Location is great if you’re shopping at the outlets, however if you’re trying to grab a quick coffee during your lunch break, good luck! There is essentially no parking and the tiny little round about that’s located next to the Starbucks is always packed even though it’s only meant for short term parking. Inside, the staff is lovely and always greet you with a smile. I’d say they get my order right about 95% of the time, which isn’t bad. Seating is also limited inside but during the summer they have a great outdoor seating area.

One of my absolute favorite Starbucks in the area. I’ve been to a great many Starbucks in my life and this location will always be my favorite, at least until the regular baristas leave. They have the friendliest staff and always try their best to move the line as quickly as possible. They have ample outdoor seating, which is especially nice in AC. Although Starbucks baristas follow a recipe to make their drinks, they were always the best when making«secret menu» drinks. Always the right amount of sweetness/flavor.

Convenient location. I stumbled on it whilst roaming around. Efficient service. Staff were friendly. Consistent frappucino. Not much room though to sit if it gets busy.

Literally got sun burnt here! whilst sitting outside waiting for a friend to order and pick up drinks. That should tell you how long the wait was. Drinks tasted the same as any other Starbucks which is why they gained a star. More efficiency needed when making drinks on a hot spring day.

SWEETSALVATION! The Starbucks on the Pier at Caesar’s opens at 11 a.m. on Sunday mornings. TERRIBLE. I needed an early morning pick — me — up after a late night coupled with a lost hour.(Thank you, Daylight Savings Time. Ugh…) At 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning, this Starbucks, located smack in the middle of the Tanger Outlets, provided me that Tall Skim Chai boost I so desperately needed. I was quite surprised how large it was, with a few patrons already hunkered down with books, computers, and drinks at such an early hour.(I can only presume their hotels had paid WiFi as well. Haaa.) There was only one barista working so early, but he was kind and efficient. The Starbucks on the Pier is losing out. They’d make a killing if they just opened up for us early birds.

I love the garage turned Starbucks but the service was so slow and it took about 30 minutes from standing on line to getting drinks on a Saturday afternoon. They need more staff especially during the busy summer months. Will probably not return

This Starbucks is super crowded because it’s in the center of the Tanger Outlet shopping area. The store itself has some whacky Fung shui. The line blocks people from getting to the restroom and there is a useless counter too along the wall with no seating cuz it’s where the line starts. Coffee still tasted like Starbucks at least.

I would stay away from this location. Employee with name tag«Buck»(short chubby guy unlikely that his name is Buck) created very bad atmosphere. When we were called up to order we started to place the order and one of Buck’s friends came up behind us. So he stopped taking our order to say hi and talk to his friend for a min or 2. We paid with a $ 20, he gave us 10 one’s back. When I asked for larger bill instead he said«tough». Then he wiped his nose immediately before taking out a muffin. Tigerly, the barista was very courteous and professional. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

Grabbing a peppermint mocha while spending the gambling winnings at the outlets! Getting a head start on Christmas shopping is even better when the money you’re spending is from a nice slot machine payout. As it’s cold outside we grabbed a hot drink to walk around with as we bounced from store to store. Basic Starbucks with a few extra perks as it’s located in the center of the Tanger Outlets here in AC. Not much inside seating, but there are two large garage doors that open up during the nicer weather and some seating along the outside which offers great people watching. Service seemed ok and there are two bathrooms here too. Damn, the taste of winning is soooo good!

Pretty crowded but understandable considering it’s located in the heart of a shopping outlet. I mean, you need to stay cafffinated to keep up with all the stores to shop in! The service was pretty quick. I ordered the cool lime refresher which is such a tease even in a medium size. Really good though! My friend and I were able to find a small table and sit for awhile to enjoy our beverages. They had several tables and chairs which was good. All in all a decent location.

The staff is so nice and friendly. I ordered a caramel macchiato for my friend which she drank in 2 minutes and I ordered the blonde roast which was the freshest cup of coffee I have ever gotten from Starbucks. The outdoor seating, which is my favorite thing ever at any place, is so nice because you can look around and see a good amount of shops and where to go. You might have to wait in like for 5 minutes because at times it gets pretty busy for its location. I do feel bad for the employees of this Starbucks because there are so many people that come in everyday just to use their bathroom. I understand you have to go and Starbucks is nice and clean, but still, buy a cookie or something as a thank you!

BEST place in AC to grab some coffee, sit outside, take in some sun, relax and chill for a while and do some people-watching. It’s located right in the middle of the the Tanger Outlet which is convenient. The baristas here might seem a bit slow(my Americano took like 10 minutes for it to come out but it was VERY busy and crowded when I was there) but surprisingly and interestingly ALL of them were very friendly and hospitable. Hmm, New York City Starbucks baristas could learn a thing or two on customer service from the baristas here. GREATJOB on the management who manages/trains the staff here! **RESTROOMSAVAILABLE, there were two but one was broken**

Yes, as another reviewer said customer service has improved. And for me more importantly they now serve coffee not coffee flavored water. My hubby had a Venti iced coffee and I had a Mocha-chino. Very pleased with the changes here!

Great during summer months, when the porch is open, this Starbucks location is down the street from the Hilton Hotel, and in the middle of many shopping outlets. Busy on weekends, the location offers the same selection of drinks and food items as other locations. Great place to stop by and get an iced coffee when the weather is hot.
