When we were strolling along the boardwalk we suddenly craved a bagel and a donut. And then we saw it. Like a sign from the donut gods, appearing out of nowhere and sticking up from the wooden walkway, there she stood. Dunkin’ Donuts. Our savior. Thank the heavens! Yes, donuts and bagels were indeed available at the shore. And there was a long line too. It must be the place to be at 11am on a Tuesday. A plain bagel and a chocolate glazed donut was ordered and paid for on one side of the building. The donut was ready right away. The bagel needed to be toasted and thus picked up from around the corner. The service was satisfactory. The quality of the goods were exactly like every other DD in the nation. That’s what I call quality control. Alas, there was nothing particularly interesting, impressive, or negative about this«holey» experience. Thus 3 stars. Enjoy your visit.

This Dunkin Sucks! I just wanted a medium French vanilla with cream and I got a hazelnut with milk. Really? Also, this place was so unsanitary I was wondering if I should even drink from it. Don’t even get me started on the smell coming out of this establishment. Overall, horrible dunkin around. Going to the sbux down the street.

This is a Dunkin Donuts kiosk on the Boardwalk — thankfully it’s been renovated — It looks MUCHBETTER! Love their coffee, grab a cup and find an available bench on the Boardwalk and enjoy!

My sour cream donut was way overdone and a seagull stole my unsuspecting wife’s donut.

Reviewing chain fast food places usually isn’t for me. I mean is there really any difference between one McDonalds or the next? Well I guess in some circumstances there is because living boston I am usually a big fan of Dunkin Donuts but this place sucked. We rolled out of bed tired and hungry and this place was just downstairs and seemed like the perfect place to get the caffeine and breakfast sandwich fix we needed. We got there with like two people ahead of us online. Made our order pretty quickly and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes and finally get a bagel with cream cheese on it not toasted when I asked for butter and toasted. Sucked but I wasn’t going to wait another 15 minutes to get the order right, so I left only minorly disgruntled. But then when I happened to check my credit card statement the real problem began. They had charged me twice the same amount for my one wrongly made bagel. So I look up the store number on D & Ds corporate website call it and of course it has been disconnected. So I call Dunkin Donuts corporate and they say that not only can they do nothing about the double charge but they have no other number or way to get in touch with the people that own or work in the store. Kind of amazing and I am not sure if I believe it totally. I end up disputing the charge and it goes away but this place managed to fail in pretty much every way possible at doing a very simple thing… serve a toasted bagel with butter.
