This Chili’s is a such a winner! the food is Chili’s fair, but it’s so good… Really there are not too many bad choices on the menu. The beers are cold, the cocktails are tasty(although I do think their skinny marg is overpriced for what you get). The service has always been consistently very good… I haven’t had a bad server there yet… Another thing that makes Chili’s in general stand out over competitors like Cheddars is the fact they have a clear and thorough PDF of the nutritional info of their dishes… So you have an idea of what you are eating — they also have a pretty decent(and tasty) healthy menu of 550 calories and under meals. Finally, I really like the pay kiosk things they have on the tables… Make’s paying so easy and shows you in real time what your bill is(if you are being budget conscious but still want that last drink or desert!) 10⁄10 will be visiting again.

We had a large group and the manager, Andrew, told us it would be an hour. We asked again for an update after an hour and 15 minutes and he responded in irritation, «We’re not ready for you.» So I politely said, «Could you at least give us an update since the original hour you quoted has gone and passed?» He sighed in annoyance and walked off without a word to then return and«guarantee» only 30 minutes more TOPS. OVER2HOURSLATER, we were finally seated at separate tables. All he had to say is: «We can not serve you tonight.» We could have gone anywhere.

Had enough points for a free triple dipper and free cake for my birthday. Food was ok. It was nice to only pay for a drink. The waitress was very nice and very attentive.

Just came from an unbelievable experience from you restaurant. We were a party of 10 and arrived at 11am. Our waitress was not only the slowest I have ever experience but the most incompetent. We explained from the beginning we were on lunch(which is why we arrived early), she went on to explain ordering and paying in detail which would be have great if she presented it in a manner that made sense. After the lengthy explanation of paying and making life easier, she then proceeded to take another 15 minutes just to get our orders written down. The meals were then brought out one by one, she then again explained she printed out the receipts so we could pay on the kiosk(which were not working properly, we attempted to provide her with our forms of payment which she would not accept and again directed us to the rapid service of the kiosk. We explained it was not working, she then said proceed to do it for us because we apparently are to dumb to figure it out. Not only was this rude but while attempting to «help us» she was reaching over our food with the kiosk in hand and arm stained with strawberry purée from the earlier in the morning(she told us that) more to say but not enough space!!! Mgr Jose no help!

Chili’s is Chili’s in terms of food, ambiance, etc. The service at this location, the bar in particular, is abysmal. The bartender(it’s always the same guy) is rude an inattentive, but what’s absolutely mind boggling is that he always refuses to open a fresh bottle of wine to make a sale, even when a bottle of days and days old wine has less than a full glass left. I imagine that if I got a manager they would correct the situation, and I’ve never done that. But on at least 3 occasions it’s been impossible to order a glass of wine that’s been opened in the last day or two.

If you’re looking for place that will cook you a burger with zero fuss, Chilis is the place for you! (Maybe if you’re feeling like blowing your entire allowance, you can go for the baby-back-baby-back-baby-back ribs. Your date will likely be impressed enough to give you a solid kiss at the end of the night if you don’t get too handsy too quickly.) —- Let’s face it. We’ve all been on High School dates before. For some of us those experiences stretch well into our thirties.* If there is any hallmark of the quintessential high school date spot in Texas, it’s Chili’s. In that regard though, Chili’s doesn’t disappoint. There’s a bustling atmosphere so the restaurant feels lively but also enough that it blocks out everything, giving the illusion of privacy. On the walls is just that right amount of kitsch and the booths feel like they were cut just a few inches too small or too big, you can’t quite figure it out. Prices are affordable, even assuming a part time job installing stereos at Best Buy. The seats are wooden but with a cushion. Something that says, «enjoy your time» but also«don’t you have somewhere to be? Second base isn’t going to steal itself!**» In all seriousness though. Chilis has been putting out some solid burgers, fries and shakes for years now. It might not be gourmet or local, but when grandma sends you a gift card, you can say«at least it’s not Applebee’s. … One last thing though — «Hey Chili’s, just because we are sitting at the kids table doesn’t mean that we can’t be trusted with actual glass mugs. Let’s get rid of the classy plastic mugs already.» * High school style dates! Not with actual kids, you sickos. ;) ** As defined: Below the sweater but above the bra territory.

Never actually saw our waiter… the host sat us, got our drinks, took our orders, and served our food. Who the tip would have gone to I’m not sure, so no tip, especially if it was going to our«waiter.»

