Fast delivery but they made my order wrong. The delivery guy didn’t even read me back my order. Wanted half cheese half jalapeño/pineapple. Got half cheese half jalapeño/pepperoni. I don’t eat meat so this totally blows. Pizza Hut is usually my favorite because of the thin crust.

I order your typical pepperoni for carryout and have no complaints. The pizza was always on point, and ready when they said it would be. I have always experienced friendly service, and once when I apparently dropped my debit card on the floor, they called me(within 10 minutes of my departure) to let me know– I hadn’t even realized it was missing(yet).

This Pizza Hut delivers on all levels. I know the haters won’t believe you can get good pie from one of the major pizza chains, but you can. I’m a carnivore, so I favor the meat heavy varieties, but the veggie centric pies are good here too. Make sure to get the drizzle! Buffalo sauce is a fave of mine. They have good pie, try it!

Normally, I love Pizza Hut. I just moved to the area and have now ordered twice. Two strike outs. I always order breadsticks. My first order of breadsticks was over cooked, had almost no seasoning on them, and was cold and hard as a brick. A few days ago I ordered again. My order estimate said 6:23. After 7:00 I finally called and spoke with a person who very obviously did not walk to speak to me. He was short, sounded annoyed to be answering my questions, and just told me «Your pizza is on the way» and«I’m really backed up.» I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for my order that was estimated to take thirty minutes. All of my food was cold, half of my pizza had been squished and the other half lacked cheese and toppings, I was only given about a teaspoon worth of marinara with my breadsticks, and my bottle of soda was covered in trash from the inside of the driver’s car. Get your shit together, Pizza Hut. This is just downright disappointing. I’m currently fighting an illness and all I really wanted was some breadsticks. It’s probably the easiest thing you sell other than bottled sodas. What’s the problem here?

Just moved to Austin and I was really disappointed with this location. I’m a huge fan of pizza hut and have ordered from this location 3 times and have been disappointed each time. 1st order wasn’t delivered until 3 hours after it was ordered! I called after the first hour and a half and they said a delivery person was out. I sucked it up and waited and once it got their it was completely cold and burnt. gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again this tome it took them 2 and a half hours for them to deliver yet again a cold pizza. 3 and final attempt they delivered within and hour but I once again was left to microwave my overcooked and room temperature pizza. as much as I love them it’s not worth the hassle.

This has been my neighborhood Pizza Hut since I’ve lived here on Far West. Things seem to be going down-hill, fast. The last couple pizzas I’ve gotten just aren’t made well. The crust has been burnt and the toppings have been kinda on the light side. Just ordered a pizza for delivery. Apparently about 45 minutes later the deliver driver’s car died… so I get a call and they can’t deliver the pizza ATALL. The options were to pick it up or cancel the order completely. You’re telling me there aren’t any other delivery drivers who can help out another store in these situations? Terrible customer service.

I’m actually a big fan of Pizza Hut & have always been since I was a kid & my parents would take us on Friday nights back in the 70’s. This particular Pizza Hut on Greystone in Austin has the worst service I have ever received on more than multiple occasions with completely incorrect orders & forgotten orders. They have no regard for customer service, employees & even the store manager with horrible attitudes with no people skills to handle or address a customer with something as simple as an incorrect order. Customer service means the world to me & this carry out location is in desperate need of a visit from a corporate level manager who can who can address these issues and get back to the standards that keep customers coming back. I will never order anything or recommend this location until they make some major improvements to earn my business back again. I’m hoping someone from their corporate office sees this feedback/review because, they have a great location & so much potential to make it the best Pizza Hut carryout in the area. Signed, Very disappointed & loyal customer…

Completely waste of time!!! the young man lied to me and the first girl who was taking my order forgot to even place my order so the«manager» was just trying to cover her ass …

At 10:45pm I order 16 wings and some pasta because my kids had eaten what food was left in the house and my boyfriend and I were starving. Delivery time was supposed to be 11:30, i started calling at 11:35, to my dismay no one answered. All the way till midnight. They intentionally did not cook my order. I had a confirmation email too. By that time everything was closed. So we were left hungry because our car was in the shop. Thanks Pizza Pricks.

