tasty items. I would put this burger on par with Broadway Burger Bar at the Trop. They also had many other menu items. I asked for a recommendation of their on hand craft beers and had a very nice amber ale. The server who attended us was very friendly and provided great service.
