It’s a Chili’s so not much to say. A-​OK for a chain.
The only reason I occasionally get take-​out from here (never dine-​in) is when I don’t really feel like going out or cooking and want something relatively inexpensive. The 2 for $ 20 is not a bad deal. 1 app, 2 entrees.
The entrée’ selections are kind of limited, but they offer something to please just about everyone. Steaks, ribs, pasta, «healthy» options… hubby and I usually go for the ½ rack ribs with dry rub and sauce on the side. Comes with fries, but can substitute other side for a small fee if you choose (e.g., sweet potato fries rather than regular if you want a healthier version — ha ha). One real positive is the food seems to be consistent.
The app choices are really limited and all pretty lame; however, the guacamole with roasted corn is spot on. When in doubt, check it out.

We had several bad experiences here when sitting in the dinning room but have taken to only sitting in the bar. One, it is smoke free and the staff are typically more attentive. The food is, well bar food — it’s always pleased the mood.

Strange but kind service. Our waiter seemed new or ramped up on caffeine, literally running at times. I had a great meal but the overall experience was just strange. We sat down and were crazy hot. It was cool outside but internal temps should be at a point where you can remove your coat and be comfortable. I felt as though I should remove everything but couldn’t due to consideration for others. There are plenty of other places to eat and I would try them.
Not recommended.

We love the chain, and have driven by this location a thousand times. Decided to take the kids there tonight. It was busy but not that busy… We were greeted and immediately seated… Then we waited and waited. Finally after 10 min a waiter said, someone is ignoring you so I’ll be back for drink orders… he came back, took orders and said our winter would be right with us…15 min later, while watching wait staff chatting but still no drinks, no food order… we walked out. Who ever manages that place should be fired by the chain. Wait staff problems like these are usually a sign of poor management.
We went to La rosa, a block away, which was much more crowded. We were seated fast, had chips in less than a minute, had drinks in to minute, ordered fast and ad our meal delivered… all in less that 15 minutes.
Chili’s…we won’t be back to this location.

Another Chili’s with this same address on the Unilocal website is wrong & shows it 13 miles away.
I am not fond of chain restaurants but my youngest son loves this place. I order Shiner Bock ribs which is usually a good choice. Hubby likes the big mouth bites. Recently noticed they extend Happy Hour in the bar area, which has only increased the number of children in there… why do they have to do that??? I said something and they extended HH for us in the regular area. The bar area is usually my way of escaping from whiny kids… now you really must think I hate kids…
