So far I have only eaten the pork bahn mi,(sammich). Best bahn mi I’ve had in this area! Why bother going to subway or jimmy johns when you can come here and get a hearty sammich for only $ 3.50? I look forward to trying more items on the menu later. Just by judging the service and the sammich I ate, they get 5 stars.

Best phở in the area for the Price for sure! Fried rice is great! They have a huge menu so if you come with someone that doesn’t like phở, they’ll find something they like. There is a phở joint about a mile away that has really good phở too, but they are a dollar plus more for a bowl. I go here at least once a week and it never disappoints.

My first time eating here. Food was fairly good and I might go back again. Staff are friendly and courteous. I was not very happy with the women’s bathroom. Cj

Stopped by for a quick bowl for lunch. It has a nice crowd considering it was a lazy Sunday. The service was fast, the server was nice and accommodated my minor tweak to a bowl of Phở. I will definitely be back soon. I dropped it down a star after visiting several other Phở restaurants in the area. I realized this place had the highest prices for a less comparable bowl of hot streaming phở. Most bowls on the menu only offer two meats and they charge $ 2 for extra. Joy Phở a couple miles away offer for meats fire about the same price. If you’re not carnivorous like myself, disregard. But since I’ve sampled many, this has fallen in ranking for my taste.

Phở wasn’t great. I ordered a large with a small portion of noodles. Missing flavor. Whoever thinks this is good phở obviously doesn’t know what phở is supposed to taste like. But nice folks.

My husband was excited to try this place because of a recommendation and the great reviews. I’m all in. We get there and find a table(you seat yourself). I run to the ladies room and someone brought us menus and waters. Perfect! We look over the massive menu and wait for someone to take our orders. We wait… wait…oh and we wait some more. Great! A guy with a platter of soy sauce bottles is about to take our order. NOPE! He says excuse me and puts a new bottle of soy sauce on our table(like the new bottle on the table was defective). We see a lady look around the restaurant and go in the back. Hmmmm…, we wait. A table of 8 order is taken. We wait. Oh the group of guys has their food brought out to them. Now everyone has had some type of service since including me and my hubby there are only three occupied tables. We wait. Screw it, I’m out. We put on our jackets and the lady looks at us and goes into the kitchen. I guess that means goodbye!

Service was extra slow! Wait, no service at all. We only got water and menus that’s not what we came here for! Horrible horror. So here’s how it starts, we sat ourselves and the waiter came smiling and dropping off our menus and waters. He didn’t say anything, but just dropped off the menus and waters and walked away quickly like he was scared. No greet, no nothing. Hmmm… So, we waited 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 minutes, nobody came back to take our orders at all! The young man who dropped off the menus and waters instead came back to drop off soy sauce refills on each table including ours. And just smiled and walked away. What the heck? Even the lady that worked upfront saw us putting on our coats and didn’t even care as she walked back into the kitchen. It’s like you don’t care about your business. Well, why should we care? Oh well, I won’t taste their phở.

Tried their phở for the first time today. It was very flavorful! I did get a side of the fatty oil. It really beefed up the flavor of the broth. The spring rolls were average. Nothing wow about it. Also got an avocado smoothie with no tapioca. It tasted artificial. Phở great but everything else not so good.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is rather consistent. The best viet food out there? not quite but it is probably the best Viet food in Auburn. The odd part is food takings a little on the longer side to get done. However it’s always the same pace weather it’s busy or not busy. Other than that tho — it’s not a bad little joint to get some viet food at if you’re tired of fast food or pub food. Nothing really left an ever lasting impression on my taste buds, i know my critique is a bit biased as I grew up eating home cooked Vietnamese food. I’d come here of all places due to selection/variety compared to other places in the area that just serve phở and one or two rice dishes.

The Phở is definitely 5 star and the pork fried rice is some of the best I’ve ever had. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the general tsaos chicken was not great.

Phở and chicken wings were delicious! For the amount of people pouring in the door, they were incredibly understaffed… Will be back again– for takeout.

First time going based on the reviews. Walked in and we were not greeted. The lady decided her phone call with her feet kicked up on the table was more important. Sat down and the service could have been better. Then a regular walked in and she was treated like a goddess which kinda made me upset. The egg drop soup was like jello and not flavorful. The Phở smelled a little weird but it was okay. The general tsao chicken was very sweet. I give this place 3 stars only because the chicken wings and shrimp fried rice were DELICIOUS. I think would try this place one more time just for the wings and rice. Otherwise Id pass unlwss they better their service.

This is really good phở, great flavorful broth, I also tried the bun and it was also good. Chicken wings for appetizer. This place is great! The portions are good size. They aren’t skimping like in some other phở restaurants. The noodles are fresh. I have no complaints about this place.

Good phở and general Taos. Lunch special from 11 – 3. They do a pork salad roll that’s really yummy. Large place, easy to get in anytime.

Very yummy food… My fav is the chicken phở. Chicken fried rice is very good, beef Chou fun is good too. They have a lot of different choices on their menu not sure if that’s a good thing but so far so good. Their prices are great! And the staff is always friendly. If your picky about furniture and look then this is not the place for you lol it’s just ok but the food is what matters to me. Of course cleanliness too but I don’t pay too much attention when it comes to carpet in a restaurant ;)

I really wanted to like this place and have tried it 3x but can’t get over the fact that it’s not as clean as a restaurant should be and always seems to have a slightly musty odor. Service is so-so and furnishings are dated.

This is my go to phở spot in Auburn. Their fried chicken wings are amazing. Always great service. Their phở and vermicelli bowls are yummy. It is also reasonably priced! If you spend more than $ 50 you get the fried chicken wings for free! Oh yeah the avocado shakes are made with real fruit. Bubble tea is okay… not recommended.

I recommend the Phở. It is the only item I have had in this restaurant, but it is quality phở. Someday the broth taste so much better than other days, I don’t know why. I have come in a few time and have always order the special phở(the phở with everything). Today, I was unlucky enough to get the phở broth that had less flavor. Almost as if the broth had not been on the burner for the entire 3+ hours of cooking. Most day, I get in later and the broth is amazing. The large phở has plenty of noodles, and meats to it, and I would only add a touch of sirachu to the phở. The spring rolls are good. I will be back to try some of their other items, but this is my Phở spot in Auburn now.

Tier bump! Tried out the combination fried rice and was impressed by the taste. I always dress my fried rice with the red rooster sauce(sirracha) and I was nodding my head and doing the happy dance for the first few bites(good sign!). The rice was not too dry nor too soggy, the egg, chicken, shrimp, BBQ pork(cha siu) with the carrot and peas commingled themselves in harmony for each spoonful. It comes with a cup of egg drop soup. I am liking my lunch options now. Phở is pretty decent and is doable for the most part. I suppose their other offerings of Thai may be next to try on the list…
