Terrible customer service at the counter. Employee was on the phone the entire time and I finally gave up. Left all of my items at the store and walked out. Rude beyond belief. Especially when you are dropping close to a couple grand on a few things. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I can see why this store is always dead. There is no type of customer service and I find this place is overstaffed. The employees out number the customers

Horrible customer service. Walked around looking for belts no one asked if I needed help or even greeted me. I stood behind some one that was looking at the belts for a long time just to find it that it was an employee just hanging out.

I definitely agree at least partially with other reviews — the outlet has nothing on the«real» Brooks Brothers store, especially in terms of customer service. I have never walked into a regular store without being greeted and assisted in the fitting room. This never happens at the outlet. Not a word is usually exchanged until I’m checking out. I’m mostly OK with that though — I’m a pretty self-driven shopper. The selection is subpar, and this is my real problem with the outlet. The sizes are mostly xxs and too large. I can never seem to find the sizes I’m looking for! C’est la vie. I usually can manage to find one or two items though. Most recently, I scored a great floral sheath dress originally $ 220 on sale for $ 60. Sometimes being able to wear obscure sizes(2P) pays off! I will be back, but I always have reasonable(low) expectations.

Re-rating down on merchandise quality Sorry…have been wearing Brooks Bros. for 30 years and done with the outlet garbage. 346 is a knockoff line that they do not sell in the real stores and it is overpriced, poorly made drek. The last dozen shirts and half dozen pair of khakis I’ve bought within the last 12 months all have fallen apart, elbows blow out, pockets tear at seams, cuffs fray away and its not like I’m laying asphalt in them, I sit in an office. Service has gone downhill in the last few years… we are regular shoppers of Brooks Brothers. I even have their store card. We don’t get greeted unless we have merchandise in our hands and are ready to check out or pay at the register. That’s not how customer service should be. Sad.

On our most recent visit to the Brooks Brothers Factory Store we were just as impressed as our first. The service here is terrific. Feels like Nordstrom, not an outlet. The store is always in great shape. The prices are more reasonable than you think they will be. Do not pass by Brooks Brothers thinking their merchandise is out of your price range. This store has sales that make its apparel competitively priced and you will get a better product for your hard-earned money.

«Welcome to 2K11,» Unilocal said, as I logged in. Oh wait, no one really said that to me. And it doesn’t even make sense because I visited Brooks Brothers on New Year’s Eve Day 2010. Categorically Speaking: Location: 3 out of 5. You have 2 choices in the area: here, or in Kenosha. There are a few advantages of this location(in Aurora), however. If you do happen to take the Metra, there’s a Pace bus that runs directly to the outlet mall. Not so in Kenosha. And, if you happen to shop at this location, and are in the mood for some food, or some movies, Warrenville isn’t too far away.(think Cantera 30 and surrounding area). Pricing: 1/5, or 4⁄5(I’ll explain) Twice a year, Brooks Brothers flagship stores and their online stores will have a 40% off sale. Once a year(or maybe twice), they will do a 50% off sale. For example, right now they are doing a 50% off winter clearance online. And every so often, if you check carefully(or if you are on the e-mail list), they will do a 70% off sale. At 50% off, their standard dress shirts are 40 bucks. When I went to the Factory store, their dress shirts were 40% off, but came to 36.50. But wait, there’s more! Rumor has it(it’s true, so it’s not a real rumor) that the Factory stores carry more of the«346» line than the traditional line. Some people will say, «The 346 line is inferior» or, «The 346 line isn’t as good» or «It feels funny», etc. Who knows, but I can guess that most of the shirts for BB are made in a similar locale. So, when the regular store is having a 50% or 70% off sale, is it worth it to buy the«mainstream clothing?» Sure — it’s about 4 bucks more. When the regular stores aren’t doing their sales, is it worth it to pay 36 $ or so at the Factory Store? You decide, but I like that option. That’s not to say that these stores only carry 346. While I was there, I actually found some of their«normal» dress shirts. You’re probably not going to find Black Fleece items here, but you can probably find some above average ties. Selection: 4 out of 5 Great, as long as you like Brooks Brothers styling, and you can find your fit. They carry a lot of «traditional» and«regular» fit, «slim» and«extra slim» fit shirts were hard to find, but they were also the most heavily discounted. You won’t have the same selection of collar point styles here as you would online or at a «regular» store, but if you can find something you like, it’s not a bad day. Keep in mind that most of the shirts there are non-iron. Take that however you want it; people have different views and ways to get around the associated negatives. Customer service: 4 out of 5 Didn’t really have any problems. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I probably went on a busier day so there were more people there shopping(some who probably had no intention of buying anything). I mean… if you have no idea at all what you’re looking for, you may be in a world of surprise and at a loss for where to start. Just ask someone, and they can help you out. It’s also helpful to know your size going in, but there was someone on site that was doing measurements on the day I went. Overall: 3.5 or 4 out of 5 Very nice experience for what it is. If you don’t have the time to do the sales at the normal stores or online, you can always count on this store having decent sales. Be mindful that they carry most«346» items, which isn’t a knock on them — it’s just factual.

Get real. This IS a Brooks Brothers store with Brooks Brothers prices. And even some of the attitude from the employees. $ 2.50 for a box to put the Christmas gift one is purchasing in ~ OMG, I’m otta here.

Again, one of the nicer stores at the outlet mall. They’ve got all kinds of room, but they haven’t overstocked it, so you’re accidentally dry humping someone anytime you pass them in the aisle. Very good customer service here as well. I was in the market for some new suits, and I’m not at all a pro in knowing what to look for. The gentlemen here were very patient and gave lots of helpful suggestions in getting me set up with the suits of my choice.

Isn’t this supposed to have outlet prices? According to their website, regular pricing on shirts is 3 for $ 199. The outlet has that plus, 3 for $ 150. $ 150? A buttoned shirt is $ 79.50. For those prices I would rather have Versace. I found an amazing cashmere sweater, on sale $ 300 dollars. Regular price was obnoxious. Clearly, I don’t see the value. I love business wear, I just don’t see the epic difference between their clothing and other business wear brands. As the other review stated, this is one store which has the best organization of the entire outlet. Spacious store, many different items of clothing. Employees of the store were polite and helpful. Potato potatoe.

This is one of the best stores at the Premium Outlets. I don’t wear Brooks Brothers, since most of the women’s wear is for the«ladies who lunch» set. But, their men’s clothes are very nice– and here you can get them for about a third less than the retail store. The store is well organized, the staff is always helpful, and while I believe that some of what they sell is just for the outlets, the quality is just as good as what you’d find at the store. The only downside is that this location can be kind of picked over. Still, a great place to pick up work staples for less.
