The reviews at this«Starbucks» are no joke — in fact dead on. The main reason seems to be that it is a franchise — also no bathroom available at the time I visited. There is seating for 6 – 8 small groups or about 20 actual seats but they were mostly empty at a prime time for coffee 2−3pm. The shots were pulling lite — usually a easy machine calibration issue.

The typical Starbucks. Not as much seating in this location but you can take your drink and/or snacks out into the mall area and find a seat. Service is fast and pleasant. FYI– If you have the Starbucks card, they will not credit toward awards so your purchase won’t count. There is a sign at the register stating this.

The reviews for this Starbucks are actually a joke. They don’t accept your gold member card?! No wifi?! No soy milk infused with Goji berries from the himalayas?! Get over yourselves your pretentious Starbucks customers. Come here, grab a drink and for the love of god, enjoy the most wonderful view a Starbucks could possibly offer. That view is 5 stars alone. TOBECLEAR, I came here on Halloween weekend so, no one was around. No beach goers, very few customers, just my friends and I. It was serene. We simply kicked back on their comfortable leather couches and watched the sunset. I look forward to returning next year.

Not a real Starbucks. They don’t have wifi, they don’t accept mobile payments, prices are higher, no refills and they don’t participate in the rewards program. Instead just grab a cup of coffee at Cinnabon instead and look out a window on the third floor.

Best starbucks is the world with a view of the ocean you’ll never forget. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and the store was so clean. Drink was made perfectly. I would give it 10 stars if i could!

This place has only one plus, a great view. Unfortunately it looks like the windows haven’t been cleaned since they opened this location 10 years ago. After being served by a girl who looked like she just rolled out of bed, wearing black sweatpants and a black tshirt(no green apron) I tried to get a refill. I was told that«we don’t do refills.» I called Starbucks customer service and was told they would contact the district manager about this. Nice location but it is clearly neglected.

Let me begin by saying that this is NOT an awful Starbucks… Pros: — Friendly staff, gets orders right — Good drinks and food — Great atmosphere — Conveniently located Cons/ — Does not let you use the reward program, this is a major con, and the biggest one — Slow service — Long lines — $ 1 to $ 2 more than your regular Starbucks Overall, the upsetting fact that you cannot redeem your rewards here, is a major set back, and is disappointing; but, the food and drinks are good. The only reason I will give it 3 stars is because it is one of the only Starbucks in the area, and it isn’t too bad.

The drinks at this location are roughly 1.00 more than the typical Starbucks, no wireless connection, limited seating. Aside from the view this location has little to offer…

Awesome location. Full view over the ocean with chairs. Lousy hours! They don’t open till 11am.

Best view of the ocean, beach and boardwalk… relaxing way to enjoy my coffee. I don’t order anything special off the menu and never had a problem with service.

I have been to A LOT of Starbucks in my many years as a gold card member, and this place only pretends to be a Starbucks. They lack the technology to scan mobile payments and don’t honor Starbucks Rewards. The staff is friendly and the place is clean so it wasn’t a total loss. The drink was tasty.

2 stars for the best view any Starbucks will ever have. Love love love the waves rolling in under this huge ship! Customer service … A big fat O. Cakes and muffins, don’t go near it. Wifi, too slow.

The pastries look like they have been there for days, yet she tells me it’s fresh. I think not, I pass. The refill is traditionally .54 for tea and coffee, some locations for green level it’s free, gold free. Here, they say they will refill your tea with hot water only for $ 1? Are they stupid or what? I had a coupon which made absolutely no sense, buy one coffee and a pastry and get a coffee free. I asked to buy a tea and do a tea free she said she will ring up my tea but the other coffee has to be the free option. I just said screw the whole thing give me two teas and keep that lonely old party in the showcase. What a weird place to be? ! I’ll hit up a better location on the highway somewhere because this place reeks rip off.

Gonna go ahead and have to give this Starbucks a big fat 1-star! What a disappointment. My experience was riddled with a list of various things this Starbucks DIDNOT have. First, I came for the wifi that all Starbucks claim to have, including this one. I had a big paper due and finding anything free in AC, especially wifi, is a damn hassle. When I got here and realized it falsely listed free wifi as one of this Starbuck’s attributes, I was not only pissed, but had to scramble to find free wifi somewhere else in the city in the pouring rain. Second, building our breakfast was pretty much equivalent to asking them to build a car, because they didn’t have any of the right parts. This was our exact order: bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich, ham and cheese savory square(being promoted with a sign right at the register), apple juice sippy box(yes, I’ll say I honestly ordered that 3 year old’s drink), and a soy chai tea latte. Now here’s a list of items they did not have: bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich, ham and cheese savory square, the straw that supposed to be attached to my sippy juice box, and soy milk. Yup, that’s a score of about 0.5 out of 4 if I’m grading the test. Unless you’re coming in for a straight coffee, don’t bother. They may be missing milk, sugar, creamer, or any number of your ideal visit’s essentials. IFYOUNEEDWIFI: walk out of the mall onto the boardwalk and turn left. The Starbucks in Trump has wifi and also has the ingredients to build your order. The only positives of this Starbucks are the view, which is pretty darn nice, and the fact that you’ll probably make friends with the other people who are frustrated from being denied parts of their order, like my wife did with another young woman who wasn’t able to enjoy her beverage of choice. Go to one of the 20 others in town. Seriously.

They didn’t have iced anything this weekend!!! When I went here a few years back it was a godsend and the view was amazing though. It’s your typical Starbucks(with slightly higher prices) with a really good view of the ocean… take that as you will… and be the star of a Spike Jonze movie.

Its a Starbucks, get over it. Its early, you’re cranky. I love the first sip of a dark roast with a bagel or a muffin. These guys are up at the crack of dawn making you coffee. This particular Starbucks is inside the Pier shots @ the Caesars. The views are amazing, you can sit down and look at the ocean and waves, or just head back inside and gamble your kids college fund away. In any event you will be properly caffeinated and ready for the day!

Just got a can refresher here to take a shopping break, there was a line and the staff seemed to be more interested in their conversations, the cashier did give me a cup with ice for my drink though, the view is beautiful!

Probably the most beautiful starbucks I’ve been to. You look out and there’s the ocean. We were there around sunset and it was very romantic! I ordered the green tea. It was good. We were surprised that prices stayed consistent with other locations.

I ordered a breve latte and you would have thought he needed to get the manual out to run the cash register. My drink tasted meh. No wifi. The view is the only bonus. Go sit a slot machine and get a coffee for free

This Starbucks is like any other Starbucks, in that they have light seating, and that they take Starbucks cards — except this one’s at the Pier at Caesar’s. I couldn’t access their Wi-Fi network(if they had one), but I could access a view of the Atlantic while sipping on my legal crack. Mmm… legal crack.
