So I come here all the freaking time. the phone broth is great! They are super skimpy on the meat, and don’t expect any refill. I usually have to walk up to the counter and ask for a refill on my water, they have NEVEREVER asked me if I wanted a refill on my water even after I leave the cup empty on the end of the table. Service is horrible. Phở is good… they recently raised thier prices so I won’t be going back unless I’m in need of phở for a hang over.

No matter how nice the owner is, the Phở will never ever taste good after seeing a plastic bag in there. Even though she changed to a new bowl, it just feels weird. Because probably 3 of our bowls have the same broth…

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I had such a bad experience I was writing one as I was leaving. Food is mediocre and barely any meat. The herbs I was given were rotting, there were flies around me as I ate. There was a little girl loudly blowing nonstop on a recorder/flute out of boredom the entire time I was eating. I was so irritated I was trying to eat faster so I can get out of there. I won’t be coming back, I feel like I wasted my money and came out of the restaurant in a bad mood.

So so good! After living in Sydney, Australia for two years, which is surprisingly a rich hub of Thai cuisine and Asian culture, I can honestly say that Phở time in Auburn still makes the best Pad Thai I have ever had. I have tried and tried to find places closer to my neighborhood that make Pad Thai as good as theirs and I can’t. Now that I’m back living in the states, no matter where I’m living(sumner, tacoma, gig harbor) I’m always willing to make the trek back to Auburn when I’m really wanting some good pad Thai. Their Phở and fresh spring rolls are excellent as well. Yum!!!

I went to Phở-Time today. It was cleaned. When I walked up to the counter to order. The woman had her phone set up and was Skyping or Facetiming with someone and was talking to them while simultaneously taking my order. It definitely did not make me feel very welcome. I ordered the Fresh Rolls and the Pork Vermicelli Bowl to go. When they brought my food I asked if I could get some cups for some sauces. The said there was already fish sauce and peanut sauce. Neither of which I like. I like to mix chili paste, sriracha and hoisen sauce. I said I would like some additional sauces(keep in mind, if I was eating in the restaurant, I would be welcome to use these sauce and would not even have to ask). She then said what sauce do you want I started to say what I wanted and she returned with a tiny little container of sriracha, I gave up on explaining this, but did ask for another sriracha. I don’t understand the stinginess with the sauce!!! I would even be willing to pay for the the cups if that is the issue so that I can eat my food the way I would eat it in the restaurant. The food actually tasted fine. Nothing earth shattering but good. I counted 8 other Phở places in Auburn, so there is no reason for me to not keep searching for a place that has great food and great service. So I am giving the owners these 2 pieces of advice… Get off the phone and stop being stingy with the sauce!

I scooted in here riight at the last minute. The card machine was down so it was cash only. Minor inconvenience but totally cool, I get that these things happen and you cannot prepare for it. The gentleman at the counter was great, energetic and very nice. Customer service is a hit or miss at places you’re new to but I give this experience an A. Now onto the food! :D I had the phở with rare beef. Everything was satisfactory. I was craving a good bowl of phò and this hit the spot. I didn’t taste my girlfriends Yakisoba but she liked it and it smelled great. Her only problem was the presence of mushrooms in the mix. Overall, I approve this place!

Alright, as promised in my first review, I said I would come back for phở and I did but I wasn’t insanely impressed. It was good, don’t get me wrong! And the service is still amazing, but I have a couple problems with the cleanliness. I looked to my left and saw forks out(very thoughtful!) but there was a big chunk of dried green onion stuck between a couple forks… Uhhhh let’s not. There were a couple fruit flies chillin near our table. Landed on my plate of sprouts… I don’t know man. The spouts were okay. I’m kind of picky about fresh veggies and I can’t stand wilted/brown sprouts and they were nearing that stage. My bf got the fried chicken plate and he didn’t feel the amount of chicken they give you was worth $ 7. The food taste? Still really good! Great flavors in the broth, nice and hot soup, the chicken was cooked great! Very moist, good flavors on the outside(a little charred). And they have one of the best service I’ve ever experienced at vietnamese restaurants. The cleanliness was the only thing that worried me and I can’t shake it. I feel as though I wouldn’t make the effort to drive out here for a bowl of phở on any normal day but I know I’d definitely come down for a banh mi and bubble tea! Still loved my first visit, not too crazy about this one and I believe 4 stars is solid and fair.

Food is good. I have no problems with service. They seem to be understaffed whenever they are busy like dinner and lunchtime.

Best Broth in the area! I gladly go out of my and pass all the other phở restaurants just for their broth alone. Phở time is the only place where I ask to take any leftover soup broth with me to reheat an sip on. It’s that good! But honestly I almost always clean the bowl before leaving. Hefty portions! I get the large phở«special» & lastly the lady at the counter is very sweet.

