Employees are friendly and helpful. I wanted to try something different and they helped me pick something out. Downside is the prices are crazy. They stick stickers and mark each item up at least $ 1.

I went here with the rest of my friends at 10am on 7÷21÷15. I Asked for a Red Velvet, was charged $ 6 for it then after I was already charged for it I was asked what the ingredients were. I said I wasn’t exactly sure and the head cashier employee gave me an attitude and said «well then we don’t have it» so after being treated poorly I asked for a different drink, she rolled her eyes at me and stormed away. Very disappointed in the attitude this work place had.

Seriously the worst service ever. I ordered coffee, tall milk, bagel with cream cheese and muffin. Who can mess that up? Obviously this location! The cashier was impatient and incompetent. She forgot my coffee and the $ 3 milk. Thank god I asked for a receipt. When I finally got my coffee. it was cold and at that point I was pissed. The manager gave me a fresh pot after I told them to take it back. They need to train the staff here. Next time buy the milk at the supermarket before coming here!

I am a HUGE kuerig user but the chai latte with soy milk is delicious here. We got some healthy breakfast sandwiches which were a little pricy in comparison to other places and not that much different in taste. It was overall an ok experience. It was just convenient for a quick morning bite.

Customer service was very disappointing! The staff were in dirty uniforms, and obviously did not care about their job. There were 6 staff members working when I was here, 2 customers in front of me, and it took 20 minutes to get my latte. This location is inside the Taj Mahal casino.

I love Starbucks and can’t say I’ve ever really had a negative experience in one. I especially love it when they spell my name right without having to spell it for them, which is silly but a small victory.

The only reason this Starbucks is still in business is because it is conveniently located between the casino/conference area and the parking garage. The service is very slow, much too surly to deal with before I’ve had coffee and not exactly full service (they don’t accept Discover card and they don’t accept coupons like most other Starbucks stores).
