Burger King

Good food. It would be better if they gave me everything I ordered instead of charging me for it and not giving it to me. Also slightly rude/​sarcastic when I called to ask if I could come pick up what they forgot to give me and charged me for. Not impressed.

It just keeps going from bad to worse.
I used to come here a lot about two years ago. We rarely come here anymore.
I came in today late in the evening and the place was dirty. The food was cold and one of the cups was dirty.
Just a tip. Don’t come in the evenings. It’s usually run by high schoolers or close to it.

I literally never eat at Burger King, since it was the only burger option while deployed and overseas. However, it’s been raining cats and dogs outside from the Hurricane. And now it’s chilly outside. So I thought. What the heck? Let’s go to BK cause they have a large playscape.
I don’t see how you could really rate the food. It’s pretty stereotypical BK. Glad they changed out the old fries. These aren’t as offensive to my tongue. I saw ads for a black bun for Halloween, and kinda happy I didn’t get it with my whopper. Maybe people talked them out of that awful campaign… A rye or pumpernickel bun would have been a cool idea. But nope. All food coloring. I like BK slightly more than McDonald’s, which is not saying much. That’s like second to last. Oy!
But yeah… The playscape– it’s like 4 times the size of normal ones at a fast food place. It’s tall and got lots of tunnels for bigger kids to romp around. This place could have easily put in more tables. But they cater to the little ones who have cabin fever! For that. Despite my lacking taste desires, this place gets a 4…

It was late evening yesterday and we wanted something quick, with limited options we saw this location open. The person who took our order (drive-​thru) was rude from the moment he took our order and this just escalated. Once we finally drove up to pay, I asked him for 2 packs of dipping sauce, he turned around and began preparing the next meal (maybe he didn’t hear me I thought). I sat there for a few minutes until he came back, this time he said «What»?! Not, did I forget something or how can I help you, but WHAT!?! So I said I am waiting on those two packs of dipping sauce. He bring me one. At this point I’m beyond frustrated, so I hold up 2 fingers and say I need TWO sauces. His reply? I’m not going to give you two sauces because you only bought one meal! I told him I’d pay for the extra sauce but he grabbed it, flung it at me and waved me off as rudely as you can imagine. I called and spoke with the shift manager this morning, and frankly I’m not expecting them to reach out or for anything to change. My point here is just get the word out of the service you can expect at this location. Shame on you Burger King!

Whopper! I have no idea what is the difference, but they have the best Whopper in Austin! I don’t consider myself a fan of fast food but the Whopper here is quite good and the use the stinky onions! Yum.

I’ve spent a Saturday afternoon or two here when the weather wasn’t good for outside play. The food is consistently what you expect from burger king but they have a pretty good playscape that keeps the kids busy playing for quite some time.

Stopped in because it had been years since we had tried BK and wanted to reminisce about the yumbo, well my memory failed me because this was just a cold ham sandwich poorly prepared. Topping that off was the uncleanliness of this location. The kids who worked in here were sweet and good hearted but this place really need an overhaul in my opinion.

Great for a fast, inexpensive burger. We went through the drive thru. A courteous and friendly employee took our order and delivered our meal. I forgot to tell them to leave the cool whip off my shake, but she heard me gasp when she was about to add it and stopped (all while taking another order.) All meals were correct and accounted for so no complaints. Much better experience than the other chain burger joint next door.

Stopped here for a quick meal to go after a doctor’s visit. We had a miscommunication about the order, so I had to go back through the line. I hadn’t received one of the sandwiches. Fortunately I had not been charged for it, so all good. Right?
I go through the line again and order my sandwich. They get it out pronto and only charge me $ 2.32 for it. I thank them and tell them they are great.
I have been cheerful the whole time. I mean everyone has miscommunications. And we discovered the error before even getting out of the parking lot. So no time lost.
We drag our tired fannies home and get ready to eat. My chipotle chicken sandwich turns out to be a one patty burger. And a rather tired wan looking one at that. My onion rings have an odd taste, like stale oil with a sort of fishy nuance.
Oh yuck, yuck, yuck.
I tried to call them, but no one is answering the phone. And just what will happen anyway? They will tell me to come back and they’ll make it right. *sigh* Not up to a 10 mile one way drive right now, and unless they have changed the fryer oil and actually have the ingredients for the sandwich why bother?
So our meal cost us 19.60 and was not very satisfactory at all.
Here’s hoping I remember this experience, do not go here again and can remind my family not to go here either when they’re running out for a quick meal

At first, this location met my expectations but the last few visits have been poor at best. The fish sandwich has been way overcooked and the sweet tea tasted fermented last time I went. I think they got a new chef.

3 Stars for excellent place for kids to play (food not so good)…actually 5 stars for the play area. It is HUGE. 20 feet high by 30 feet long. Tons of climbing, shoots, ladders, you name it.
Went there with my 4 yr old on a rainy day, lots-​o-​kids, and so much room for them to all play (all ages).
My favorite inside playground before was chick-​fil-​a, but it can get very crowded with kiddoes ranging from 1−10…little ones get run over.
Take your kids to this burger king. Bring a book, laptop, ipad, iphone and you both will enjoy a couple hours of fun.

This store seems to struggle. Food is typical; drive through times frequently seem too long; missing items on drive thru orders occur to me all to often. Take time to double check before you leave the window.
