Amazing. It’s a tradition to go there whenever we’re in A.C. Been going since I was a little girl. Tried everything on the menu and honestly everything is delicious. I always have a hard time ordering, especially if I’m really hungry because just want EVERYTHING!

My go to spot whenever I’m in the area. Great food, great prices, and great vibes. The biggest hidden gem in AC.

I’ve been to Irish Pub a few times for drinks and at the end of the Tour de Shore, but dined there for the first time on Christmas. They are open 24⁄7365 days a year, which made it the perfect choice in Atlantic City when much else was closed aside from casino restaurants. Automatic awesome points for being involved with Tour de Shore which supports the Irish Pub Children’s Foundation. It is a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey Region. The money they raise goes to children in need and to the families of fallen first responders in our community. Great cause, right!?! They also have some pretty solid pub grub. I had the cheeseburger with fries. It wasn’t a gourmet burger but it was above average bar fare. I found myself thinking about the burger the next day, which is a win in my book. The steak fries were excellent– crispy but not overly fried. You could taste the potatoes. The beer list is just ok. It’s not too crafty, but they have your basics with a few craft brews sprinkled in. I opted for the Great Lakes Christmas Ale. While not overly crafty, at least the craft selection available was good. The place is also adorably kitschy with pub themed décor. Extra kitschy points for their over the top Christmas decorations. The entire atmosphere is warm and cozy. The prices were also pretty reasonable, period. They were a steal compared a lot of the other dining options in town. Irish Pub would probably be a solid 3 elsewhere, but you have to put it in perspective of the Atlantic City non-casino food scene. Between my recent positive dining experience, my soft spot for their charity and their role in AC dining footprint, they’ve definitely earned this 4 star review.

I did not eat here. I went for breakfast after the concierge at my hotel told me that they served breakfast. Apparently, they tried doing breakfast at one time and it did not fly. However, the barkeep directed me down the Boardwalk to Bill’s. I appreciated him sending me to a place that was open and had breakfast. It’s the off-season, but people still gotta eat.

A little gem hidden behind the mess of the boardwalk… Great atmosphere, drinks, food, and reasonable! My only gripe was thought my chair was going to fall apart but assume was just old. Why get caught t up on the commercial joints, hit the Irish Pub!

A-OK for a dive bar. We got a Smithwicks each and it came to $ 11, so not all that cheap. There food is pretty affordable though we didn’t have time to try it. The back patio looked interesting and a little less drab. I think you’re better off at the Mountain Bar than here for the pricing if you’re looking for a dive bar.

We’ve been to the Irish Pub a couple of times now. It’s open 24 hours and serves food until 4 a.m. which is kinda what you would expect in Atlantic City, but so far, we haven’t found that anywhere else. The indoor area has a real old-time Irish pub feel, while the outdoor patio area is much more modern(FYI the beer is colder inside). To get back and forth, there’s a very narrow and somewhat creepy alleyway that you have to maneuver. I admit that the first time I went through there, I was like«What the…» LOL. Anyway, on our last visit to the Pub, we tried the food for a change(no problem at all getting take out) and boy was I pleasantly surprised. My husband I both went with the Roast Beef Panini(thinly sliced roast beef smothered with caramelized onions and melted sharp provolone cheese, served with a creamy horseradish sauce). He went with the fries — I had the Italian pasta salad. I don’t know if it was the beers or what(just kidding!), but those sandwiches were DELICIOUS!!! The fries were really just fries, but the pasta salad was very surprising. It was obviously made on the premises, with perfectly cooked pasta, French style greens beans, kidney beans, etc. So good! And for 9 bucks apiece, it was a pretty darn good deal for AC! If you’re ever in AC, the Irish Pub is the place to go!

If you are someone who is fun and knows how to have fun then this is the place for you. If not, then go to Johnny Rockets. This is my favorite bar on the planet. 1. Open 24⁄7 2. Amazing gravy fries 3. You make friends every single time It’s an old building, its historic. The juke box hasn’t been updated in a century but it has everything you need. Go here. Let loose and you will have a blast.

Wow on this place, the food is absolutely amazing, the sandwiches are over stuffed and everything was very clean and fresh, the prices were the lowest I have seen in years and they offer rooms to rent that are equally nice, this place is an absolute must if your in or around Atlantic city, 2 minutes walking distance to Boardwalk. And the staff was fun, fast and very efficient … $ 6.00 for a huge turkey sandwich and fries :) the pic was what was left after eating half

Great prices for a tourist destination and typical, but delicious bar food. I had an angry orchard, mozzarella sticks, and a ham & cheese panini. My bill wasn’t even $ 20.

I love this place. It serves food and beer 24 hours. Really couldn’t ask for more in AC. I always find myself here after midnight and before dinner. I’m not positive I’ve ever been here for dinner! Lunch specials are great and you can get pretty damn full for less than $ 10!

Love this place and come here every tme I am in Atlantic City. Tried the Jameson’s Black Barrel, which was a really good drink! The bartender’s are attentive and there is great music always playing. The ATM inside is a nice perk — they only take CASH, so don’t forget your money!

Irish Pub… I love you and I always will! Just everything you could want out of Atlantic City: great music, great food, great drinks and history. When I walk in I feel like I’m transported back to a different time. The place hasn’t changed a bit since it was opened, which was a very long time ago without being run-down. Stained glass everywhere. The food is great! The bar food is heavenly. Exactly what you want at any point in the day or night. Bartenders are always sweet! Fast service.

Where do I start, classic Irish Pub. A snowy night in AC and my group was looking for something relatively close to our hotel. Bingo!!! Irish Pub! Spot looked really cool from the décor, classic Irish Pub. Sat at the bar but decided to order food so we were sat at a nearby table. Ordered Steerburger medium rare but came out well done. My friends ordered the crab cakes which were frozen which & not flavorful and the other ordered Fish and Chips which were pretty good besides 1 of 3 were fried beyond recognition so I guess 2 of 3 were delicious. Ordered the apple pie for desert which again is anything freshly made these days? Regardless, pie was really good & worth trying. Service was great, my waitress was very attentive & stopped by the table ample times, great customer service.

While perusing the boardwalk, my friends and I were looking for a delicious lunch and a beer, so the Irish Pub seemed like a great destination to head toward. It’s tucked away around a corner off the boardwalk, but it wasn’t hard to find. The atmosphere inside is fantastic. The low lighting and dark décor are relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle of the surrounding casinos. The table placement was a little cramped, so we could easily overhear nearby tables’ conversations, but this wasn’t a detrimental issue. The beer list is pretty decent, although not impressive compared to other pubs I’ve visited recently. I ended up settling for a Guiness alongside a basket of breaded scallops and steak fries. The food was flavorful, but I got the feeling that the breading was factory-applied and not handmade. The breading had a very even consistency, maintained a slight air cushion between itself and the meat, and seemed like it might have been frozen prior to being deep-fried. The wait time for the food was also incredibly short. We barely had enough time to finish our deep-fried ravioli appetizer before the main dishes hit the table. But the breading texture was okay, and the scallops seemed fresh, so I might be wrong. They don’t accept cards, so make sure to bring cash with you!
