Finally I caught a chance to taste this place. Went to rocking bbq at the winery this weekend(it rocked). And boom the bistro was there. First I had the pork belly bites over homemade French fries. I almost didn’t want to share with my girlfriend, Basi they were amazing. Basi then ordered a beef empanadas that with a homemade tomato dip was great. And to finish we had a muscles dish that was delicious. I highly recommend if you see the bistro by all means try something or use them for parties you will not regret it. I will looking forward to my next encounter.

We hired Jr for a pig roast for our annual Labor Day Party, He was professional, on time and got along with everyone there. Not only did he cook the pig to perfection but he helped us out on our grill as well by giving us his expertise on bbq. He will be at every bbq we have from now on, thank you Jr for making this year our best bbq yet!!!

We hired the Rollin’ Bistro for a private party a few weeks ago and loved every bite of food that was served. I ate everything that was on the menu for the day at least twice, and I think most other guests followed suit. Highlights for me were the maple teriyaki-glazed pork belly served on fried yucca, fish tacos, steak frittes and beef empanadas(espically the secret sauce. Oh my god, the sauce…) Junior’s approach is down to earth, yet adventurous and sophisticated enough to attract discerning foodies, without the unnecessary pretention. Bottom line — this is real good, delicious food.
