I just ordered a” bouquet of the day” for my mother who is ill, and she said she received the most beautiful arrangement she has ever gotten. Thank you Very Much Auburn Blooms — we Will be using you Again!

I just wanted to send a response back on the bride that claimed that Auburn Blooms Florist wouldn’t accommodate her needs for a wedding consultation. Being open 7 days a week and working myself over 72 hours during that time, I enjoy having one well deserved day off. I shouldn’t have to apologize for wanting one day off for my family. I schedule consultations on Monday and Wednesday and that is the only time that I can meet. Being a gift shop in a busy tourist town, I need to schedule these meetings when I have store help. Otherwise, I cannot give the bride the one on one attention they deserve. Too many interruptions and frustration with me having to excuse myself to take care of the customer with the gift portion of my business. I’m sorry this bride had to go to the extent of bashing my business since I was firm on my availability and didn’t change my schedule to work into her schedule. There is always two sides to the story and unfortunately, she was only seeing hers. In the 35 years of being in the Floral industry, this is a first time I can remember, that someone claimed I didn’t care about their needs.

Auburn Blooms provided exceptional and very personal service! I am out-​of-​state and was sending flowers to my mother-​in-​law and got a phone call to discuss the vision of the arrangement! The flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly rude and unaccommodating. I called to set up a consultation about wedding flowers and was pretty much told they couldn’t help me and hung up the phone because they were too busy. Just lost a customer and a ton of business. Work on your customer service, it’s terrible.

WOW! I ordered an arrangement online at 11:15 am and they have already been delivered! (it’s only 1…) That is incredible! Plus, I choose to let the florist choose the flowers and BAM… PERFECT Arrangement! Auburn Blooms you are the bomb… LOVE!!!

Lisa was amazing– we are so happy with our decision to book with her for our wedding! She was very reasonably priced and had lots of great suggestions. Our flowers delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful! Lisa is very reliable and professional and I would definitely recommend her for future couples!

I ordered flowers online from Auburn Blooms. I chose to let them arrange the flowers with what was in season. I was a little worried. When the flowers were delivered they were a beautiful and bountiful arrangement, absolutely perfect!

This florist is INCREDIBLE!!! I order flowers all the time and will always use local florists. I like most of the places that I order from but, I have never seen an arrangement that looked just like the picture advertised. I ordered the Telefora’s Rosy Delights Gift Bouquet with Spa package for my mom on Mother’s Day and it looked EXACTLY like the picture. I really liked that a lot of the roses were pre-​bloom so that my mom could enjoy them longer. What an amazing job this florist did and I will continue to order in the future. Auburn Bloom designed the most gorgeous arrangement to be delivered for a Memorial of a dear friend. I phoned from the Bay Area and worked w the designer to include white lilies, white roses, deep purple flowers, Bells of Ireland and more. It turned out absolutely GORGEOUS! Beyond my expectation! I wish this florist was local to me, they were really great to work with, thank you!

Her shop is filled with great ideas and fun gift ideas that are reasonably priced. My husband (and myself) have been faithful followers of Lisa because of her flair and artistry with flora. Her pieces are exquisite

Received a beautiful bouquet for Mother’s Day. Several of the «showcase» blooms in the arrangement started dying after a day. Having received bouquets from them in the past and had no problem, I quickly called them to let them know that some of their flowers were not holding up, so that they could avoid disappointing other customers. They appreciated the call not being a complaint that they came right out with some replacement flowers — even after I told them it was not necessary — that is exceptional customer service!

Auburn bloom did all the flowers for my wedding and let me just say they were beautiful! Lisa saw my vision and ran with it. The flowers were affordable and of good quality! Lisa was awesome to work with, friendly and kind. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks Lisa!

Went into Auburn Blooms this past weekend to pick up a bouquet for my wife and got 4-​truffles. Got home and the flowers seemed to start to wilt, so I added more water to them. That didn’t help them and they only lasted 2-day’s. Their truffles were old and stale tasting. Wow I won’t be back there. Could of gotten fresher flowers & chocolates at the supermarket!!!

Best flower and gift shop in auburn. Fkowers are always stunning and fresh. The staff and owner are suoer friendly and ready to help. There are so many cool gifts in the shop, its hard not to buy something extra every time.

Lisa at Auburn Blooms was amazing to work with! She did all of the flowers for my wedding earlier this month and they were perfect. Lisa made the entire process go smoothly and was very knowledgeable in flowers. I showed her pictures of flower arrangements I liked and she could tell me each flower and if they would be in season. If they weren’t in season she gave suggestions of flowers that looked similar. She was always flexible and willing to do anything to help. I was extremely pleased with how all the flowers turned out, they were beautiful!

Used Auburn Blooms to send my mom flowers for Mom’s Day. I used the website for the order, and had a short turn around time. Her location isn’t easy to deliver to — odd hours and a bit remote, but they arrived on time and were Beautiful!
I called to make sure they could find her location and talked a bit on the phone with an employee. She was busy — the Friday before Mother’s Day — but nice and respectful in working with me. I will use them again.

Smelled wonderful in there — nice selection of items and not just flowers. The employee there was helping a couple order things for their wedding but was sure to acknowledge us and ask if we needed help.

We were window shopping on Sacramento Street in old town Auburn and were lured in by the lush greenery. We loved that when we stepped inside this little florist shop, there was an overwhelming green smell… not quite floral, but like the plant smell of a greenhouse or a tropical forest. Mmm!
There’s lots of plants and flowers (obviously) and lots of cute home décor and gift items. There’s even a little table with prom and wedding magazines, so you can browse through them for ideas. AND there’s a big display of chocolates at the counter… what’s not to love? :D