I came here for a chicken bahn mi, but feel in love with their Bubble Tea. It was so good, I came back two other times this week. They were always busy when I came in, so the other foods must be just as good. The sandwich I had was OK, not the greatest, but good for the the $ 3.99 price. Next time I’ll try the phở with my Bubble Tea.

I got the chicken tom yum soup and it tasted like a mix of tom yum and curry; interesting and different, but overall pretty good, could’ve used more chicken. The spring rolls were pretty bland and they definitely are cheap on the amount of ingredients in them; 2 shrimp, a piece of weird looking sandwich meat, and a bunch of iceburg lettuce; no sprouts, and the peanut sauce wasn’t really peanut sauce. After she gave me my to go order I went back to the counter to ask for my rice and before I even got to the counter she said«What do you want?», and after I asked for a side of rice she rudely told me it was $ 2 and sighed heavily as if she was annoyed. The best part of this place was the one year old in a pack n play behind the counter. She made it a point to say how tired he was and how she needed to get him to bed. Seriously? Never going back here again.

Would have gotten a 2 from me had the phở not been so good. I got the seafood phở. The broth was nice and flavorful and there was a good assortment added, although I will say I would have liked a bit more chicken. I had 1 small piece of chicken which was disappointing. Service was terrible. The owner came to take our drink orders. However, she asked my husband what he wanted and he said coke and then she just walked away? She got him a coke and brought me a water a couple minutes later. I tried to quickly say I wanted a Thai tea boba and as I said it her phone in her pocket rang. She nodded to me and said«ok.» as she answered it. But the minutes passed, her daughter took our order, our food arrived and no Thai tea. So I sipped on water angrily the whole time we ate our meal, watching everybody else get boba drinks, because no one bothered to come and check up on us the entire meal. And I’m pregnant and just spent 4 hours at the doctors office running tests so I knew if I said anything to them I would have blown up. Anyway, food is okay, service is abysmal unless you’re Asian and then they are really tentative to your needs. Probably won’t go back.

Legit phở place. Broth is flavorful and they provide the full suite of condiments instead of just hoisin and sriracha. Menu is simple, standard phở and other viet dishes. Service is fast and friendly. I’ve tried many phở/vietnamese restaurants in the kent, auburn, fed way area and I think this is one of the best broth in that area. Definitely recommend… if you know your phở flavors, you wont be disappointed.

We’ve been here many times the past 3 years but the food was just okay. However we stopped by this past Saturday and ordered fried rolls which was OK. Then we ordered their meatball Phở! It was the best we’ve had! It was amazingly fresh! The broth was very tasty and flavorful! If you had a bad experience last time. Go back and try it again, you will not regret it!

Veggie-Phở with extra chicken is our favorite most of the time. Their veggie phở is mix with carrots, broccoli, tofu, and other veggies. We like extra protein and that is chicken. Amazingly, they are using healthy non fat chicken breast to most of their chicken meat. They have thai food there like ginger chicken which is really good and healthy mix with veggies. There price is very reasonable and I recommend this place to all my friends :-)

Getting straight to the point: I like their food: phở, bun bo hue, pork chops. Not a fan of their stir fried stuff but I hear their fried rice is good. Their service. erm, not so much. I have gone here for a few years and there is usually this nice Asian mom who had just given birth to her new born son in February 2014. They(waiters&waitresses) don’t really check up on you until you go there more than twice than they’ll ask you how you’re doing. Their new workers… haha wow. There is a girl that works there and doesn’t seem to know what people want. We once asked for a small cup so we can pour some apple juice for the one year old and she gave us a small sauce bowl. There is a guy who works there and sometimes gets our order wrong and won’t really check up on you even if it’s slow. He’s friendly though but you have to talk kind of slow so he can write everything down. Sometimes they bring their daughter into work with them and she might take your order. She’s very sweet :) They don’t seem too organized when they’re busy and when you want extra things be sure to tell them when they’re writing your order down, getting your drinks, or getting your food or you might not get get the things you want e.g. chopsticks, veg. plate, straw, napkins, drinks, etc. You pay up at the desk because they just never give you your check at the table. It’s just how they do things. I really, really like their bun bo hue(aka spicy beef noodle soup on their menu) enough to stop in almost 3 times a week for two months straight but I’ve stopped going because of the service. Maybe because I find it unprofessional that they haven’t been properly trained but hey, if I pay less than $ 20 for a meal for two than there can’t be much to complain about.

friendly owners — there seems to always be patrons there but never too hard to get a seat in a timely manner. I’m pretty much addicted to the Bun Bo Hue(spicy beef noodle soup) and so I can’t really say i’ve had anything else but that there. And that always seems to hit the spot for me. I like the vietnamese coffee as well here from time to time as its extra strong and keeps me pushing through the day.