I was quite disappointed in our meal. The service was incredibly slow. We sat in a nearly empty section, where we were seated by the hostess, for almost 10 minutes before being greeted by a server. I ordered a dish that I’ve enjoyed at the Chili’s in the Rosedale neighborhood but it was poorly prepared and not to my liking at all. I also tried something new on the menu, the white cheese spinach dip, and was extremely disappointed. Spinach pieces not well blended in and with the stems still on them. The white cheese was too heavy for the chips offered… not a ‘dip’ at all as all the chips broke when I tried to get any cheese on them. Almost no spinach taste to it… just a heavy white cheese. Every time we needed anything, there was a fair wait for our server or else we had to flag someone down. And they were not particularly busy. Worth the trip for me to drive back to the Chili’s in the Rosedale neighborhood.

Excellent food. I loved the strawberry lemonade there. The trivia is a lot of fun for ninety nine cents. I love that I have a rewards program as well. The steam was excellent but me being a butter fanatic, it could have used more butter. The brocolli and potatoes were excellent. The manager was very helpful showing me when I could log in. Very filling meal. Will be back.

Got to go and the food was alright. I wish the bartender offered me some water while I waited, but it’s no big deal.

Crap rating based on food delivery. The food is what it is; passable, reasonably affordable. The girl at the to go counter was pleasant. I called my order in at 2007. I initially went to the wrong location and arrived at the correct location about 10 mins later than I should have. 3 people were in line, and ordered their food, when I arrived. My receipt shows a paid time of 2044. I did not receive my meal until 2058. The meal should have been waiting on me when I arrived, not delayed another 20 minutes. The first person who had ordered in person received their meal before I did. One of the folks in line ahead of me stated that this location is always slow/late/etc. We will not be ordering from, or visiting, this particular location again.

Say what you want about Chili’s, but when you’re at a hotel with 25 high school students and 57 middle school students without any transportation, the nearby Chili’s starts to look pretty good in terms of affordability and convenience. The team at this particular Chili’s managed to seat half of us within the first 5 – 10 minutes and the rest of us within 30. That’s pretty spectacular considering it was 6:30 on a Friday night. I won’t bore you with details of the food, because you probably already know what to expect there. It was hot and served relatively quickly, so that’s all that matters.

I get great bartender service and good food here. The only negative is its management. I’m here right now and a bartender us being forced to work his shift despite visible symptoms of sickness — shaking hands/tremors, loss of voice, and dizziness. The manager on duty should be fired.

Service was good, food was good and all around atmosphere was good. But this new hostess? Not so much. She literally had 4 menus in her hand while it was just me and my mom so why would I assume they were for us? She looked at me for awhile and said«you comin or not?» Like??? That was the first thing said all night. Please train her!

Really what is there to say about chilis. It’s a classic chain restaurant the same as every other one generic but neutral and friendly. I seldom come to eat at chilis but every now and then a friend or my partner will want to go. I do enjoy coming and having drinks here and one of the only only thing I ever order is the appetizer sampler or mushroom Swiss burger. I do enjoy it but I feel like its so many carbs and its all deep fried food but it’s delicious and enjoyable. Dang you deep fried addiction. All the drinks here are decently priced all the same as other chilis. Some usually stronger than the others depends on who the bartender is but usually kind of consistently the same as the rest. The staff is usually friendly I do like that they team up to help you out and the option to pay at the table is a pretty sweet deal. I may only eat at this place or one of its restaurants once or twice every couple years but it’s usually not a disappointing play. Don’t really ever call out any other restaurant but Chilli’s always trumps Applebees.

Very poor service. I placed a to-go order online, it’s been 30 minutes since I placed it and 10 since I was told it would be ready. Absolutely ridiculous. I expect their times to be correct when I’m on a time crunch to get back to work. 3 other people are waiting for orders that should have been ready 20+ minutes ago. The manager is completely disorganized and this is 100% his fault.

Chill’s does not disappoint if you’re new to the area and are already aware of their menu :) I love their online ordering service. I was able to place an order from my hotel room, drive down the road at the time i wanted to pick it up, and enjoy the meal in my room. I was happy to have dinner taken care of when the hotel restaurant was closed and I was hungry after a day of driving. Thank you, Chilis, for being both reliable and offering low carb options :)