The delivery said 45 minutes, and we just received it at 5:45pm(so it took an hour and 45 minutes). They also forgot our Pepsi so the driver is having to go back to the store to get it. The driver also let us know that the pizza has been in the warmer for awhile… great. We have had this issue with Pizza Hut before and will not be using them again for delivery. Very disappointing.

I have not been into a Pizza Hut in 20 – 25 years, but saw their menu online and decided to try it last night. Wow, am I ever glad that I did! Ordering online was very easy and efficient. Order was ready when they said it would be, and the pizza was as good as any that I have had in Austin! I was amazed at the amount of cheese, mushrooms, and beef that was on the pizza, and ordering online with pickup, a large pizza was only $ 7.95. Other franchises skimp on ingredients, but not at my local Pizza Hut. We will definitely be back!

I don’t know who is messing with these reviews but this joint definitely is not a 4 star price range & the pizza is everything you’d expect from any Pizza Hut 1) They got my order right 2) They had my order ready on time(for carry out) 3) Some new things on the menu like banana peppers or spinach… and the ability to drizzle additional sauces onto your pizza for free(I got a BBQ drizzle but you can get sriracha or balsamic vinegar or buffalo) & many crust topping options(salted pretzel anyone? I got the parmasean + garlic & herbs and it was surprisingly delicious) 4) The pizza was everything I expected from Pizza Hut– crispy pan crust, plenty of cheese & toppings & just the right amount of sauce. I have no complaints. It’s not the best pizza in the world… again it’s Pizza Hut. But it’s convenient & satisfying when you’re craving pizza.

This location is a constant disappointment. Hadn’t ordered from them in over a year because they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Got a 20% off coupon via email today so I tried them again. Guess what? Order was wrong. So annoying.

You know, usually I love pizza hut but i’m thinking we will be taking our business to papa johns from now on. For the few deliveries every hand tossed pizza we’ve gotten has been practically a thin crust. Now we’ve eaten them but not with the gusto that normally accompanies our pizza nights. I just can’t see paying for a slab of cardboard with toppings.

Last week we ordered 2 Pan Pizza’s. When we opened up the boxes they were half baked and extremely greasy I I called the manager and was given $ 20.00 credit and was told that Pan Pizza is always greasy. I don’t think so. We always order Pan Pizza and that was nasty gross. We just called for two pizza’s and a 2 liter, with credit from the other pizzas the total was $ 6.50. When I asked why so much I was told the Pepsi cost plus tax is $ 6.50. I asked to have the Pepsi taken off of the order and was told that would void my credit and I should have to pay the full price. Dominois here we come. Thanks for nothing

Shouldn’t when you walk in to a pizza place there be a clear separation between the front and back? Also couldn’t get first order right when I picked it up and took over 20minutes for me to actually get my correct pizza. Even if this new crazy cheese pizza is good I’m done here. Also while I was there another lady called who had hers delivered apparently got the wrong pizza.

Usually this place is great. Tonight two hour delivery time. Ok. Except they made the pizza knowing that it would sit there for two hours. When I called to check on my pizza, all I got was um ya your pizza was ready an hour ago. No sorry ma’am we will re-make your pizza so it is delivered fresh. Just too bad and then a hang up. Talk about customer service. I feel so disrespected. I will never order from this place again. Two hours for a cold pizza is unacceptable!

This is a Pizza Hut pizza. It is slightly pizza-ish with a dash of hut. Their Pizza’s are usually round and come in a box. Sometimes they will get all crazy with their Pizza so they have something new to market. «Try the new Asian Delight stuffed crust calzone breadstick artisan buffalo chicken-kicker pizza!» This would be better if it were also a Taco Bell. A combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. What? I’m at the Pizza Hut. I’m at the Taco Bell. I’m at the commmmmbination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

Every now and then, we have pizza night. I make my own gluten free mediterranean pizza and hubby picks up a $ 10 Super Supreme for himself. He calls it in and it’s ready when he says it’s ready. Add wine and beer at home and you’ve got an easy dinner. The simple life. Right here in Austin, Texas.
