Giorgio Armani

Wow. Seven employees in the store and everyone was reading a newspaper. Not one was helping customers. I walked in asking for some assistamce looking for an item… I got a deer in headlights look from all seven employees. I walked out as fast as I could.
I will not spend my money in a store where I cannot get any assistance from its representatives especially 7 of them. I’m going to buy online instead.

Yes, this is an outlet. That said this is one of but a few Giorgio Armani outlets in the USA. This store carries more ‘formal’ fashion such as suits, blazers, tux, etc. if you’re looking for casual this isn’t the store; try Armani Exchange instead.
I’ve shopped here off/​on over the past 7 years or so. I’ve found some very nice suits and blazers directly from the boutique shops. If you’re in need of assistance while in the store I highly recommend Mohammed or Eddie. Both are extremely helpful without being a ‘pushy’ salesperson.

Yes, this is an outlet store but remember: We’re talking high-​fashion. So everything in here is still relatively expensive (or inexpensive depending on which tax bracket you fall in). If you’re looking for more casual street wear, head to Armani Exchange.
Armani isn’t my favorite Italian designer (that would be Gucci, just in case you’re doing some shopping for me) but he sure knows how to cut a woman’s dress. Many of the fashion house’s dresses are cut on the bias making for an elegant, feminine fit.
Besides a couple of dresses marked down to an almost-​affordable price, I eyed some lovely accessories including sunglasses, scarves and watches. Of course, this store is built for the suit fanatic: There’s quite a collection for both men and women!
There are only eight Giorgio Armani outlet shops in the U.S. so consider yourself lucky if you’re a fan of this iconic designer. Happy shopping!

Admittedly I found nothing in Armani that fit me or that I really wanted, but they get four stars for service. I was looking for a pair of city shorts for going out in, and the attendant searched the racks for me and even gave me recommendations on other places where I might find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, helpful, and nice. All things that a shopgirl (or boy) should be to get my hard earned dollar. Thank you for making my experience a nice one.
