DKNY Outlet

I believe this DKNY should steal MACYs tagline of this is where stars shop because after leaving this location I felt like a star, friend or family. I went in on Good Friday and since it was my day off and pretty nice out I really didn’t want to spend my entire day indoors or dealing with a return. My goal was to get in and get out in about 20 minutes. I was there for longer than an HOUR! I was having trouble finding some jeans that would fit me. I’m short, with long legs and curvy. I don’t like anything with a flare, I like high waist and stretch so it’s like I have a lot of requirements in a jean. The manager came over and was SOOOO helpful! I’ve since forgot her name but her spirit was so amazing! She’s someone who I would want to be friends with. She mad me try on a few pairs of jeans which I hate trying stuff on and she always came back to check on me and it just felt like I was shopping with a friend. I explained to her that I had a poor experience at the Rosemont location and she said she was sorry to hear that but hopes she can change it around and said DKNY has such a customer centric business and everyone really enjoys working there and it’s a great place to work. There were two other guys there and it was a great experience. I will always take the extra time to drive to this DKNY over the other one. I could probably write a book on how amazing my experience was. I just felt like a star because everyone was so friendly and attentive but not in a «I’m getting paid to be nice to you» type of way but an «I honestly enjoy my job and people and you» type of way. A+++ I was highly impressed!

Wasn’t actually planning going to this store but went to the outlets for Brook Brothers which happened to be a total failure on a side note. At DKNY I was helped in a very ‘fashionable’ manner and ended up updating my closet with some new shirts, sweaters and jeans. Quality of the products is very decent and the price was a bargain! Will return here.

I didn’t even know this outlet was here but I’m so glad I found it! My girlfriend and I ended up getting a pair of jeans and 5 jean capris for $ 140! That’s a fantastic deal for DKNY! At a regular store I would’ve only got 2 pairs of jeans for that price. There were only 2 sales people in the store that night and they were both very helpful, especially the girl. I appreciated all the help we received and the money I saved!
