Love the pizza, hate the service! 1.5 hour average wait time for delivery? You call orders in to a central phone office that coordinates with several locations in town. They have given me completely different pizzas than what I have ordered on two separate occasions. I feel for the poor guys who are making the pizzas at the location because they seem stressed and obviously haven’t been trained how to delight a customer or take responsibility for mistakes. The pizza, however, is VERYGOOD

I really want to love this place. They are around the corner. They offer vegan cheese. However, the pizza is mediocre at best. And I’m talking about REAL pizza with regular dairy cheese and toppings. The crust(regular, not gluten-free) is bad. I’ve tried original and thin crust. I just tried them again tonight. Pizza cold, crust greasy, cheese and sauce flavorless. Salad O.K. Brownie dry. Big waste of $ 35.

We’ve only had great experiences here, we usually pick up or have delivery and so far so good on that end. Currently I’m addicted to their«The Haole» pizza, it’s sooo good. Pepperoni, bacon, cilantro, chopped pineapple, red onions, and mozzarella on a crispy crust. It’s never greasy, the bacon is always super crunchy, and even if I eat half of a large in one sitting I never feel grotesque after. Always tastes fresh, never burnt, two thumbs up here.

Ordered pizza for the Apex crew today, 6 of us total. We had 2 large pizza, the Mopac & Pepperoni, as well as a couple gluten free pizzas. There was confusion as to which location so I went to the wrong one. I did however get our pizzas fresh and gave us a fair discount for the inconvenience. Overall the pizza was very good, even my gluten free. The staff was very nice & the bathroom was clean. Great experience in the end!

Genuinely surprised by all the bad reviews. This place is my go to pizza delivery — I love them! The thin wheat crust options as well as low sugar sauces make for a less-greasy-than-usual pizza guzzling experience. Obviously no one orders pizza with the intention of doing anything other than scarfing down twice as much food as you need but it’s nice to know that I won’t have a cheese and grease hangover to deal with in the morning as well as the sight of sad empty pizza boxes! Delivery takes a little while yes, but the delivery people have always been polite and friendly. And I would always rather spend a couple of extra dollars and have it go local as supposed to papa johns!

I am all about local, but was so disappointed with this location! I’ve tried the South location before and loved the pizza… Don’t know what happened here. .Different owners, untrained cooks, old ingredients? From the cardboard like crust, lack of cheese and sauce, to the pathetic amount of ‘extra’ green peppers, we will never bother ordering from here again. For what you pay you’re better off ordering from a chain…

Really good crust on the pizza air both the regular and the deep dish are really great. whole wheat options. vegan cheese is a little pricey but at least it’s available. delivery was faster than they said it would be.

$ 19 — $ 26 dollars for a 10″ gluten free pizza?! Outrageous. $ 19 dollars for a cheese or pepperoni pizza, mind you. Save your money and go to HEB — 10″ gluten free pizza for seven fifty, tops. We celiacs eat the same tomato sauce and cheese you do. You lost a customer! Unfounded pricing. Congrats on your profit margin.

Delivery is quick, and the pizza is decently good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a mediterranean, and I thought the latter was far better. I think it’s a good choice when you’re looking for a reliable delivery option, and I would order again, but it’s definitely not the best pizza out there.

I’m literally HANGRY right now. I called Austin’s and placed an order over an hour ago. I called back when I thought something might be wrong and the call center woman Gracie was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She called the Far West Store and they apparently told her they received a call from someone saying they wanted to change the order to pick up? Not sure what happened, but that call never came from me. I live alone and no one else would have called on my behalf. Clearly someone there made mistake and didn’t want to own up to it. Regardless, my complaint has nothing to do with the inconvenience, with the sweet girl Gracie that promised to compensate me for the order, but rather with her supervisor to whom I was transferred. After a mistake that was CLEARLY their fault, he said, «I understand there was some ‘confusion’ with your order?» No supervisor, there was no «confusion». Your staff made a mistake. All he told me was that they could either deliver me the old pizza that had been sitting there for 40 minutes or make me a new pizza and deliver it another 20 – 30 minutes later. Not wanting(and frankly too tired) to be a squeaky wheel and demand some compensation for the inconvenience I passive-aggressively said that I didn’t want to wait an additional 30 minutes for a pizza I’d already waited an hour for. He quickly offered to cancel my order, let me go, and lost a sale and a loyal customer. I am so sick and tired of crappy customer service. I work in sales for a restaurant and would never let a guest leave dissatisfied knowing it was us that made the mistake. I rarely post to Unilocal, but am just so tired of people that don’t care.

Definitely my favorite pizza place in the whole wide world!!! I love the option for wheat crust and how the ingredients are always fresh and yummy. I have typically ordered Austin’s Pizza for delivery and with other pizza companies of its caliber someone’s the pizza arrives cold and stale but with Austin’s pizza you can taste the freshness and steam from the box! One thing of course is that you pay extra for better quality so don’t expect the 7.99 deals for a large pizza.

Usually Austin ’ s Pizza is a huge hit for me but tonight it was a definite miss. I ordered the California chicken pizza and a garden salad with grilled chicken. The Pizza tasted okay but the chicken seemed off. I need up picking the chicken off the pizza and throwing it away. As for the salad again the chicken that was supposed to be grilled tasted as if it was microwaved after being frozen. The onions on the salad tasted a little old and watery but other than that it was fine. I probably won’t order anything with chicken on it again. or salad for that matter because it seemed to give me a very upset stomach.

The gluten free crust is awesome! They do a $ 5 up charge on it, which if you’re like me and in the mood for pizza, it’s worth it. It’s a 10″ personal and I got it with pepperoni and fresh jalapeños. The cheese was super creamy and delicious, and the toppings were just right. My husband got the Bacon Pizzaburger personal pizza and he said it was really good. The place itself was just eh, which is typical of a pizza joint you’d find in my home state of NJ. The service was friendly, but a little unwelcoming at first. Overall, I’d go back!

Some of my favorite pizza in town. Check out the menu, but give yourself some time… everything sounds yummy, so you will have a hard time making a decision. Gluten-free option is a definite plus. Pizza rolls are a must. My favorite combination is pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeño on thin crust. Order some ranch… you won’t regret it.

I’ve probably ordered from Austin’s Pizza a couple dozen times. So it’s delicious, but it’s not my absolute favorite pizza place in town. I don’t have many local options(especially for delivery) in my hood, so I always order here. I appreciate the consistency, in food and delivery time(usually 45 min.). If you sign up for their email blast you always have a coupon to use. Often times a buy one get one free or 50% off! Plus they have a few daily deals listed on their website if you are ordering Monday-Wednesday. I’m not ashamed to say… I grew up eating Cici’s alfredo slices, and Austin’s white pizza is in the same vein, but even better. The pepperoni pizza rolls are downright awesome. Salad options are seriously lacking. I recommend making your own at home, but get the homemade ranch from Austin’s Pizza!

I did not think a gluten free pizza could be this could. A tasty thin crust, zesty sauce and savory cheese. For the cost though, I’d expect more toppings on the pizza.
