AUTOBUSES AMERICANOS

At the beginning we would go on this busline, yet at first we thought it was worth another chance and again we were disappointed with their service both in the U.S. and in Mexico. They didn’t have a bus terminal at first and inconsistent schedules in Austin, TX. No friendly greeting and compassion for the delay in arrival and once you have bought your ticket – good luck if you and your luggage/​etc will arrive well. Once you arrive in Nuevo Laredo, MX they change all the passengers from an okay bus in the U.S. to one that is very uncomfortable (sometimes unclean) and seats that lack cushion/​comfort. We have even had problems with the driver smoking while driving a full bus with passengers (even if they have their window open driving in Mexico; we still «breathe in the second-​hand smoke»). We have tried to avoid this bus line going into and coming back from Mexico; if we can. They are not as friendly as others or as informative. not customer service-​oriented at all.
